I have always enjoyed staying at Rosen properties when I come to Orlando for work conferences. The staff is always kind and go out of their way to accommodate, the rooms are always nice & clean. This time was exceptional. It was easy to self park in a well lighted area and then easily walk into the entrance. I was greeted by a staff member eager to help me check in, very friendly. And it was a nice surprise to walk into my room on the 4th floor that was newly renovated with lovely warm colors, newly tiled showers. The bed seems to be comfortable with sheets not bad, probably 350 thread count. There is a coffee pot with coffee and tea options. Im an English Breakfast tea drinker so glad to see they accommodate. Appreciate the consistency of good service and the exceptional renovated room, I now wish I booked a couple extra nights. Next time! read more

We have stayed at Rosen Shingle Creek and Rosen Plaza more than 50 times over the years. In fact, we even got married here at Rosen Plaza almost 10 years ago. These hotels have always held a very special place in our hearts, which makes what happened during this stay especially disappointing. We specifically came to stay in an accessible room and went out of our way to email and speak with the hotel several times beforehand to make sure we had the correct room with a roll-in shower. Despite all of those conversations, we had to switch rooms twice after arriving. We even completely unpacked once, only to have to pack everything back up and move again. For someone with disabilities, having to repeatedly pack, unpack, and relocate is extremely difficult and exhausting. We called to see if we could extend our stay for another night and were told that our current room was not available because they needed to work on it. We completely understood that. We then simply asked if there was any other accessible room available for tomorrow night. We were told that there was no way to guarantee one. What is incredibly frustrating is that, based on our many previous stays, we have always been told that the hotel could look at the available rooms and do its best to accommodate us in some type of accessible room. This time, however, Althea, who identified herself as the manager, refused to even make that effort or provide any assurance that an accessible room could be found. We are literally here at the hotel, and the property appears to have very low occupancy. We weren't asking for anything unreasonable we simply wanted to know whether we could stay another night in an accessible room. Instead, we were essentially told that nothing could be done. I told her that, after this experience, I will most likely never stay here again. Her response was simply, "Okay, have a good night." That response honestly broke my heart. After staying at these hotels more than 50 times, celebrating so many memories here, and even getting married at Rosen Plaza, it is incredibly sad to feel like we are no longer valued as guests. It feels like the level of care and hospitality that once made Rosen special is simply not there anymore. I literally want to cry. This used to be such a wonderful place for us, and so much has changed. Mr. Rosen would not be happy to see how things have changed and how a longtime guest especially one with accessibility needs is being treated. We aren't asking for special treatment. We are asking to be treated with the same care, compassion, and consideration that we have experienced here for years. After all of the memories we have made with Rosen, I never thought I would leave feeling this disappointed. Dirty tables in lobby. Used q tips and candy in hallway floors, elevators need wiping down. Pricing on food has gone up significantly except for breakfast buffet. Customer service is awful. They need to go back to their hospitality school because what is going on just isn't it. This hotel is getting worse and worse. Also the remodel is awful. Rosen Plaza was a classy place now it looks like holiday inn express. In the bathroom there is literally a picture of Marilyn Monroe with Marge Simpson eyes on it. Mr. Rosen would never approve of that!! See pics Also, if you have allergies and are sensitive to scents I suggest you bring your own bar soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The soap smells like pure musk and I am so allergic to it. Couldn't even wash my hands. It smells like the cologne of a gambler car salesman in Vegas! I wish I was joking. No lights on ceiling and very dim lights for the room. If you want to do your makeup bring a vanity light/mirror or else you will have no light. It's awful! Too many things going on in our stays to warrant coming back. I was here in July too and had to switch rooms already once as well. No Sorry's either time. Just plain expressions no compassion and a whatever attitude. Don't ruin your vacation here. read more

Attended a conference at this hotel and it was great. From checkin to departure, my experience was very positive. Room was clean and comfortable, especially the bed which is difficult to find nowadays in my opinion. Bathroom had ample space in vanity area and great shower (clean!). Attended a banquet onsite and food was excellent and the staff was incredibly accommodating. Lots of good restaurants onsite. About a 20-minute Uber ride from the airport. I visited Rosen Plaza for a conference, and the experience was great. Positives: The meeting facilities are spacious, comfortable, and pleasant. Elevators are super fast and efficient. The location seemed to be convenient to the airport as well as amusement parks. Having a CVS next door and the upscale "Pointe" restaurant/bar district across the street was a nice plus! The room worked fine for me. It was functional and comfortable with the arctic-level AC that helps in Florida. The lobby bar was spacious and lively for our group. Bartenders did well, and the vibes were good! Negatives: The coffee shop options aren't great. The TV user-interface is slow and annoying to use. read more

