Stay away from this dealer. I purchased a replacement Honda mower carburetor from their online…read moredealer. They don't answer the phone and direct to Indian call center or third party using their name . The carburetor cost $25 and added another and $25 to ship to store (Suspicious). The carburetor arrived at the St. Cloud store the following week. Upon opening this 'OEM' part it appeared to be a refurbished part and not new. The housing appeared to be cleaned and pitting removed. Mower did not start after installation. I then ordered $25 non OEM part off Amazon, which included as part spark plugs, gaskets and fuel filter all for $25. arrived the next day. Worked like a charm. Everglades refused to give me my money back. I've purchased two Honda mowers from their store. Horrible customer service, unscrupulous parts network and not very nice service after the sale. Buy your parts on Amazon. Cheaper, quicker and good return policy, none of these attributes can be found at Everglades St. Cloud store. Nasty counter folks as well. Not accountable to anyone. Stay away.

They have it and at less of a cost! Rural King has everything: . Soil . Fertilizers . Chicks . Clothing . Snacks . Planters . Gates . Buckets of all sorts . Hunting supplies & Fishing gear . Chainsaws & lawn tools The service was pleasant. Informative and friendly. The prices are amazing. It's an hout from home but no traffic. Plenty of parking. I will return.

Any way my 1.16 part turned into 178.00 I think Travis at one point in his life was a use car salesman. Just kidding Travis I got the part I needed and because Travis took care of me I brought a set of blades for my Honda push mower,the X300 and a cordless handheld trimmer, she gave me hell when I got home, but I told her Travis gave me a deal . The business…read moreis an authorized Honda lawnmower service shop, so when I had a carburetor problem with my mower, and being a relatively new southwest Florida resident, Everglades was where I went. Repairing the problem wasn't easy. Apparently, Honda had a problem with their replacement carburetors and I kept having the same problem - a gasoline leak coming from the carb, which leaked through the air filter, each time, contaminating the filter. Four times I had to return my mower to Everglades, but every time, they were great about checking it back in, making repairs and getting it back running again. Their culture of wanting to do the work right and standing behind their work is becoming more rare in my experience, and I appreciate it. Yes, it would have been best and more convenient to have the work done right the first time. But stuff happens, and Everglades made it right. My mower now is running great again. When my mower needs service again, Everglades Equipment will be my choice. I'll also look to them when I'm in the market for a new mower.
