When I need plumbing supplies and/or advice for a plumbing repair on my 'vintage' 50's home, I take the 5-minute drive to Termines. EVERY time I walk in, I'm happily greeted and that makes you feel like a valued customer, for sure. Typically, Jay is the man who helps me. He is consistently friendly, attentive and quite knowledgeable. But all of the staff at Termines is exceptional. A definite plus to shopping with them. I've found, too, that while discussing a problem(which older homes can have some doosies!), it can end up being a community event. While Jay and I are scratching our heads trying to resolve my conundrum of a by-gone plumbing era, others eventually will walk over and chime in.
