This is a nice place to attend a conference. My husband attended a conference at the Hilton Orlando, and the kids and I decided to join him for the weekend. There were enough amenities to keep the kids entertained, and it was centrally located enough to be able to go elsewhere when they were bored of the hotel. We had connecting rooms. Very convenient to have two rooms when dealing with kids' bedtimes and also everyone trying to get ready for dinner at the same time! The rooms were fine, standard Hilton set up. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were nice. The bathrooms had a single sink. Shower water pressure was not great. I did not love the smell of the Crabtree & Evelyn products. The pools are lovely, very relaxing, although probably not enough to keep kids older than mine entertained for very long. There's a lazy river, which is nice, and there's a waterslide. But they lack the huge wow factor, like the Omni's wave pool or the Marriot World Center's true waterpark. There's a decent poolside bar with covered seating, and there is poolside service, although we did not partake. There seemed to be ample lounge chairs by the pool, and we were always able to find a place to stash our towels, unlike other resorts. There's also a tennis court. It is hidden in the far corner of the resort. My daughter and I went to hit balls for a bit in the Florida humidity. I think it's mostly used for pickle ball, and probably mostly in the winter time. There's a basketball court and an area set up for volleyball. I saw people using all those amenities, which was nice to see. I did not see an arcade, but I didn't mind that. We didn't try any of the sit down restaurants. I would go to the 24 hour market for coffee and pastries for breakfast, and we spent the other meals off site. The coffee and pastries were fine, but expect a line and a wait. Parking is either valet or self-park. There are a couple EV chargers in the farthest corner of the lowest level of the garage. read more

My son and I got a ResortPass for the day here after our cruise to extend vacation a day (and luckily our flight was delayed so stayed even longer than anticipated). I do regret not booking weeks in advance as I did plan this ahead but I was unsure how it'd go and actually booked the day of (4/4/26). Only because the day pass was $35 weeks in advance for the day but the day of I paid $49 + of course the taxes etc. It ended up being $119 for my son and I plus Ubers but I think it was worth it for the 6 hours we were there. It's about 15-20 mins from MCO which is where our cruise shuttle left us off. We had the loaded nachos and chicken quesadilla (forgot to get photos) to split at the restaurant by the pool. We also had mango cheesecake and ice cream cookie sandwiches. I enjoyed their adult capri sun (I call them) while soaking in the hot tub. I didn't think their food fees were all that bad (as I expected resort type prices) and it's worth it to note they do include the tip in your bill. We had such a lovely day there and all staff were nice. The hot tub and lazy river (must have went around 10-12 times) were our favorites. They hold your luggage, so glad for. My only negative to report is the lack of chairs, we got there fairly early 11am and already there were no chairs. What is bothersome is most people weren't even using them. Perhaps they could use a locker system rather than ppl using chairs for their items as I would have loved to lay out. We walked around 4-5x before finding one chair to share. read more

I checked in here with a group of friends for a theme park marathon, and overall, it's a solid "home base" choice. It's not necessarily luxury, but if you're active and value amenities over fancy plating, you'll dig it. - The Room My stay started off a bit rocky. The initial room was a total miss on the plumbing front--we're talking paltry water pressure and a shower dial that couldn't decide between too cold and too hot. To top it off, a random alarm started chirping at midnight. Pro-tip: Don't settle! I called the front desk, and they handled the room swap efficiently. The new room was night and day: great pressure, easy temp control, and a much better view to boot. - The Amenities If you have energy left after the parks, the sports layout is clutch. Pickleball/Tennis/Hoops: The courts are well-maintained and--blessedly--fully lit for night play. The equipment: You have to snag paddles and rackets from the towel station by the pool entrance. The staff is incredibly friendly but triple-tasking. I had to wait a while to check out gear because they were busy elsewhere. The rackets/paddles are also really crappy, but playable. Interestingly, the basketballs are just left out on the courts--honestly, they should do the same for the rackets. Since the area is keycard-locked, security shouldn't be an issue! - Conclusion The food and room aesthetics are pretty standard fare, but the recreation options really elevated the experience. I took my son who is in college for a weekend trip to Epcot and got a great deal at the Hilton Orlando on iDrive. Included in our stay was breakfast at the hotel restaurant which unfortunately I cannot remember the name. We had breakfast on Sunday before going to the airport to fly home and my son back to college. I got the pancakes which were solid. And home fries. My son got avocado toast, which had what I can only describe as a salad on top. The server was really odd, he kept pushing for us to go to the buffet, but I told him that we did not want to as we just wanted to order off the menu and he seemed a little put out by that, so I don't know if that meant more work for him or why he was acting that way. He was literally running around the restaurant from a table to table. A manager stopped by to check on us, and I did mention the running which just felt a little bit odd and I'm not sure if he was maybe on a substance, or why this was the case. It was a bizarre experience. Maybe the buffet would have been better, but we really just wanted to order things that we're not necessarily on the buffet and have a more leisurely breakfast. I think this was OK for a breakfast that was included in the rate, but I would not make a special trip or tell people who are visiting Orlando that this was a must see. read more

