Oh where oh where can I even start... The amount of work this place needs is ridiculous. Sheets, towels, dirty. No one cleans the room while you stay or bothers to send clean towels unless you ask for them. Same with the trash- we called and were told we needed to take out all the trash to a larger garbage can outside. Walls dirty- visible stains. Bathroom gross- mold in the shower, tiles, mirror. Pictures on their website definitely dated. Shuttle service to Disney theme parks- mediocre at best. It's "complimentary" but it's definitely lacking. First you have to call prior to reserve a spot, or Hope the person who arranges the transportation is there, and they don't answer or have a voicemail that works. Second they are not consistent with the pick up time, they either show up early and fly past or they show up really late. Thirdly, the buses they use are also FILTHY- I understand it's meant to get us from point A to B but there's so many gross stains on the seats- definitely a yuck! The people in the front desk a very dismissive and don't even bother to acknowledge the issues. One day while we stayed there were well over 30 guests who were waiting for the bus that showed up early and didn't bother to wait 5 minutes. We were told the bus time changed and that we should've been there waiting at least 10 minutes before. All the guests had to pay for a different mode of transportation to the parks. I could go on about issues in this place but I'm sure you get the idea- STAY AWAY. I'm sure there's plenary of nicer options elsewhere

Great for those needing more than one room and bathroom. I was surprised in how nice the rooms were. Just get there early to get good parking. Especially if you're in building F which is in the very back. Hopefully next stay we're closer to the front as I seen parking wasn't so bad.

Absolutely gross. Smells like an old up north cottage, without the quaintness. Upon entry the photos are what we found. Dark outside and no lights on in the hallways. I haven't shared the Lysol Wipe pictures after we used after we walked in. Nasty. Unit 301. Trying to find somewhere else to stay for a couple days. Please think 4 times before you stay here. Husband just found a centipede in the "clean sheets" of our bed as he sprayed Lysol. We are outta here.

Beautiful hotel and surrounding. Staff is great, friendly and helpful. Rooms and grounds are immaculately clean.

Upon arrival, the first thing we noticed was there was no gate to monitor the ins and outs on the property. Anyone can visit and from what we can tell there is no security. However, we had no problems. Our checkin was seamless except our initial keys didn't work when we went to the room. We took it all in stride and walked back to get the keys reset. We stayed in a 2br, 2 ba condo. Once in the room, we were happy our preferred view of the pool had been honored. Also, our condo was pretty clean even though we cleaned it and loaded the dishwasher again as a precaution. As we reviewed the room we noticed that most of the dishes and towels were missing. It took several calls over two days to get everything we needed. The staff reported that they were out of many items. We were even missing the chairs from the balcony. We didn't understand why housekeeping didn't note what was missing so they could come back later. It shouldn't be up to guests to report it. We do appreciate that the staff appeared to go out and buy some items (ex. hairdryer, cookie sheet, pot holders and oven mitts). For sure, we marked the inventory checklist from top to bottom so we wouldn't be charged later. Despite our hesitancy and comparison to fancier resorts we had visited, we were pleased with our weeklong stay. The resort promotes Publix delivery but we opted for Aldi's. It was great to avoid grocery shopping and our order was cheaper, accurate and delivered by 10am the next morning after our arrival. Wonderful! The resort staff was great! The pool was open from 7am-11pm and was usually packed except early mornings and after 9pm. I never got in the pool but members of my party did early in the morning. They ate once at the pool cafe and that was breakfast which was okay - nothing fancy. The drinks were pretty good. The mattresses were pretty good which is the most important thing for me. I also travel with a mattress pressure pad to accommodate my joints. Floridays is couple, children and family friendly and located near everything. We would stay here again. Management needs to hold housekeeping accountable by ensuring each condo has what's listed in inventory.

Really solid choice if you prefer having more room and feeling more at home. This resort is more like an on-site managed Air BNB vs a traditional "hotel" where you get daily maid service, etc. You can ask for mid stay cleanings for an additional cost but like other VRBO type condos/rentals it's not automatic. They have 2-3 bedroom units that are privately owned and the Flordays management takes care of bookings and service while you visit so you don't have to contact the h it owner directly. The units are clean, a little dated but nicely decorated but the best part is all the room! Having TWO bathrooms, our kids having their own beds and a full kitchen for meals at home which saves so much money. Pools are really nice, especially the larger "party" pool. Beautiful. The Palm Cafe food takes a while but never disappoints. Moderate walk to Publix, Target, Chick fil A, Chipotle, etc. Big property so parking can be an issue but it's still worth asking to be in the back like building F. Less road noise and you don't have to hear the kids and music from main pool. Overall we like the idea of condos vs hotel rooms and this resort checks all the boxes for us. Kitchen is modestly stocked to get you started but you may want to pack some essentials. Paper plates, etc.