Recently stayed here while on a business trip. Overall, I would say that this is a very nice hotel. The first thing that I noticed about my room was the smell. It smelled so good! So good that I tried to find the air freshener plugged in somewhere. Kudos to the cleaning staff! Also, I really liked that the bathroom had a traditional bathtub with shower. Granted, the faucet was a little hard to turn on to get things started, but after a bit of twisting and turning I got it going. Additionally I loved the magnifying mirror above the sink. The lighting in that area was perfect and the mirror really came in handy when I needed to do beauty things. Overall I really enjoyed my stay, although I was a bit disappointed with the late checkout policy. I was told when checking in, that the service was granted on a first come, first serve basis and that it had to be requested the day of checkout. As a result, I visited the front desk counter at 5am on my checkout date, to request late checkout and was told that my time could only be extended until Noon. Two hours later, a group of my coworkers went to the desk to request the same service and they were successfully able to extend their times to much later than the time that I was given. After hearing this, I went back to the desk again and was still told that my checkout time could only be extended to noon. None of us understood why, since we were all booked under the same convention group. If there was a particular reason why my room was the exception, I would've liked to have known the reason why. The late checkout situation made me feel more like a number, instead of like a valued customer. The front desk staff seemed very dry in demeanor. Not personable. I ended up storing my luggage in a coworkers room, since we had plans to change clothes after our convention ended, and before heading out to the airport for a later flight. Due to the size, location and decency of the hotel I would stay here again if it were an option. But,it wouldn't be my first choice. As a patroon it's important that you always feel valued. read more

First time staying here, it was a Southwest Airlines hotel & we wanted the points. Parking is $29 a night to park yourself, ugh, hate paying parking at a hotel, only certain rooms got free breakfast, rooms were ok nothing special, everything was clean tho. No warm comforter on the bed, it was chilly out when we were there & they have a thin little blanket if you can even call it that. The beds & pillows were comfortable tho, my lower back did not hurt. They will clean your room every day upon request. We had a handicapped assecible room because I'm in a boot which was a big positive for me. They also have a coffee store with Starbucks drinks & a dining area next to the pool inside you can sit with your coffee or snack. Overall would I stay here again, no only because there's a lot of choices in Orlando, free parking & breakfast & lower room costs. Like I said we only did this for the SW points. read more

Rooms are excellent ~ customer service varies. I've stayed stayed at the Rosen Center and experienced a medical emergency of an antendee during a conference and asked for an 1hour extended late check out. They would not accommodate such an emotional and extenuating circumstance period... Next week I'm on the Rosen Plaza, reserved a double room ~ because of an large convention with teenagers our room was given up and changed to a queen ~ rationale given was it's on a first come first serve and the teenagers need the double, Now i had to get another room from another attendee at the conference which is an extra cost for me. I'm not sure how to avoid these issues but the Rosen in general surely does not make things easy or try to be helpful in my experience. read more

We are in Orlando for a conference at the Rosen Plaza. It's a medium-sized conference hotel, with a beautiful pool, and accessible ballroom and meeting rooms. Our room was advertised as having two queen beds, but they're closer to full, or smaller-than-usual queen beds. The room is reasonably nicely appointed with a mini-fridge, safe, and small bathroom. Due to heavy rains, we ate at Jack's for two evenings. It's a fairly long walk to any other restaurants, etc. along International Drive (in the Universal area), so we also ate breakfasts and lunches at the Rosen Plaza restaurants and shops. Prices were high, but probably not out of line for the intensely touristic Orlando resort area. In addition to our conference, there were three other conferences taking place in the hotel at the same time. At times, there were long lines at the coffee counter, at the little shop with some pre-prepared foods, etc. We only had brief waits for Jack's. We ordered off the appetizer menu both times we ate at Jack's. We ordered crab cakes both times (yummy!), bruschette once and calamari once. With a glass of wine and a slice of key lime pie, our first dinner was about $90. The second time we treated some friends, so the bill was correspondingly higher. Our server the first evening was Assim, who was very good. Our server the second evening was also good, but I didn't catch her name. On the second evening, a caricature artist employed by the restaurant came by our table, but we were already on our way out, so we didn't sit for any caricatures :-) We had brought some materials for the conference, and asked for a luggage cart to move it from our room to one of the meeting rooms. A cart was not available for me, except with a bellman ("We are a full-service hotel"). So, I carried the materials, and made three trips. Otherwise, staff was very pleasant and helpful. read more