Once or twice a year, I have attended conferences at the Hilton Orlando. It is a nice hotel, and the conference amenities have been good, even the catered diners were decent. The pool and hot tub amenities are great - we have had some pool-chats scheduled here. There are several restaurants, a convenience store and a bar on-site offering convenient, yet expensive, dining and snack options. They also have a FedEx onsite if you need to ship, print, etc. They offer valet parking. There are a few things within walking distance including a Mobile gas station, Red Lobsters, Denny's and a McDonald's. There are other nearby options if you have a vehicle, use Uber or Door Dash. It is a nice place for conventions. read more

This was a really nice hotel, and I had a nice stay. I got a nice & spacious suite which had a living room, a kitchenette, lounge chairs, a mini work station and two queen beds bedroom. It had a nice view too. The hospitality was good, and I appreciate the special treatment they gave me as a Diamond member, which I wasn't expecting. I enjoyed going to the pool and lazy river which are so much fun. They have a nice gym and other great amenities that I appreciated. My only two complains are an incident I had in my room which they quickly solved as well as one of their employees who was extremely rude over the phone when asking if they could provide a copy of my receipt. This is the only reason I'm giving them 3 stars. Other than that, I would give them another try since the hotel itself is amazing. read more

We had a grand time at the Hilton Orlando. After returning from a cruise, we had several hours before our flights home, so we booked a day pass here using ResortPass. The accommodations at Hilton Orlando were great, and we enjoyed their adults-only swimming pool and the lazy river. My second time staying at the Hilton Orlando and it never disappoints. From the moment we pulled in we were greeted with warm smiles by the valet. Front desk staff Ann, Dante, and Jalen the front desk manager were so friendly and accommodating with any questions or request we asked. The hotel and our room is maintained so beautifully and is spotless (I forgot to take pictures of our room when we checked in). We enjoyed the view from our room that overlooked the beautiful and expansive pool. There are many options for activities and restaurants on site, like the Top Golf Suites located at Fastbreak. The very friendly bellman gave us the low down on the many areas on the property that allow you to view the Disney fireworks. Plus the General Manager for the property took the time to come over and introduce himself (Richard I believe), and asked about our stay and if there was anything personally he could do to improve our stay. I observed him doing this with other guest as well which just added to our experience. Hilton Orlando will continue to be our go to when visiting Orlando and if you are reading this I highly suggest you do the same. read more

What a wonderful hotel and newly renovated as of this writing (10/12/2025). The rooms felt fresh and the property is well kept. The fitness center was one of the best I've seen and was enjoyed. One tip: Self parking may be the way to go esp the property is not too busy. You can park on any floor, as we parked on the 1st floor and the front desk receptionist said that was fine. Valet may tell you to self park on the third floor, but I don't think that's accurate at least from our experience. 5 stars! read more

