We had to tell him he scanned it twice and eventually he fixed it but he also knocked off an item i was purchasing off the counter and broke it, and it was the last one. overall, the store has great product and you get a lot for what you pay, but my experience today was so unpleasant i will not be returning. update: just got home and the cashier forgot to take the alarm tag off multiple items, so i have to go back yet again. i am very disappointed with the service i received today.

Having seen the intensity of the December rush, I was impressed by how quickly and seamlessly the team transformed the space. What really sets this store apart, though, is the staff. The associates are consistently helpful, professional, and welcoming. The newer checkout process is handled efficiently, and the line moves quickly. One associate in particular, Lisa, stands out -- she is friendly, efficient, and makes every visit better. This Kohl's clearly benefits from strong leadership and a team that takes pride in their work. It's the kind of store that keeps customers coming back, and I'm happy to count myself among them.

It is a little less predictable on what they will have and it is recommended that you check the app to see the likelihood of whether what you need is a) carried and b) in stock. It, like most stores, has the Starbucks up front and accepts the red card and target circle. There are a few cashier lines and self checkout lines. One area that usually is a pain is the women's dressing room area. Given the size of the store, it is in the middle with only two "rooms". One is very small with no seat and the other is large with a bench. The hanging rack is small so it can get crowded and when in the little one, there is limited space to put your personal items. The fitting rooms can get very backed up with items despite the go back rack/bin right outside which is partially on the customer but also on the staff to make sure it is maintained. There usually is not an attendant standing there, so make sure you unlock the door when you leave so it doesn't get locked leaving someone else unable to get in after you. And if it is really busy, i would recommend that you go over to the men's side as that is often open. I would recommend this store if you are in a hurry or need something in particular and it's a small/targeted run - otherwise, you may want to go to the Woburn or Saugus location.

Bassy hemmed several pairs of pants, took in the waist on others, and completely altered a vintage dress for me. The dress needed extra room, and she expertly removed the belt and expanded the side seams so seamlessly that you would never be able to tell any alterations were made. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are absolutely unbelievable. Bassy is truly a talented artist, and her work speaks for itself.
