Yes, there's a vending machine for drinks and snacks too! :) Payment options can either be cash, credit card, and tap to pay. Based on my experience you pay for the wash and drying is free. I only saw when adding special types of drying like anti-wrinkle and another option it was starting at .$25. My Laundry Spot will be my new spot on the monthly for these!

The customer service was absolutely horrible from the three ladies working the closing shift on Friday, July 17, 2026. One employee in particular, who had blonde highlights and was wearing biker shorts, made my visit extremely frustrating. I asked if she could remove a small abandoned load from one of the large washers because I needed it to wash my blankets before the last wash at 8:30 p.m. (the laundromat closes at 10:00 p.m.). She told me it belonged to another customer who was waiting for free dryers, which turned out not to be true. I even took a picture showing the small load had been left sitting in the large washer. Instead of helping, she made it difficult for me to get my blankets washed before the last wash time. When I questioned the situation, she became rude and even used profanity, telling me I should have "fing* taken the load out myself." I asked for her name so I could report the incident, but she refused to give it to me. I wasn't the only one who noticed the poor customer service. Several customers commented that something seemed off with the three ladies working that night because of how rude they were. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. Management needs to address the behavior of these employees and hire staff who treat customers with respect.

What's cool is they utilize technology so that you can start and track your wash by an app on your phone. We had an issue with the app and there was a phone number posted in the store to text if no one was at the front (the front was closed during the time we were there). I sent a text and was surprised to receive responses very quickly that resolved our issue. They also have a rewards you can earn with each wash and on top of that they issue out loyalty rewards.