Yes the hotel did mention the construction that was going to happen however they never mentioned whatever chemical they would be using would also permeate my room. The last night of a seven night stay for work and the only solution they could give me was to move me to another room. While I wasn't feeling well today the thought of packing everything only to unpack and repack to leave tomorrow was not an option for me. All I suggested was if I could physically use another room and then come back after construction hours. The manager would not do a thing about the situation other than suggest moving rooms. I did not want to go through the hassle. I just wanted to move for the day. No gesture for anything. Rosen is NOT hospitality/service orientated. read more

I'm used to rooms being cleaned by most places every other day or few days nowadays. Rosen Plaza had my bed made and my room tidied by 10am. I'm devastated with my early flight I forgot to leave a tip for housekeeping in the room this morning. Liked that there weren't pool bracelets to keep track of Ballrooms are spacious and good mass produced food for the large conference. Many different types of stores on site from a convenience store, coffee shop, steakhouse, club looking restaurant, tiki bar, etc. vending on each floor I found it easy to find but apparently it's a thing that it's hard to find. Cons: This place is HUGE Parking is a bit pricy at $20/night or $15/night with the conference. With the nightly price, parking should be included. Smoooth Java is slow at service. It is what it is, but service was extremely slow, but the coffee is good! Coffee in the room Jack's Place - I understand it's a steakhouse and I was given a 50% dinner coupon for use my first evening. However after checking it out online- no prices were established. The Rosen Plaza Hotel is clean, pleasant and friendly. The rooms are clean, air conditioning fresh, and the lobby amenities strong with homemade pizza that is actually quite delicious! Is it approaching needing a few renovations? Sure, but considering that fact, they keep the property in tip top shape. Across the street is a nightlife area, movie theatre and tons of restaurants plus alternative attractions to the major parks such as WonderWorks, a kids STEAM museum. We will return! read more

Was here for a week-long conference, and my stay really was a mixed bag. Pros: -The location for conference stays really is perfect. Not only is it convenient to the shops, restaurants and attractions on International Drive, it is actually linked to the Orlando Orange County Convention Center, which is a huge plus. There is also a tremendous amount of meeting space within the hotel itself, which allowed our group to have meetings with smaller delegations in the hotel before moving over to the Convention Center to meet as an entire organization. -The pool area is very nice, although any areas with even a bit of shade are grabbed quickly. -All of the hotel staff were very kind, professional and competent. Cons: -I was in a "Double Double," and the room was extremely worn and dated. It was clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job, but the room itself is desperately overdue for a refresh. -F&B Staffing: All of the Food and Beverage stations, particularly the lobby bar, Jack's Place and Lite Bite Express were extremely understaffed and service was incredibly slow and inattentive. Everyone was very nice, just obviously overwhelmed. -Catering Services: Not great. The food for breakfast was exactly the same every day for all five days, and nothing remotely better than mediocre. The serving staff also had an annoying habit of circling the room with a literal bell 10 minutes before service was to end, except those 10 minutes gradually became 15 minutes, then finally 20 minutes before we were supposed to be out by Thursday. Very off-putting, particularly when our next meeting was mandatory attendance in the room next door daily, so it isn't as though there would have been any lingerers. -3NINE: There was an event here one night, and great googly moogly, Lord help you if your room is facing the club or if you have to walk through the lobby for any reason! Rock concert loud well into the morning hours. So, all in all, the Rosen served it's purpose, but I personally wouldn't pay to stay here myself. If you just need a place to stay before a conference at OCCC, the location is impossible to beat, but otherwise I'd probably look elsewhere. read more

