I called and asked about it and they said it was an oversight. 2 days later they said that they were keeping a portion of the security deposit due to a dirty grill they also said we did not pay for the grill. We were told we would have to pay cash for the grill upon delivery to the home, which we did. We cleaned the grill and returned it in the same condition it was brought to us. Be careful and document the condition of the property and such. They are quick to take your money. In addition to this, the pool heat and Wi-Fi did not work properly. I would highly recommend using a different company! I should also mention I have rented a home in Florida for the last 15 years and this was the first time trying this company. Highly disappointed.

I was notified that this is a realty company and that I must have the wrong person. But upon further investigation Homes of America Realty Group LLC is also the same address and same suite as the management company. I private messaged homes of America Realty group LLC, and apologize for any confusion that I might have had. My question is this to anyone who reads this, how is it that someone can share the same business address including suite number and claim that I have the wrong company. I call to question The credibility of this company currently. A family must pay to replace all items that Peter Chadwick and his wife Debbie was supposed to oversee. This same Peter Chadwick homes of America management company. So either there are two separate entities that need to work together to resolve an atrocious grievance or someone is trying to cover up, either way I will be following up on all avenues until these companies come together and fix their problem.

I will not be able to recommend this management company to anyone in the future…read more I engaged Peggy for tenant placement services based on a referral from my agent, who assisted me in purchasing my first investment property in Orlando, as I reside out of state. My unit remained vacant for three months without a tenant or any discernible progress. My calls went unanswered, and I had to repeatedly contact her via text messages, to which she would typically respond two days later. When I brought my concerns to upper management, she attempted to rectify the situation, but unfortunately, it was beyond repair. Ultimately, I had to terminate the agreement. I then engaged a management company that proved to be exceptionally proactive and communicative. They successfully identified a new tenant within a week, and the tenant moved in the following week. It is truly regrettable to operate and work in such circumstances when one cannot conduct business professionally. I have unfortunately expended my time and resources by placing my trust in a central Florida management company that proved to be untrustworthy.

After living in the home for 3 years from December 2022 through December 2025 and always paying our…read morerent on time, we were extremely disappointed with our experience regarding our security deposit with Multi-Choice Management and the landlord, Yan Feng. Out of our $4,200 security deposit, only $2,155 was returned and the rest was kept, mainly for interior paint charges that we fall under normal wear and tear after a multi-year tenancy of 3 years. The interior was never repainted during our tenancy, and the home had builder-grade paint that naturally deteriorates over time. We also followed the move-out instructions provided by the management company, which specifically stated not to paint and instead remove nails/screws and wipe the walls. We have already agreed to take responsibility for the specific wall damage caused by a TV mount $300, however charging excessive repainting fees after 3 years felt unreasonable and unfair. We took care of the home during our tenancy and even paid out of pocket, with permission, to install a lanai screen on the property. To top it off, because the landlord lives out of state and the management company is apparently not authorized to handle legal matters on their behalf, we were informed there may be additional legal costs and steps required just to pursue the matter in court. I highly encourage future tenants to carefully document everything and consider all management options before signing a lease with multi-choice. Based on other reviews, repainting charges after move out appear to be a recurring concern raised by tenants.

After leaving voicemail. We never received not even one call back. The WhatsApp replies back in Spanish and stopped replying after I asked for someone who can speak English. * I had to call Marriott Homes & Villas to be able to get transferred to a live person that speaks English and can help. * We made the deposit via Zelle after we got on a call with the property manager and got the instructions but, we kept receiving texts and emails that the deposit was not made. * We were not provided a code to access the property, and we had to call to get it but we were told that we needed to make a deposit. We spent some time on the phone and on the street in front of the property waiting for the code. * The Door lock with the touch keypad was out of battery we had to get the code for a box with the 2 physical key. * Only one key worked the other key did not work so we couldn't leave the property as 2 or more groups to do different things. We all had to be together with the one working key. * The entrance was filthy. I informed the lady (Property manager) on the phone and send her photos with via Text messages to prove it. We were promised that someone will come clean it but no one showed up. * Upon accessing the Property, it was in an acceptable condition not super clean * The internet service (Wi-Fi in this case) was very, very slow and unusable (I tested and got 0.7 Mbps.) * The cellular signal inside the property was super weak (That is not under the properties control but with the Wi-Fi not being reliable our communications had to be done by stepping outside the house rather that inside (using WhatsApp or other Internet based apps) * We agreed to pay $90 for pool heating (we agreed to it late in the day and had to be activated on the 2nd day) we were told it takes up to 8 hours to heat the pool. In fact, it took almost a day and a half to become slightly worm. * The box next to the front door for Garbage collection will only fit one bag. There was no place for Empty boxes and other stuff. We end up having to take them with us and through them away in a dumpster. * We left on the 16th but on the 24th they said that 2 of the sheets has a spot and they need to send it to professional cleaning I did not agree to it as I have no way of telling that they are not just trying to take more money. They charged me $98.85 Thanks