We enjoyed sitting outside under the umbrellas. I recommend self parking. We had no problem getting in and out of the parking area. I visited the property with a spa pass on Father's Day and my overall experience was underwhelming and mediocre. We did a couples massage, had a great workout and lounged around the pool. My experience at the bar was a bit bizarre, we ordered multiple drinks at the bar due to not having a server for about an hour. No big deal to us... it was however alarming when a tray full of drinks were handed to us vs someone walking us to the table or bringing them over. Still not the biggest deal but we came to relax and not do what felt like work. What seemed to be some sort of leadership questioned us after we made it to the table and they agreed that we should not be doing chores around the property. They sent over a nice young man Nick who was so pleasant and attentive. I learned that he was not originally assigned but would now be in that area. I regret not getting his name because he was kind. No one else addressed the issue again. The fitness center was nice , spacious and clean. Had a great amount of equipment and definitely got the job done. The spa.... I am saying this not to bash anyone. Please do not take this as anything other than a transparent opportunity for whomever is over this area to improve! I expected more from Hilton honestly. I noticed that the front desk didn't offer any additional services such as champagne etc but seen others with champagne. I pay for what I like and want so I definitely would have liked a glass to help with my relaxation. There is only one steam room, the cold shower was out of service with no signs. I had to ask about it and was told that it was working. It in fact was not, but I sensed an attitude so I shut up and tried to continue going with the flow to enjoy my day. My massage started late and ended early. I did clock it exactly at 42 minutes vs the 50 minutes. I wasn't offered a head massage either. These things wouldn't have stuck to me if the front of the house set a better tone and experience but I honestly started to notice the difference between other spa's and Hilton orlando as I spent more and more time there. I did not fault the masseuse as I understand that it was a holiday weekend and she may have been tired and over booked. When checking out they asked us how our experience was and when we attempted to provide honest, real time feedback we were shut down and dismissed. "Oh okay I'm sorry that you feel that way". Hmm if I was working front desk and someone did not fully enjoy their stay I would have inquired on what could have been done differently to turn it around. Even if it meant taking down the customers contact to follow up or passing this feedback on to my director or leadership. Companies that ignore the little moments and don't take the opportunity to connect with guest can miss out on great opportunities for growth. I will still visit Hilton in the future but I'll pass on this location. This is my own personal experience and I'm hoping that someone from leadership looks into the little things and big things to ensure that any future guest enjoy their time and leaves with nothing but the best experience possible! read more

We visited for a birthday staycation. I booked a king room and poolside cabana for one night. The lobby and public areas of the hotel are nice. However, my critiques come in regarding the rooms and poolside cabana areas. The cabana was $300 for the day which is not terrible considering other hotels offer them much higher. I also received a $75 refund prior to arriving which I was happy about in hindsight. Upon arriving to the cabana we realized why they were cheaper than other hotels. The amount of mildew and holes in the cabana covering was truly ridiculous. I could've looked past that had the service been better. They must've only scheduled one server for all 10 cabanas in our area which is ridiculous. 30 minutes was the shortest we waited for service. We asked for a bucket of ice and took 45 minutes. So we eventually walked to the bar ourselves to get what we needed and our waiter realized why we were there and said it was on its way. We did this with multiple things, multiple times. They need more cabana servers or at least more help running drinks and food. Then...the up-charge on alcohol is truly insane. A $135 bottle of Tito's? My friends didn't mind since it was my birthday but for that price it really should be the larger handle of Tito's. And shots were $15 a piece. Is this Vegas or International Drive?! Small complaint there but a complaint nonetheless. A small thing but a problem we had were the amount of bees and wasps in the floral plants surrounding the cabanas. I'm all for giving a home and pollination to bees as they're endangered, but perhaps not near the cabanas...as we were swatting them away all day. The rooms...they need some TLC. Starting to show their age and the air conditioning does NOT get cold. We sweat all night long. So much so, we contemplating just going home at 3am since it was a staycation and we were only 20 minutes from home. I'll probably go somewhere else next time. There are plenty of other options that are a bit more pricey but I guess you get what you pay for. read more

I travel two weeks out of the month I can stay wherever I want and I've been staying at Hilton properties I am sick of them and their customer service. I have a 2 Hilton Honors accounts I called in to get them merged after being on the phone with three people that can barely speak proper English or annunciate to where I can understand them I was told they can't help me. I'm very frustrated I can't get my digital key contactless check-in. I'm going to start going to Marriott if that doesn't work I'll find another hotel I'm tired of the garbage this place. (Review #998) One of the nicer properties in and around the Orlando Convention Center / Sea World area of Orlando. This place is huge with a large conference center and multiple halls/rooms of their own. Rather expansive grounds with outdoor activity space as well. Tons of parking. Though it's a bit expensive (~$35/day) if you're not a higher tier Hilton Honors member or getting some conference validated rate. Lots of food options, multiple sit down restaurants, a few cafes and a couple kiosk style shops. I found it easy to find my way around and lots of friendly staff who were very helpful. Given the quality of the accommodations I would say this is one of the nicer off-Disney options in the area. read more

