Because they are dealing with urgent situations, and they are busy because it's the best place in Miami you can go for what they do. But I promise you that if you are ever the unfortunately urgent situation, they will take great care of you. There is nowhere else I have ever been that will move heaven and earth to do follow up testing same day to minimize waiting/reduce extra anxiety. They are absolutely top notch and I will never go anywhere else.

Joanna, at the front desk, was extremely informative, patient and most importantly, educated on the necessary medical terms and history etc. Then, I spent almost 2 hours with the BEST Ultrasound tech I have ever come across in Tatiana!!!! You see, I have almost a 16 year history with Endometriosis. In October of 2025, I had my 4th Endo related surgery with a hysterectomy (kept ovaries). In less than a year, I have developed terrible pains and through Tatiana, we were able to confirm that new Endo was visible. The procedure was painful at times, and Tatiana was soooooo gentle and empathetic. Dealing with Endo for so long, I have been dismissed by COUNTLESS medical professionals... but, not by Tatiana! Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the whole staff. As promised, my surgeon had my results within 24 hours and a 5th surgery is scheduled. I had a great experience with Tatiana who did my ultrasound. She made me feel comfortable, heard my concerns and did a thorough ultrasound taking her time to make sure everything order by my physician was done perfectly. My physician and I received a copy of my results the next day which I appreciated the transparency of receiving my medical report. The center was clean, warm and is located in a small shopping plaza. It is easily accessible from Bird Road and has free parking. I will keep this as my go to center for any future ultrasounds I may need. Highly recommend.

I was originally speaking in English with a Spanish speaker who spoke no English and she was extremely rude, transferred me to a line where no one picked up without trying to help me or get someone who spoke English to help me, and when I tried calling back twice she hung up on me both times. The only way I got through was by calling *67 and then Diana informed me that this location and Doral are under reconstruction and she doesn't know when they will offer their services again. Diana was very passive aggressive and did not care at all when I complained to her about the other receptionist. All she said they can provide is medical reports in person, no info at all over the phone. I asked to speak with her boss to file a complaint against the other woman who hung up on me and she told me there are no bosses I can speak with, just her (the receptionist). Hopefully the owner of this company or someone is informed of this terrible experience and makes sure to have a bilingual receptionist at the Doral location to answer any questions about their services, it's very misleading to show online that they are open when in reality they are not. At least give everyone online notice that this business is closed until further notice to save any woman in need of this rude experience.
