Would highly recommend! My husband and I order from here a lot and are never disappointed. Their buffalo chicken pizza is the best around.

Where to start. When I called to confirm their location, the gentleman that answered was quite nice. Okay, I get there and I ordered my pepperoni pizza slightly darker than the slices. I actually used the word "slightly". However, when I got the pizza, he said, here you go, a well done pizza. And I thought he meant all set, and I asked him to clarify, so he ended up opening up the box and there lyed a well done pizza. I didn't ask for a well done pizza. Then he starts to tell me I ordered it wrong when the female who took my order didn't understand my English and should have asked me to repeat myself. And he even had the nerve on my way out to say next next time order it correctly. And I said, well, I did, and also, he didn't want me to touch the pizza because he said, if I touched it, I bought it. So my question is, what were you gonna do with that pizza if I didn't touch it. I did take the pizza because I didn't want them to mess around with the new pizza that he offered to make for me (my sister was a waitress and told me never to return anything if they have attitude). It's a legit concern because he was gonna do something with the pizza instead of throw it away. So that freaks me out just with that fact. I've seen some other reviews, and when they're not good, the owner jumps back, but he can jump back at me if he wants because I'm not coming back. This situation is unfortunate because the pizza actually tasted really good. But it was so well done and if I wanted to reheat it, the cheese would burn. Final thoughts ... if you thought that the staff didn't understood you, ask the person to repeat it back to you, to make sure they have your order correct? Because they're not gonna take responsibility for any mistakes that they make. read more

I was very diaspointed to get a small steak and cheese calzone with peppers onions and mushrooms!! They charged $1.50 for each side and and an extra dollar for each sauce..the calzone went from$13.99 to $21.79!! AND I tipped$4.00 The ends of the calzone were empty and there was one tiny microscopic pepper , 2 microscopic onions and I couldn't even fond the mushrooms!!!.so bad!!! I don't know if this place has changed hands, but I used to get really good wraps there. I asked for a grilled chicken wrap with peppers, mushroom, onion and extra provolone cheese. After the first bite, I knew that it was not gonna be good. The chicken was so dry and worst of all very little veggies, almost non-existent. To add to the frustration not a trace of cheese. Not sure what's going on with this place. Why 2 different types of plain chicken fingers in one large order?

This is my 2nd visit before I even went into the place the door was open when it was like 30 degrees I was picking up our order it was smokey now I know y burnt something so I got home my daughter got the chicken and rice guess what was burning well I found out my daughters chicken it was burnt you would think they would of recooked it that just shows you how much they care about the customers if I lived close i would of went back we will never go back some advice if you see smoke check your food before u leave read more