This review is about the convenient store. The Cuban sandwich was excellent. While I had another one at another hotel near Rosen and it was nothing compared to this. Very good cheese with excellent thin panini sandwich. The ham was the right saltiness not overwhelming the pull pork. I also had the gelato across by the gift shop where I ordered an espresso and made Affogato with an order of gelato. As for the hotel. I usually stay at high-end hotel so I prefer not to compared cause it's not fair comparison. Nonetheless, we had a clean comfortable stay and the cleaning staff did a good job. Location is great, 5 minutes walk to convention center, 7 minutes walk to The pointe where things happen. Lots of restaurants and 5 minutes to CVS. read more

The accommodations were what is to be expected for the price during a week when a major event is going on at the OCCC. BEWARE: Before you decide to eat at the restaurant, cafe' or outdoor bar and grill, be aware they tack on a "Service Fee" of 18% of your total bill. They don't ask, they just tack it on. Is this even legal? I asked the waiter in the restaurant BUFFET breakfast (she brought me coffee..) if this is a tip and she said yes it was and they get 12% of it. I asked the girl at the outside bar and she said they get 14% of it. So the hotel is making 4-6% on all the food and drinks sold there. There is also another line where you could add a separate tip. I'll be most people just fill that in without even noticing the hotel has already ripped them off. Disgusting. I don't mind giving a tip to the wait staff if I know they actually get all of it. I DO NOT like just handing over money to the hotel when I'm already paying them high prices. read more

This is a fine place to spend a night if you have to be at the western part of the Orange County Convention Center. Staff was all very pleasant and helpful throughout. I spent a night here with my two kids. My daughter had a competition at the OCCC, and her team was staying at the Rosen Plaza. Booking was easy. Check in was easy and fast. The valet guy let me leave my car in front to check in. If you self-park, they'll give you a card with a QR code to pay for parking, but the QR code is also inside the key envelope. We had a deluxe double room. it was fairly basic and on the smaller side with two double beds, a desk, a chair, an office chair. We had a view of the ICON park. The room had a very powerful air conditioning unit that woke me up several times from being too cold, despite the thermostat reading the temperature I prefer at home. The room was very clean. The sink faucet tended to get very hot very quickly, unless you keep it turned to the coldest setting. For breakfast, there's a buffet, but my kids decided they wanted me to get food from the cafe to eat in the room. There's a 24 hour cafe. The prices are far more reasonable than most hotel bodegas, although the food was about as standard/bad. For breakfast, I tried the "Mexican" breakfast burrito. That definitely wasn't authentic chorizo. My kids shared a breakfast platter, and my daughter complained that the eggs were not hot. It was too cold for swimming, but the pool looked nice enough. read more

Arrived to an overzealous bellhop who offered us a cart and then told us we could not use the cart unless we paid. Complained to the bellhop manager and she reassigned us servicer. Upon preparing to leave we asked for a cart to be delivered to our room. They brought it but would not leave it. I complained to front desk who connected me to bellhop service desk, they told me it was policy they could not leave a cart in our room - so I asked for a manager, they connected me to Celeste who said nope wouldn't do it. I asked for her manager and she connected me to "James" who said he was the hotel manager, when he said no, I asked for his manager and he said there was no one higher than he. I told him I am a manager and there is someone higher than me so I know there is someone higher than him. I hung up and called back and the front desk said yes the manager was in, when sending me to the over night manager Brett, I again was transferred to Celeste who said Brett doesn't begin his shift until 11:30p.m., I said I would call back at 11:30 p.m. Stay tuned for part two of this saga. The only nice staff we encountered was the bartender at the Burger restaurant inside the hotel and he was epic! Anyone else cared not to assist, was rude or brushed us off. I was #189 for a lunch service and 15 patrons later when I complained I had been passed over, they still continued to give the same meal to others instead of me, until I got loud an suddenly the called me number. They weren't plump and had been completely ruined when shucked. I would have appreciated a bit more variety of foods, but did enjoy the shrimp, omelette station, jambalaya, and dessert bar. Stayed here for 3 nights for a conference - since there's a walkway to the conference center, it's the most convenient. Location was also nice, lots of restaurants and shops that are walkable across from the hotel as well as a CVS if you need to get anything. The room was renovated and clean, but there was a bit of a musty smell - might just be the FL humidity, but it was especially noticeable when the AC went off. The AC unit is old and very loud, sounded like it was about to explode sometimes and the thermostat seemed wonky, I would either be way too hot or way too cold. The sink was also outside of the bathroom... this is usually convenient when staying with someone, but there should still be a small sink inside as well. Has a decent pool and hot tub and the bar by the pool had a decent happy hour. If it wasn't connected to the conference center or you're not attending a conference next door, at this price point, better off staying elsewhere. read more

