I've seen some other reviews, and when they're not good, the owner jumps back, but he can jump back at me if he wants because I'm not coming back. This situation is unfortunate because the pizza actually tasted really good. But it was so well done and if I wanted to reheat it, the cheese would burn. Final thoughts ... if you thought that the staff didn't understood you, ask the person to repeat it back to you, to make sure they have your order correct? There have been times when I've gotten a cold pizza. I'm not someone who complains, but I am 100% positive it's written in the handbook not to ask a customer for money, and this same delivery guy asked me for a tip yesterday, and according to what I have read, it is against the rules and against policy. I am not somebody who complains; as a matter of fact, I never complain, but this particular delivery driver has asked me for a tip on two separate occasions. Tipping is optional, not mandatory.
