Meh. There's a decent number of machines but they aren't the most reliable. I had to smack the washer to get it to read that I put in quarters. It ate 75 cents. It's $6 for the big washing machines, $4 for the medium, and $2 for the small boys. The dryers were $1 for 20 minutes. No seating, except one very small bench. I couldn't get Wi-Fi to work. The shopping center is super ghetto, and there were a few homeless people. They were respectful though. read more

Quick and fast drying of 2 large loads. I only a working washer at home so this bring so close and reasonably priced with extra discounts throughout the week makes this the best wash /fold, cleaning and laundromat service in town!! It's 24/7 wash house how could you not love it. Aside from the people that may be around such ass homeless Imean it's everywhere .. I havnt had any issues since first finding out about this place..*******UPDATE**** 9/29/24 Went to wash today used my card couldn't authorize wash for exact amount $10.00 I had to add addition 11$ to my card which then it did the $15 hold then canceled n returned $7 of my dollars huge in convenience didn't return all of money disappointed about that but the hold is returned almost immediately just did not receive my full return read more

It's convenient but every dryer I have used has taken money without adding time to the machine. I lost at least $2 each time I came here and because there is no one available on site for assistance I don't have a way to get that money back. Won't be coming here again as I don't have money to waste like that. read more

I came by Urban Wash last week and had issues with some dryers cylinders not working properly. I contacted the owner and he arranged a free dry for me in the new machines. Activated all remotely and was a simple process. Not to mention it was at 3am! Excellent customer service from Josh. Most definitely the best 24 hour laundromat I've been to. The atmosphere and music from the radio make it very welcoming. I always recommend this place to my friends and family. read more

Don't be fooled from their cool fun decor those Apple Pay card machines are there to steal your info 3 days after doing laundry ( expensive) I was just arriving to work when got two notifications of apple pay charges made at urban wash for 15 dollars , when I did a loads the days before one load was 10 dollars and other two loads were 6 dollars so where were did the 15 dollar charges come from , and their vending machine took my money for a coke ..... all did beware they will take your card info .... Urban wash has THE BEST deals during the day. I really love what the new owner did with the business. This laundromat is always clean, safe, and has the best vibes. This laundry store has no employee but having a couple cameras to check your activities. The floor is dirty and stinky both in and outside because of crackheads. They have only one cart for your clothes carry. If you exchange coins, they will deduct more than $2 from your total, saying you need $5 in coins, you gonna get $3 with mixed fake coins. And for the credit card, they say the machine only takes $1 in pending for bank business but NOPE, it took $15 (yes, fifteen bucks) for every single time you start to use it. And their machine are programmed to steal your money if you put coins into them rapidly. read more

Urban wash has changed a lot in the past 7 months or so. When we came back then all the machines were working and all the dryers were also working. But tonight there are numerous washers out of order and about 8 dryers not working. And 2 of the dryers won't accept coins in the slot because it's not big enough for some odd reason. It's $1.00 for 20 minutes for the dryers. But when I put enough quarters in 2 of the dryers (both #9's) it didn't credit my dryer for a total of 40 minutes. It only went to 21 minutes. And there's no box on the wall or any phone numbers listed anywhere for someone to report problems while we are here doing our laundry. read more

Superb customer service from management. I had an issue about two or three months ago when I had went to do laundry that my credit card had been charged twice for the transaction. As soon as I noticed this and called to report it, I was promptly greeted by Josh (the owner) and was pleased. Josh had gave me a free wash and dry for the inconvenience, called to apologize himself directly to me and made the initial issue a pleasant resolution. If I need to do any laundry at a public laundromat again, this would be the place. read more

Great laundromat with great service... Alot of cameras around so I feel safe... Do love the specials and deals they do and the best part is 24/7... I'm not in rush to finish my laundry when places are closing. It frees up my schedule!!! read more

I'm not very happy and I hope this is something that can be fixed I'm being charged $15 when I should only be charged $4.50. I did my laundry at 5am. I'd like to know why I'm being charged $15 when the Machines clearly state a different price. I'm hoping this is something that can be fixed. read more

The place is open 24hrs, & not many places in Sacramento are. They also have good security systems, & the card option for the machines is convenient. They do charge the Card for a $15 temporary convenience fee, but it goes away after a couple days. They accept phone payments like Apple Pay, & Gpay. The dryers work great & I've never had any issues with the washers either. read more

This place is not worth it. Not only does it up its prices after 6pm from 8 dollars to 12 and from 6 dollars to 10 but it also makes you okay for your dryer even though two weeks before it was free washing after 6pm. When my mother and I called to get our free dry after using our last 24 dollars to wash the owner proceeds to argue saying the days are everywhere when in reality it was one small paper above the dryers by the door. When we explained that it wasn't everywhere that we whare struggling and used our last 24 dollars the owner LAUGHED at my mother. He laughed at our struggle of having to carry wet clothes home because we couldn't get our free dry. This place steals your money and is disrespectful. It's not worth going too. read more

Saw a few of these comments of overcharging but the owner clearly put notices on the tables that once you swipe your card, it may look overcharged but it should be fixed in less than a few days.This happens when you get gas and your card looks overcharged as well so it is something similar. As someone who has been using laundry services in places such as urban wash my whole life, I have to say this is the best service I have ever received, as well as the most creative laundromat I ever visited. I met the owner personally during my first visit and he was very accommodating to all of my questions and was extremely helpful in explaining the washing machines. The owner seemed like he cares for his community by offering discounted hours if you wash late at night. After my first visit , I pledged that if I need anything laundry services , urban wash will be my number one place to go to from now on. 10/10 overall experience. read more

Overall, I think the owner is awesome for being the ONLY merchant to provide Sacramento with a Laundromat I spoke with him and patrol service. The machines are up-to-date and vary In prices, sizes, and method of pay, by quarters or ATM card. The cards charge an estimated cost to begin, but your actual use Is all that is Charged to your account. My only disappointments involved cleanliness Of the place in general, as well as the ashers and dryers themselves. I could see the areas where soap is added were caked, which causes us users to have to add more detergents, bleaches and fabric softeners to make up for what didn't make it to our clothes. In addition, lint does not appear to be vacuumed​ clean from the vents around lint trays and those areas in back of the dryer where lint builds up and requires periodic vacuuming for proper maintenance and safety. And this also costs more $$ and time to get loads dry. Great for the merchant, not so great for the customer. But having said that, it is a nice bonus that the owner offers price discounts daily, and great music to work by. Both features​ I've never enjoyed before and have to say Thank You! read more

This place was terrible! They overcharged my card they had only one clothes cart to use only inside. I guess they figured with as many out of order machines there were 1 cart would be ok. Thinking about striking this place over my money and the problems that they caused me. read more
