Amazing service! Just recently moved to Holbrook a little over a week now and this has been my second time going there and both times have been great! Quick service and fair prices not to mention reasonably sized pizza slices! Alex was at the counter taking my order and she was very kind, professional and polite! So I ordered Shrimp Scampi. Didn't eat anything all day. Get my Shrimp scampi eat it and one hour later I'm vomiting profusely ALL NIGHT. So this morning I called Corner Grill and spoke with the owner. He came right out and told me I was a lier. Now I have ordered many times from them this is the first time I had any issues with this restaurant. Does anyone think I'm imagining vomiting ALL NIGHT? Great food and service. I had a Greek wrap, my husband had an antipasto salad and the grandkids had pizza and cheeseburger kids meals. Everything was delicious. Pizza tasted like a slice of New York Pizza (very yummy). Note: The portions are LARGE. We were all hungry and still had leftovers! Will definitely be back. read more

Friendly people with a clean and well run place and solid food, have been previously disappointed in a lot of local pizza places in terms of quality and this one stands out. Think this will likely be a go to closish neighborhood pizza joint while we're in Quincy. Came here unplanned since we dropped off something from a store close by. The husband was hungry so he made a quick stop at this restaurant. It was not busy so the food was given to us in a timely manner. Shared some with his food and it was good. Made fresh and hot. We even ate outside even if it was cold. Had the Sicilian pizza from this spot and it was not bad but then we tried the regular pizza grilled chicken cheese pizza to be exact! first we asked for garlic butter on the crust we did not receive that to add insult to injury. The pizza was horrible not crispy and the chicken was poor quality scale of 1 out of 10 I'd give it a zero. Never going back! read more

So I am so confused with this review, been here twice the first time it was amazing I must have run into the gentleman Rod was so nice the service was 110 percent. I ordered the Big Mac sandwich and it was great. Went back the next day, tried to order the same thing when I was told it's not on menu and can't be made , I was a little confused because the same guy Rod who was so nice was a completely different person telling me he can stop making whatever when and it must have been a favor. So I was shocked because the two things I ordered off the menus on the screen and print and both clearly have what I ordered called new. So I asked what menu should I look at when ordering, and he rudely said don't go by the prices. I am soooo torn , food is good but the service is spotty , and the prices are high, and I am not sure how to order. read more

Unfortunately, the quality and portions have plummeted. $13.00 for a small steak and cheese with roughly 1/16th of a pound of meat. Incredibly small for the price. Food was good but manager was extremely unprofessional. We came in on a Saturday and the workers were extremely kind and guiding us with ordering (it was our first time).. the man manager came in (he is tall and has facial hair) and began yelling at his workers in front of customers. Extremely rude to his workers and it's such a shame because they were all so kind and of understanding. This place is good because the workers and not because of the rude manager who doesn't seem to treat his workers humanely. The owner has Very POOR customer service. They treat their customers like peasants and I have seen management speak to their employees like complete garbage. With their high prices you would think they would be kind to good paying customers that show nothing but respect and a smile but instead they flee off the few customers they have left. This is why you don't see many customers come in and out of there. I really like the subs they have a bit of everything stay away from the fried stuff it isn't that great they have fast service but need a few more healthy choices like wheat rather than everything white. Subs are great other pizza good for larger pizzas. Neat clean and friendly. read more