Holy moly, if there is an event happening in the 3NINE space and your room is on that side of the hotel, good luck getting a good night's rest. It's loud. This could probably go for any event where the event guests are also staying at the hotel, since they all seem to drunkenly walk back to their rooms, screaming to everyone about how awesome their nights were. In that same vane, the walls are thin and you can hear EVERYTHING: drunken dude-bros, amorous couples, and domestic disturbances. If you're holding a business event, the salon space was nice and staff were attentive. Dining options at the hotel weren't anything special, you might have better luck walking to one of the many nearby establishments. read more

Checked on us ... even grabbed a cancellation for 2 more nights. The food was good, reasonably priced and the staff was spot on!! No hidden charges PET FRIENDLY. Stayed here for a conference. The hotel has a skybridge that connects to the Orlando convention center, where my conference was being held. The skybridge was pretty useful because it rained a few days and not a single drop of water hit me. Also, the skybridge shortened the path to the convention center. The hotel itself was pretty clean and spacious. Has a pool and a shopping center to buy clothes if you forgot something like a bathing suit. There are a few restaurants in the hotel. Overall, I would say it's pretty convenient to stay there if you are attending a conference at the convention center or going to universal studios because the hotel has a shuttle that takes you to universal studios in the morning. There are no shuttles that go to Disney from this hotel. read more

The room itself was again clean, but a little rough around the edges, showing the wear and tear from whenever it was last updated. The bathroom was really small even with having the sink separated from the toilet and shower. Was pleasantly surprised to have housekeeping services during my stay. I came into the Rosen Inn not having a reservation on a very very busy weekend with both CrossFit Semifinals for CrossFit, Flordia States for Weightlifting, and some very formal black-and-white convention I didn't even know about. I was so worried that my friend and I would have nowhere to stay, but luckily the Rosen Plaza was extremely accommodating and had availability on the 10th floor. One thing I was not fond of was the "hidden fees" involved with the room. When I asked what the nightly fee was, I was told around $70 less than what I was charged. We were also told there were no discounts for veterans, students, etc. The location of the Rosen Plaza is phenomenal. Across the street, there are a ton of delicious restaurants (I definitely recommend Kava's Tacos) and other nightlife attractions. The Orange County Convention Center is super close, only a 5-minute drive. I forgot to bring my toothbrush, and CVS was a 2 minute walk! The room I paid for was not exactly fitting the quality of what I paid. When we entered, the room was oddly humid and VERY hot, almost as if the AC was not on or broken. Even though the AC showed to be "on" it was not working until I turned the thermostat to 60 degrees. Both my friend and I get cold very easily, so it definitely was not because we like our houses really really cold. Once we got the AC working, I noticed also that the floor was really really damp. It definitely was not a nice feeling walking in. However, as the room finally got to a pleasant temperature, and the damp floor dried when we came back from dinner, it was an overall pleasant room. The room itself was standard, like a traditional Marriott room. There is no microwave. The beds were pretty comfortable, and the bathroom was very nice! I had accidentally forgotten shower soaps and the hotel provided the shower with some very nice ones. The view from the 10th floor was also beautiful. Overall, I would say that for the price paid for the room I received, I would have liked to see an improvement in the quality of the room itself. However, the location is phenomenal, and I am so very grateful Rosen Plaza accommodated my friend and I during such a busy weekend read more

Amazing experience here at the Rosen Plaza. Year after year while being locals we have had the pleasure of enjoying the Easter Brunch. This year post COVID, we came with little to no expectations. The service was phenomenal. We sat with Maria and Ivan and they went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The food buffet was amazing and well tended. The ballroom was full but not to capacity. To top it off, this year Mr Rosen Himself stopped by our table to see how terrific this event had been. We felt at home and welcomed more than ever before. We will definitely be back. This hotel is not a bad choice at all! They are good restaurants and a big CVS right across the hotel. The room is functional and clean. Though it is obviously not the most quiet hotel stay due to Orlando being a tourist spot, the housekeeping was quiet enough (not slamming doors or talking among themselves). I'm not sure who he was came around and started to talking to us (prob the manager), he was informative and even appreciative of us (flight crew). If you are FL resident, you will get a discount. I think this hotel is decently priced and a solid choice. read more

