Booking: I called and booked at the beginning of this whole covid mess at a time when people were canceling. I cancelled a trip to Mexico and decided to go somewhere that I could drive. I called and spoke to Cheryl. She was so very polite. She expressed how appreciative she was of me making the booking. They altered their policy for covid and allowed late cancellations with full refunds because it was so new at that time. This was a great move by the company to provide top notch customer service. If I am ever looking to stay in Orlando again or am asked I will definitely refer this company. The place: The resort is beautiful (Windsor Hills) and not far from Disney. The house we stayed in is just as beautiful. See pictures. It was easy to check in also. We called on our second day to have heat turned on in the pool and have them look at sliding glass door. It was extremely hard to open and close. Someone was at the house within 30 minutes. They needed to replace the door which couldn't be done until the next day but it only took like 30 minutes. Not a bother at all it works perfectly. Everyone that I have talked to have been so nice and I wanted to recognize that. Again if I am ever looking to stay in Orlando these are who I would use. I should mention we stayed in a 3/3 two level townhouse with a splash pool.

I unfortunately hired this company to manage my vacation rental. In the beginning Chris was…read morepleasant, but then became extremely short tempered and rude. Their cleaning standards are far below acceptable! They wash duvet covers 4 times a YEAR, which is disgusting with so many guests in and out. I stayed at my property and was extremely upset at what I saw upon arrival. The floors had spilled pop on it, toothpaste on bathroom floor, hairs in the kitchen, unwashed coffee and end tables, empty toilet paper dispenser, mismatched bedding , dirty stained towels, and worst of all was the uncleaned showers in all 3 bathrooms. The shower doors were never cleaned and had soap and shampoo dripping over it. There was also air filters that had never been replaced and full of dirt and dust. I have pictures to back up each claim. I immediately contacted Chris to let him know of the uncleaned house. He said his cleaners were "good enough" and stop complaining. So I immediately fired him and hired another property manager the following day. Then I spent the first 2 days of my vacation cleaning and disinfecting the house properly. After I fired them I was denied my monthly statements and end of the year statements needed to file my taxes. I had to contact the DBPR to file a formal complaint. Their lack of professionalism is apparent in all ways. So, for guests wanting to stay at a property they manage, I say save yourself the hassle of staying in an unsanitary house. As for home owners looking for a property manager, I say don't risk your biggest investment with unprofessional managers like Chris. They will be rude to your guests and cost you money with unhappy guests wanting to leave. As for my 1 star review, there was no option for 0 star.

They are very accommodating - letting us check in early when we arrived ahead of schedule and everything else in the area was booked and offering a discount on additional nights if availability was there at the end of our trip. The house is always extremely clean and stocked with a lot of essentials that make our trip easy - including pool toys which our children love. The layout is great for families and offers plenty of room. The garage game room is a great bonus for relaxing nights in, our family really enjoyed playing pool tournaments in the evening! The location is amazing - close to Disney, international drive, old town, and all the dining and shopping you could imagine. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and friendly.