I gave it 3 stars because while here there was bad maintenance, very dirty/unkept, though the room's scaping was impeccably amazing. Also in our suite the some/most of the handle don't work. As of the Bathroom, Bedroom, and the Other Bedroom. The outside of the suite was spectacular but the Dine-In Movies were always cancelled. I'm hoping to stay here again!

If you don't follow your GPS like it's the voice of God, you'll drive past this place at least 10 times wondering if you're being pranked. Once you finally find it, though, you're in for a surprise. The hotel is attached to a magnificent steakhouse and gives off this classy vineyard-patio vibe that makes you feel like you're about to attend a wine tasting, even if you're just there for work like I was. Walking up, there are beautiful outdoor tables with glass tops where guests can relax, eat, and pretend they're important. Then you walk into the lobby and BAM dark wood floors, elegant furniture, comfortable sofas, and enough atmosphere to make you wonder, Wait what did I accidentally book? I was honestly concerned I'd somehow clicked the wrong hotel and was about to max out my credit card. Nope. Surprisingly affordable. The room? Fantastic. You've got a Keurig machine ready to fuel your caffeine addiction, a nice big TV, all the amenities you need, and then there's THE BED. Listen, I don't know if it's a pillow-top, a cloud-top, a Sleep Number, a NASA mattress, or if angels personally fluff it every afternoon, but that thing is dangerous. I laid down for what felt like five minutes and woke up the next morning. I slept harder than a newborn after a bottle. Now let's talk about room service. They have this little stand where you order directly from the steakhouse downstairs. I ordered dinner, expecting hotel prices that require a small bank loan. The bill was $35. I nearly called the front desk to report a pricing error. Meanwhile, I was hungrier than a hostage, and they delivered a meal fit for royalty. For a brief moment, I genuinely felt like a VIP. The hotel also has a nice bar for those who enjoy a drink. I don't drink, but if I did, I probably would've celebrated finally finding the entrance. Bottom line: great atmosphere, beautiful property, comfortable rooms, amazing food, affordable prices, and a mattress that may have supernatural powers. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. Would I still need GPS to find it? Also absolutely.

We were able to go out and about without worrying about driving, which made the trip even more enjoyable. The hotel was easy to find, and parking is conveniently located right across the street with simple in-and-out access (though, of course, there is a parking fee -- which is never fun). Inside, the hotel is very clean, beautifully decorated, and the staff was accommodating throughout our stay. Our room was on the fifth floor, which I actually prefer when staying in a city -- the higher up, the better to avoid street noise. One of my favorite features of Embassy Suites is the room layout. The separation between the living room and bedroom is ideal, especially if someone wants to rest while others are still awake. The rooms have consistently been clean and feel very homey. Everything was great -- until Sunday morning. This is a dog-friendly hotel, which we love since we bring our dog and take her on walks so she's not stuck inside all weekend. However, checkout morning was pure chaos. One of the two elevators was out of service, it was peak checkout time, and there was also a princess pageant event happening, so the hotel was much busier than usual. Trying to get downstairs with my dog was extremely frustrating. I looked for stairs but wasn't sure if they were alarmed. When I asked an employee to confirm, she looked at me like I had five heads, which didn't help my already thin patience (I definitely did not have enough coffee for that situation). I eventually just went downstairs. Coming back up was even worse -- the line for the single working elevator was ridiculous. When I asked the front desk about the stairs, I was told they were accessible from outside. I didn't realize I needed my key card to re-enter through the outdoor stairwell (which makes total sense -- I was just aggravated at that point). After going back inside and trying again, I ended up walking up five flights of stairs with my dog. Thankfully, we had requested a late checkout, so we avoided the absolute peak of the chaos. Our friends on the third floor ended up carrying their luggage down the stairs because waiting for the elevator wasn't worth it. Unfortunately, being on the fifth floor with a lot of luggage, that wasn't really an option for us. Aside from that stressful morning, we really enjoyed our stay. The complimentary evening happy hour with drink tickets and small bites is always a highlight. We also had breakfast on Saturday morning -- and honestly, the breakfast is a major deciding factor whenever we choose to stay at a Hilton. Overall, a great stay with one very frustrating checkout experience.

We also enjoyed milkshakes from the malt shop. The room was fine - we had a suite with a little kitchenette and it was spacious enough for a few days. **My only real complaint (and the reason for my lower review) was the quality of the furniture. My daughter was leaning against one of the end tables to plug something in on the other side the night before we were hitting Epic Universe early, and it collapsed below her. She fell on top of it and some portion of it punctured her leg (we think a metal pin that was poking out from one of the broken legs). We contacted hotel management, and they came with hotel security who did some basic first aid and took away the broken tables (the other one also broke from her fall). We're grateful she wasn't injured more seriously (at least that we know of yet), but it could have been so much worse if that pin had punctured a more delicate area of her body. It also definitely made the next day at the park a lot harder for her with leg pain, etc. They really need to upgrade/inspect the furniture to make sure it's safe for guests.