Rosen hotels have a few on the international drive area this one hotel is very nice and has banquet halls that host many various events. I attended the Prego Event parking was $12 to self park and $20 for valet they have a deli right past the registration desk that has great prices and delicious pizza and other types of on the go food. Big pool, jacuzzi, smoothie bar, a poolside bar and restaurant and spacious rooms. read more

DO NOT GO HERE FOR THANKSGIVING DINNER OR CHRISTMAS DINNER. Note they do not mention a specific restaurant. It's in a ballroom so you will be having dinner with 5,000 of your not closest friends. We went 5 or 6 years ago. The food was so overcooked. It was loud and just not an enjoyable experience. My friends that went with me remind me every year how bad this was. My folks are there for a regional Elks convention. We are talking a couple hundred people. They got there today and while on the phone with my mom, she gets a knock on the door and hotel staff proceeds to tell her they mistakenly gave her an "amenities" gift basket. So they removed it. Sounds fine until my mom tells me it was 2 bags of chips, 2 bags of cookies and 2 bottles of water. How cheap does a hotel need to be to pull that after it was already delivered??? For the 10 bucks, leave it and make another one for the correct person. Wow, just wow. 2 stars cause my mom did say the room was nice. read more

I usually stay at the Rosen location a little further down on I-drive. They were booked solid. So, I ended up at this one. Great choice!! The location is really convenient and the actual hotel is very nice. Clean, new, spacious room. The lobby has several places to eat/get food. The pool is very large and offers two shallow areas at each end. The deep area is in the middle. The Jacuzzi has a waterfall. Full Stop. I have never in my life seen such. Thoroughly enjoyed the water features at this property. And they are open until midnight. Only two negatives I found for my stay...... 1. Paid parking. I despise paying to park. Really?!? And how exactly did you think I arrived here? Orbing into and out of places is not a thing.....yet. I didn't Uber from the airport, so my car needs a spot too. 2. So, this is posted likely at all hotels, but....Shirts are required as you enter from the pool area. I love to be able to throw my towel around me and walk across the lobby and hit the elevators. Not here. I don't know how hard they enforce this rule, but I was not going to test it. The vibe is a bit "upscale" and I made sure to put my shirt back on over my swimsuit and head inside, across the lobby to the elevator bank. Highlight: At night the lobby transforms into a "Grown Folks" type club with the downstairs bar in the lobby. This hotel also hosts events and has a more upscale, grown-up vibe. There were plenty of children, especially at the pool area, but this hotel definitely has mom & dad in mind. I saw folks dressed to impress for social events and even a wedding. I will be back to this location with my $20/day parking fee. Yes. That was shade. I still feel a way about the fee. :-) read more

I stayed at this hotel 2 nights for a work convention. It's located very closely to the convention center and had eateries on site, which is very convenient if you don't want to go far. Moreover a ton of retaiesnrs are nearby. The room was clean and a nice size. When I woke up the next morning my neck and back hurt so the mattress is NOT comfy at all. Perhaps they should look into this since it appears this is a hotel catered to business travelers. This is just an ok hotel. the walkway to the convention center is about 15 mins which is a nice walk. read more

4.5 Had a great stay during a work conference! Our organization usually stays at the Rosen Centre but because of so much growth, we were spread between the three Rosen hotels. I stayed at the plaza and enjoyed it! It's a smaller version of the Centre and, in my opinion, is a better location. I loved being so close to Pointe Orlando and many restaurants. Parking was also much less stressful without a parking deck (Rosen Centre). I had a great experience with check in! They were welcoming and Chuck, who helped with my luggage, made sure to give helpful tips, including about the OCCC and getting back and forth between the Rosen hotels and convention center. BTW, access to the OCCC is great with the skybridge! The rooms were clean and had a great view of Icon park! The room had a small fridge, ample towels and a safe. The bed was also tolerable and softer than most. There was easy access to laundry facilities, ice machine and even a microwave in the main lobby near a store and 24 hour restaurant/quick serve. I hope that this hotel upgrades and adds USB ports in the room. I always bring my own but expected this in a hotel near the convention center and as one that caters to business/professional guests. I did have free wifi and the option to upgrade to a faster one but the free worked just fine. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again! read more
