We had no choice but to pay so they would not hold our mower hostage. This place is a rip off, in Sept 2019 another review by Dustin Porter stated the same thing. Stay away from this dealer. I purchased a replacement Honda mower carburetor from their online…read moredealer. They don't answer the phone and direct to Indian call center or third party using their name . The carburetor cost $25 and added another and $25 to ship to store (Suspicious). The carburetor arrived at the St. Cloud store the following week. Upon opening this 'OEM' part it appeared to be a refurbished part and not new. The housing appeared to be cleaned and pitting removed. Mower did not start after installation. I then ordered $25 non OEM part off Amazon, which included as part spark plugs, gaskets and fuel filter all for $25. arrived the next day. Worked like a charm. Everglades refused to give me my money back. I've purchased two Honda mowers from their store. Horrible customer service, unscrupulous parts network and not very nice service after the sale. Buy your parts on Amazon. Cheaper, quicker and good return policy, none of these attributes can be found at Everglades St. Cloud store. Nasty counter folks as well. Not accountable to anyone. This is one place that I know will always be honest and reasonably priced. This time, I was having a difficult time finding a place that repaired small tires for riding lawn mowers. I called and randy said he is sure he had the special size replacement inner-tube. I dropped off the tire and by the end of the day, it was fixed and dropped off. The cost was minimal.
