I scheduled my appointment through the MyQuest app, and checked-in through the link that was texted to me on my phone. I've always been a bit nervous about this location, because since it's in Hialeah, I wondered if any of the service providers would speak English. Upon my arrival, there were only about three other people waiting in the waiting room. Within about 5 minutes of checking in, Rita enthusiastically welcomed me in for my appointment in English. Her politeness put me at ease. The facility, including the bathroom, was clean, and the bloodwork was done quickly and efficiently. I would definitely come back to do lab work here again. The icing on top is there's a Vicky bakery next door, so you can reward yourself with a pastelito and cafecito after your appointment.

They answered you like a ROBOT. In reference of your medical needs when you need a REFERRAL they never process on time for certain specialties as of OPHTALMOLOGIST which is a requirement from your health insurance company. All the time I have to wait until the date of the appointment or hours before of the appointment to attend the doctor visit and harass them to obtain the said approval. No only that, the lie to you stating that authorization was processed and approved and when you verified, nothing was done. Their excuses are that an specific department from FLBlue called IME who process and approved all referrals are at fault. The experience with Sanitas is horrible.

Well, my daughter was very sick with fever stuffy nose. She went and They saw her, took her vitals…read moretold her to go home and to stay in bed. In the evening she got worse and she called back to inform them of her worsening symptoms but they said that she needs to stay in bed. So The next day she got so sick she was taken she went to the emergency room at the hospital. She had the flu. The ER did a flu and covid test in the nose. The test for flu came out positive. She was prescribed meds for the flu and cough. This MD urgent care did nothing for my daughter. The doctors are negligent in treating her and did not properly care for her nor did a test for flu or covid. Why didn't they even do a flu or covid test? If they did my daughter would have been diagnosed correctly and given the correct medications.
