The…read moremanagement is horrible and treat their tenants with nothing but sheer contempt and disrespect on the occasions you may have issues with your apartment (which is a guarantee). The apartments themselves are small, tired, dirty, with scratched countertops in the bathrooms and kitchens, cracks in the front doors, uninsulated windows and the walls, floors, and the ceilings are so thin you can hear EVERYTHING from your neighbors and I do mean everything including everytime someone flushes the toilet, urinates, throws-up, watches tv, plays music, has company, etc. The pool is very small and only 4 ft deep MAX and is ALWAYS filthy because it is NEVER cleaned regularly. There is no designated parking, there is no regular pest control for the outside which is riddled with pests, the appliances are old and RE-serviced again and again and again and... the sidewalks, front doors and trash areas are constantlly dirty. Their turn around for renters is high because they just can not KEEP their tenants due to poor management and the very fact they they will rent to ANYONE just to fill up their empty quota, so Renter be AWARE. PLEASE, just don't waste your time here, take the time to really shop around and hopefully you will find somewhere nice to live. This place isn't it. I am soooo very happy to have moved from there and live in a much nicer place. I am writing this only because I wished that someone would have warned me in advance as many others who live/lived here also mentioned to me as well. I don't know who owns this apartment complex or runs it but they ought to be ashamed of themselves and at least lower the rent for compensation of the conditions here, or fire their lazy management and fix this place up!

He thoroughly toured us through the community and is the reason I went through with it. I live in a corner unit by the dog park which gets a bit noisy with the yappy dogs and the dumpster in the morning from the fast food restaurants. Other then those little things I have no complaints. They do small events for the tenants like breakfast the second weekend of every month and other holiday gatherings and giveaways. Maintenance is very reliable, they care of projects in a timely manner. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a place in Gilbert.

Quiet time til 8 am but they have landscapers mowing every Friday at 630am, sometimes earlier sometimes later. If you face the courtyard, every conversation echos, along with kids screaming and dogs barking but it's amplified. Happens at all hours, so you better be a deep sleeper. Parking is an absolute joke. They send Richard the special maint guy to ask for good reviews after he does his job fixing something. That shows you how desperate they are to fix their google rating. Pawning your helper to solicit good reviews? After doing his job, and poorly at that. Pathetic. You will have your package stolen at some point. Probably other tenants. Way overpriced for the crap you have to deal with. It was tolerable before Kyndell, but now it's time to move on. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere. I promise you that. We had our apt tested for mold and it came back positive. They send Richard in with a moisture monitor he doesn't know how to use. Guy says he's never seen mold either! What is he don't making these decisions for such a large company. Everything about this place is now a joke.

This is the BEST apartment complex in Mesa/Gilbert you could possibly find. The apartment itself is gorgeous! Everyone who comes to visit us compliments the beautiful large kitchen and abundant storage space. It definitely is a LUXURY apartment! The complex is beautifully maintained, the amenities are incredible and the staff is extremely responsive and helpful 100% of the time. I love that everything is accessible via the Henri app which makes paying rent, maintenance requests and updates to the community easy to access at all hours of the day. The maintenance team is tremendously helpful as well and fixes any issues the same day or early the next day after submitting via the app. I also feel very safe here as it is gated and there is security at night that patrols . You are able to message them directly via the app as well. There are resident appreciation parties put together by the staff, amazing food trucks scheduled weekly, fun contests and an overall wonderful community dynamic! If you have the opportunity to live here you won't regret it!

They wouldn't extend our lease by a couple days so we could move out on the weekend. Instead we had to move out after work AND turn in keys that day before they closed in order to not get a fee... The staff was incredibly helpful and supportive when that trouble occurred, as well as with other events. I always recommend Mark-Taylor properties to my coworkers and friends. My mother-in-law only rents from them, which is actually how we ended up here. I am truly a firm believer in Mark-Taylor properties!

When we arrive, the dishwasher was broken, paint chipping, painters tape left in appliances, doors grinding when closing, poorly caulked shower that they re-did while we lived there and it still needed to be redone. So I wouldn't be surprised if there is mold in that bathroom. The parking here is horrific and the employees use guest parking spots near the front so you either have to pay for parking with the Zark app, or park a mile away in other guest parking. Then they sent out a notice for people not to park in the front of the office because all the guest parking was full for future residents, but would not have employees park elsewhere to accommodate the people living there (weird concept, I know). The gate was broken so many times and took weeks to fix there would be random people parking there, and staying for days. Anytime you send any feedback it's basically a thanks and go fuck yourself. All in all, we kept our space maintained, and received a whopping $19 back from our deposit. I barely leave reviews because personal experience does not always reflect everyone's experience. But, after everything, a $19 deposit was a big fuck you.