Nice hotel on I drive in the convention center area. It was interesting, however, arriving at almost 8 pm, was told the room I requested hadn't been cleaned yet. Found that very surprising. At least got an upgraded room out of it. Pool area was nice, and, admittedly, was the reason I chose this hotel. If attending events at the south side of the convention center, choose a different hotel. Hilton is only connected to the north side and is actually a bit of a hike to the south end. read more

I was literally pulling out of my driveway and headed to New Smyrna Beach when I stopped and said, "I don't feel like driving far." So, I pulled out the phone and booked a day pass. This was my first time ever doing this. I picked the Hilton, because I like Lazy Rivers as lot, but only the ones that look nice with landscaping and such. And the pool area looked nice. Well, I was not disappointed. The grounds are very pretty, large, spaced out, and landscaped beautifully around the river! Plenty of sun loungers, and decent food at Tropics Grill. The only negative was that even with a parking discount from $50.00 to $25.00, I feel since I'm only there for like 4-5 hours, even $25.00 is too much to pay to park. Seems like for such a short stay it should discounted much more than that, but, hey, it's just a suggestion. I will definitely return. Thanks for a great time. read more

Came in with girlfriend for Zumba convention from wed to Sunday. Room quality 4/5: very solid room with king sized bed. View was of the pool, clean, no complaints but nothing that wowed. Service 5/5: housekeeping did good work keeping thing clean and bellhops were great about storing our luggage on our last day Amenities 2/5: gym was ok, seemed a bit small. 2 pools available, 1 adult only pool which was nice. Water fountains tended to be warm and old fashioned instead of the newer ones that everyone gets now. Food at the cafe was what you would expect from a convenience location at a hotel although their bakery and gelato were pretty good. Value 3/5: rather on the expensive side for a fairly average stay Parking is 40$/day if you decide to rent, we just ubered everywhere read more

We enjoyed a daycation thanks to Resort Pass, where you can enjoy the amenities such as the lazy river, pool, jacuzzi, and restaurants. Great for the entire family. Kids will love the waterside. We ate at Tropics, which is right by the main pool for casual eats. Prices range from $8 to $25. We had the cheeseburger and chicken quesadillas very tasty I also ordered a classic Margarita, they give the choice of having a single or Doble dose. I chose the single, and it did not disappoint. Conveniently located right off toll road 528 with International Dr. They offer valet parking and self parking. Self parking rates are $35 however of you book your day pass with Resort Pass, it's only $25, and you also receive 15% off Fastbreak restaurant for dinner. The beds were nice and comfy but the hotel is a bit dated and no water fountains or refill stations available, the one major downside to this hotel was that only the hotel pool food and marketplace was available to eat during the day all the restaurants and bars do not open until 4 or later read more

After our flight was delayed, I called Hilton to ask what my options were since I had already digitally checked in on the Hilton Honors app. The woman I spoke to was extremely courteous and waived the late checkout fee for the first hour! Each hour after was $25 (not sure if this is the standard rate of a HH member rate). The late checkout message wasn't relayed to the room service team but after explaining with a quick sentence, they told me not to worry about it and to just leave when I'm ready. Overall, the location was great. There were plenty of Lime scooters on the main street if you wanted to adventure down I-Drive. The blackout curtains were very effective as I forgot how bright the Sunshine State can get. I will say that the pathway to get to the main sidewalk is technically accessible but a little bit steep for some reason. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would stay at this Hilton again in a heartbeat. read more

They are actively renovating so I can only imagine how it's going to be in a couple of months. The convention center is huge and melds nicely with the hotel property. Spacious and clean, if slightly older rooms. I was also upgraded to a suite king room which was a nice perk. However, I was on the third floor overlooking the front entrance and could hear rowdy crowds below that spilled out from the bar space at night. I took advantage of the gym, which was quite nice with a whole wall full of treadmills, Pelotons and other cardio machines. There are also dumbbells, a Smith machine, cables, and standard machines. The space was enough to handle the early morning crowd. read more

We had a great time staying here for a week, and enjoyed everything the hotel has to offer. The lazy river and hot tub was really nice. It is unfortunate that the lost and found was not responsive at all. I set aside a set of outfit that I wore on the plane after arriving the hotel and left it in the room. As soon as I realized I had left my clothes in the room after check out, I called the hotel and was transferred to the security for the lost and found. However, after 3 phone calls and a lot of back and forth describing the details of the items to a different person each time, they never call me back despite telling me each time they would do so. It has been an extremely frustrating experience during the whole process. A simple "no we couldn't find it" would have been better than no responses at all. read more
