The grass is dead no longer there the kids take the trash out and never make it into the bins so I'm picking up the trash because it blows into our yard of your apartments. promise it's a shit hole it's gross mold the baseboards are rotted just disgusting. He thoroughly toured us through the community and is the reason I went through with it. I live in a corner unit by the dog park which gets a bit noisy with the yappy dogs and the dumpster in the morning from the fast food restaurants. Other then those little things I have no complaints. They do small events for the tenants like breakfast the second weekend of every month and other holiday gatherings and giveaways. Maintenance is very reliable, they care of projects in a timely manner. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a place in Gilbert.

They send Richard the special maint guy to ask for good reviews after he does his job fixing something. That shows you how desperate they are to fix their google rating. Pawning your helper to solicit good reviews? After doing his job, and poorly at that. Pathetic. You will have your package stolen at some point. Probably other tenants. Way overpriced for the crap you have to deal with. It was tolerable before Kyndell, but now it's time to move on. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere. I promise you that. This is the BEST apartment complex in Mesa/Gilbert you could possibly find. The apartment itself is gorgeous! Everyone who comes to visit us compliments the beautiful large kitchen and abundant storage space. It definitely is a LUXURY apartment! The complex is beautifully maintained, the amenities are incredible and the staff is extremely responsive and helpful 100% of the time. I love that everything is accessible via the Henri app which makes paying rent, maintenance requests and updates to the community easy to access at all hours of the day. The maintenance team is tremendously helpful as well and fixes any issues the same day or early the next day after submitting via the app. I also feel very safe here as it is gated and there is security at night that patrols . You are able to message them directly via the app as well. There are resident appreciation parties put together by the staff, amazing food trucks scheduled weekly, fun contests and an overall wonderful community dynamic! If you have the opportunity to live here you won't regret it!

When we arrive, the dishwasher was broken, paint chipping, painters tape left in appliances, doors grinding when closing, poorly caulked shower that they re-did while we lived there and it still needed to be redone. So I wouldn't be surprised if there is mold in that bathroom. The parking here is horrific and the employees use guest parking spots near the front so you either have to pay for parking with the Zark app, or park a mile away in other guest parking. Then they sent out a notice for people not to park in the front of the office because all the guest parking was full for future residents, but would not have employees park elsewhere to accommodate the people living there (weird concept, I know). The gate was broken so many times and took weeks to fix there would be random people parking there, and staying for days. Anytime you send any feedback it's basically a thanks and go fuck yourself. All in all, we kept our space maintained, and received a whopping $19 back from our deposit. I barely leave reviews because personal experience does not always reflect everyone's experience. But, after everything, a $19 deposit was a big fuck you.