I used to love this place to the point where i would drive by and wave at them UNTIL they didn't want to act morally correct when they completely messed up my order and didn't want to refund me or give a new sandwich without putting up a fight about it. I ordered a toasted chicken cutlet with bacon and peppers, BUT they gave me a soggy sub with PICKLES AND ONIONS (which I hate and didn't ask for). they acted so petty about giving me a new sub or refunding me. Woww, look at me eat that pizza in the uploaded photo!! Haha. Corner Grill 'N Pizzeria is a new joint that just opened in Holbrook Center where the old Subway and cell phone store used to be. What a pleasant surprise! For such a small restaurant (with an even smaller parking lot) it houses several BIG things!! HUGE menu, HUGE slices of pizza. . . my $5 kids meal came with 2 slices of pizza and a soda. 2 slices equaling half of a large pizza! What child can comfortably eat that much doughy-cheesy goodness?! Staff was incredibly friendly, service efficient. The interior of this place is cleverly set up. . . with a place to order and a separate room off to the side away from the hustle and bustle of the in-and-out customers to enjoy a meal while watching 1 of 2 flat screen tv's. I will definately return to this establishment in the future, sampling other items from their impressively large option of food on the menu. Happy eating! Yes. . . Dropped this place one star from my last time reviewing. Their 4.25 deal is now I believe 50 cents more. Not only that but they cut the Pizza portion in HALF, instead of 2 slices of pizza that equal half of a pizza, they are now half the size. So the 2 slices only equal a quarter of the pizza. In other words both slices now equal only ONE of the old slices. They also changed the recipe, the cheese is like weird gobules of cheese melted on top that you can barely taste. Argh why did you ruin such a good thing Corners! Booo, and you were so close to my house too. read more

We moved into the area five months ago and had been searching for a good pizza. We have definitely found it at Corner Grill. We like a thicker crust pizza. (Not bar pizza lovers) Their salads are fresh, chock full of veggies and the grilled chicken salad has an abundance of chicken. I love that they wrap the hot chicken in foil so the salad doesn't wilt. We have tried a couple different calzones. They are as good as the pizza. This is definitely our go-to pizza place. read more

Today I ordered 2 steak & cheese subs through UberEats. Both were made incorrectly. I called to inform & the woman who answered was EXTREMELY pleasant. She retook my order & told me it would be delivered in about 40min. Great... well a few minutes later she called me back to inform me that because I ordered through a 3rd party her boss will not let her offer any customer service. I asked if I could speak with him & from the moment he came on the phone he was EXTREMELY RUDE. I could not finish a sentence. I was kind & tried to mention I've ordered through them many times and I was just checking to see if I could even pay an extra fee to have it delivered and before I could finish he cut me off & told me with attitude that I did not order through them because I would have had to call them but instead I went on the Uber app & ordered there. He continued & said he couldn't do anything for me and I had to contact Uber eats if I wanted to fix anything. I started to say I did & was waiting for a response & he continued to tell me I would never get a response from UberEats because they are all computers and never get back to you. I tried to speak back & was cut off & told again to call UberEats. Every time I tried to speak I was cut off & told To call Uber eats. They have good food, but so do other places that do not treat their paying customers like dirt. I will not waste $ on this establishment again. read more

We have given this place alot of business, but it has consistently gone down the wrong paths for a long time now. We live about 5 minutes from this place and we routinely wait over an hour to an hour and a half. The quality has gone down on top of insane wait times. We keep giving them a chance, but alas they keep blowing it. Will be going with Holbrook House of pizza from here on out. read more

Horrible customer service they got our order completely wrong woman who answers phone says that it was our fault because we ordered online Italian sub came with 2 meats only no veggies on a bun. Deluxe Eggplant came dry no sauce or cheese we were told it was all our fault and to correct it would take a long time. Used to order from this place frequently because it was the closest thing to me and I could somewhat tolerate the food. Stopped ordering after this one time I payed for a delivery, watched the delivery guy stuff the money into his pocket and drive away. Hours later i get a call from them saying I had never payed for my order. They had the audacity to blacklist my address because of their delivery driver. One of the better pizza joints in the Holbrook/Braintree area. The Cheesy Lovers pizza with a blend of 5 different cheeses is one of their best. Great subs as well. All around a great menu with reasonable prices. read more

I had some website trouble, apparently. None of the toppings I added actually went through on the order yet it said toppings. Maybe the special didn't reflect the order. It also came in cold. I called to complain, i was met with an extremely rude woman who said it was my fault almost immediately. She argued with me about everything that was wrong with the pizza including telling me i need to pick it up if i wanted it hot. I didn't even get a chance to mention I actually liked the pizza. She just argued with me. Lighten up, you're in food service. I ordered delivery because I don't want to drive, and they offer it. I thought I tipped well to ensure prompt service. Also, they put that disgusting liquid cheese on top of the regular cheese breadsticks. Its gross, stop doing that. Let me say this to the woman who may read this and remember me: You're doing it wrong! It's your job to make every customer feel special, even if they aren't.
