This gym has been under new management and things have dramatically improved…read more The gym is clean and well taken care of, equipment that has tearing has been getting repaired. They are actively working on adding new equipment, just got an Arsenal pendulum squat machine. Front desk has been on top of everything as well, friendly and staffed until 8pm every day with 24 hour access for members. Hroup classes include jui jitsu, Zumba, yoga, and strength and conditioning. They also opened up a posing room for 360 degree view of your physique, adding lots of support for the local and visiting bodybuilders. Best personal training in the area! This is THE best gym in the area!!

Here it is.. $125 got my wife and me 30 minutes in a room with "20 breakables." We entered the room and were given paper thin coveralls (that was an extra $16 btw) a vest, helmet, and glasses. The wooden table was setup in the middle of a tiny room with all the breakables on it already (pictured below). My wife swung a golf club at the closest bottle which then domino'd almost all of the others. 1 swing. Speaking of the swing, I had to squeeze into the corner of the room so I didn't get hit by her club. So there you go. $125 for seconds of actual action. My advice: do what other smash rooms do. Have a larger room and provide better safety gear (no extra charge). Have the breakables next to the door and a podium where you can break them one at a time. On a positive note.. the staff as nice. It's not their fault, this was poor logistics.
