The actual ultrasound took approximately eight minutes; I walked out at 11:54 AM. What is most upsetting is that there was never a proper explanation for why I had to wait so long. I was told there was one person ahead of me who was in the room, but that does not explain why I continued waiting for well over an hour. I asked about the delay twice. When I spoke with another employee at the front desk, she actually said, "I don't understand why you're still waiting." That statement says a lot. If your own staff member couldn't understand why I was still sitting there, then why couldn't someone simply explain what was happening or acknowledge that there had been an unreasonable delay? I completely understand that medical offices can run behind. What I do not accept is being left waiting for more than two hours with no clear explanation and not receiving even a basic apology. My time is valuable too. The eight-minute ultrasound was not the problem. The problem was the unexplained two-hour-and-sixteen-minute wait before I was finally taken back. That is not acceptable patient service.

Clean facility and easy check in, nice staff. For today's visit I had a procedure done and was overwhelmed with nerves. The ladies helping me Yanet & Joanna were so kind and patient. There was only one other patient there other than me and I was in first. I highly recommend this center and location!
