All I know is I felt like I was at my cousin's house and they happened to have animals. There were no directions or explanations...until it came time to pay. Now that part was explained perfectly. Honestly, I probably could have seen the same thing at my local shelter and saved $30. I'm hoping the money goes toward helping the animals, but it's really hard to tell. They have goats, plenty of birds, llamas, pigs, and horses. I wouldn't call it a true petting zoo because most of the petting is done through a gate. If you want a horse ride, you have to ask. No one offers or tells you about it. Everything looked like it could use some updating or repairs, and the overall vibe from most of the staff was, "Please hurry up so we can get back to what we were doing." A couple of employees were pleasant and helpful, but they weren't going above and beyond. They simply gave us what we asked for. Overall, I probably won't be back. At least my $30 went toward helping the animals...I hope.

And it was a huge turnout. This time they had 5 local bands that performed which were all pretty good. Mr. Nice Guy, Southbound Hwy 41, Big Rock Band, Majesty of Rock & Tony Stevens Original Foghat. There was also a variety of food trucks, A playground area for kids, a Harley Davidson tent for shopping, Raffles, Exotic Car show, Bounce houses, Rock climbing Wall, and visits by Santa, Elmo & Baby Shark. The weather & temperature was fantastic for a fun filled day for all ages!!! And a lot of people dressed in their holiday gear as well.

There's a classic car show, live performances on two stages, lots of motor cycles, related shops, some of the friendliest people, and of course lots of food and alcohol. This was my first time going to the event, although I have seen the motorcycle parade many times over the years. I took my daughter with me today, so I didn't get to stay as long as I wanted. I would have like to been there to see Dee Snider from Twisted Sister preform. If you here in South Florida you should give this a chance. To me its like the renaissance festive only with motorcycles, better people and food.

I had such a hurtful experience at ProMusic Plus. We recently moved to Weston and my 7-year-old son…read morewas eager to resume his piano lessons. We searched the web for a nearby music school and came across ProMusic Plus in Weston. However, the excitement diminished into hurt this past Friday, five minutes into the lesson my son started complaining that he wasn't feeling well and wanted to go home. The manager/owner said sorry he is not well, but I already paid the instructor for the 30 minutes and will not be able to refund or reschedule his lesson. When she realized I wasn't backing down from this unfair policy, she said I don't want any trouble so I will refund you 1/2 for the session. She missed the point entirely! This customer service experience was hurtful and disappointing as I felt like she wasn't sympathetic to the fact that my son wasn't well, instead she was annoyed that she was losing money for the session. As a fellow business owner, I know how vital it is to provide a fantastic customer experience to all customers. Sadly, the owner of ProMusic Plus doesn't feel the same.
