The girl offered other items, however succulents are not substituted with flower or plants. When I explained I was disappointed there would be no gift for my daughter on her birthday, the girl became rude, telling me she was trying to offer solutions. She reiterated that she called as soon as she came in. I asked her to just give me a refund, and she rudely stated, that if I looked at my bank statement I would see they didn't charge me. I am more disappointed in the girls attitude than anything. She could care less that I trusted them to deliver a gift for a birthday, she was only concerned about what she was doing. For $160, this condition was completely unacceptable. Because the shop was closed by the time he got home, I returned the next day--on Mother's Day--despite being very pregnant and caring for a toddler. I went in calmly, explained the situation, and showed photos with timestamps proving the flowers were in poor condition from the moment we received them. An employee initially agreed to replace the arrangement, which I appreciated. However, the owner overheard and immediately refused to honor the replacement. Instead, she began blaming both me and my boyfriend for the flowers being wilted and old. She even claimed he must have left the flowers in the car, along with other excuses to justify the poor condition of their product--none of which were true. I had already shown clear evidence that the flowers looked this way the moment they were picked up. The owner and employee quickly became defensive and argumentative. The employee who had just offered to replace the arrangement then denied ever saying so. The interaction became unprofessional and hostile, which was especially upsetting on a day meant to celebrate mothers. As a small business owner myself, I fully understand policies and did not expect a refund. I simply expected accountability and a fresh arrangement. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism, the unwillingness to stand behind their product, and the overall treatment I received left me feeling scammed and deeply disappointed. The quality of the flowers was poor, and the customer service was even worse. I do not recommend ordering from this business. Even Costco offers better quality and far better customer care.

I was calling from California and I had called a couple of other florists in El Paso who couldn't do it due to lack of flowers or they were closed. It was on Saturday February 14th. I then called "Flowers by Liza" and their listing stated they were closed Saturdays and Sundays. I called the shop phone number anyway. Her recording said I could text to her other number. So I text the obituary viewing/funeral information for Monday Feb 16th and Tuesday Feb 17th and prayed hoping to hear from her. Wow, she returned my call and stated she could have my arrangement ready for delivery on Monday. Well, not only did she do mine but I also had a friend in West Virginia who wanted an arrangement too! I made the trip to El Paso and got to see both arrangements at the viewing. I was in awe! Well worth it! They were sooo beautiful and I had to hold back the tears!! The day after the funeral, I was leaving El Paso, I had to stop by her other shop on 7115 N. Loop Drive-B (Yellow Bldg) and meet her in person. She was their and I thanked her, her husband and her flower designer again for a fantastic job! They went above and beyond! I highly recommend her florist shop! I just wish I had friends in El Paso so I could order more arrangements from her! THANK YOU AGAIN LIZA!! I hope this review brings many more customers!