So glad I was able to have order online from Sara's. The bbq wings were big and covered with sauce, not the dinky .25cent Wings, these were like big bite mouth chewing size. My grilled chicken Caesar wrap was fresh, grilled chicken done juicy and not dry, perfect amount of Caesar dressing where the wrap was not soggy. The Italian sub was thick and mouth watering. Stuffed everything we ordered in there. Pizza was good, cheese was evenly spread out but I think it could use a bit more sausage and broccoli because it looked like it was placed sparingly. I owe the restaurant an apology. While I was not pleased with my sandwich I should have taken a different approach, like calling the restaurant to voice my concern. I actually have never written a review before so my first attempt was a failure. As it stands the owner took it upon himself to actually come to my office to address the concern. That is incredibly commendable. While I did not get to meet him personally his desire to make a customer satisfied shows a lot of class. Much more than my review. I also need to mention that I was mistaken about the salad as it was an employee who added all the croutons. At this point I am compelled to give them another chance as everything in life is not always perfect the first time. I've been here twice now and will definitely return. I've gotten the pizza (a small cheese) and it was pretty good. Not the best i've ever had but a pretty good cheesy pie! I've also gotten one of their dinner plates. The gyro lamb dinner. A huuuge amount of food i could not finish in one sitting. Comes with your choice of 2 sides. Coleslaw, roasted potatoes, mac n cheese, rice, grilled veggies, fries, salad, onion rings or spicy fries. I got the rice which was rice pilaf and the roasted potatoes. OMG. The roasted potatoes were soooo yummy!! I'd go there just for them!!! Rice was flavorful and the lamb gyro was filled with big chunks of meat, onion and tomato! Delish!! When i went back i got the turkey club with onion rings. Yum! They don't skimp on anything in this sammie! Comes with 6 big onion rings that were crunchy and tasty but a little greasy. They have cookies, chips and baklava at the counter. Also, ice cream! Yes! 6 flavors and they serve it all year! The cooler is full of pepsi products and they have a tv too. The place is really small ( i would suggest take-out) but what really shines is the customer service. They are so wicked friendly here. I think that means a lot. Great food! Great people!! We ordered various pizzas. The flavors were delicious. The ones we had with with toppings were best, but the plain cheese wasn't s much of a hit because the sweetness of the sauce stands out. I recommend eating as fresh and hot out of the oven as possible, because when they start to cook off, the thick bread like crust and heavy cheese get a bit chewy. Cozy pizza shop tucked away in one of the bigger mini mall type areas around here. Very solid pizza. The pepperoni they use has a sweet taste to it, it's the smaller type of Pepperoni with good coverage (not too much, not too little). Healthy amount of cheese and good sauce coverage. This restaurant has good deals, and they're very convenient to order from. Offer delivery, have online ordering on different sites that offer coupon usage. Friendly staff. It's dirty. Tables still have trays and food on them. They surprisingly do not want to help if someone is standing in front of them. I swear the kid at the front just doesn't listen. This place is honest-to-God terrible. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and a side of mozzarella sticks for delivery. They are 2.3 miles away and it took over an hour to deliver. And when it got there, it wasn't even the right pizza, peppers and onions. We ordered it online, so I know the order mess up wasn't on us. We were excited to try a new place. I ordered a wrap with no tomatoes and no cheese. I got a sub with tomatoes and cheese. What sucks it's that the parts I could eat tasted good but it was all soggy and not at all what I wanted. Although the food was great, the delivery driver was anything but. First, she had the most difficult time finding our house, even when we waited for her out in the street. We watched as she continually drove back and forth down our street and instructed her where to stop and where to turn around and she still couldn't get it. We are the first house on our street, and no other delivery driver has had an issue. Once she found our house and delivered the food, she proceeded to turn around on our front lawn instead of backing down our driveway. We now have tire tread marks in our front lawn. We love Sara's. A great (family owned?) business in Holbrook! I am finally writing a review after many orders over the past several years, and more specifically, an order last night. We had some friends over, and had multiple pizzas and dinner plates on our order. My husband is gluten free, and LOVES Sara's pizza and fries. I placed an order for delivery, and the person taking my order repeated my order back to me. With a hungry toddler whining in the background and a busy kitchen on Sara's end, it was a bit hard to hear, but I confirmed our order. Our deliver came within the promised time, however when we opened my husband's pizza box, it was topped with peppers an onions, instead of pepperoni. (My husband has a medical issue that prevents him from eating roughage and fiber - peppers are one of the biggest offenders for him.) We tried to pull the peppers off, but the pizza was pretty butched and unappealing at that point. I called Sara's and they offered to replace our pizza. The owner (?) was so kind about the replacement, acknowledging that mistakes happen, and it didn't matter if it was on our end, or theirs, just that we made it right. I really appreciate his response, it says a lot about the character of a person. All of our food was well seasoned and great sharing-sized portions, the salads were fresh and crisp (tomatoes red not pink), and hot on arrival. I gotta give it to GrubHub on this one. They did not steer me wrong on choosing a new place to eat. The first time I ordered from Sara's, I was just looking for a place where we could get some food delivered quickly on a Friday night and Sara's turned out to impress in ways I didn't expect. First of all, it's not about the pizza. It's not bad, it's just your normal everyday pizza. My son loves it and we happily eat it as leftovers. The true awesomeness of Sara's comes from their Greek food. In particular, their Lamb Gyro dinner is fantastic. A delicious gyro with plenty of tzatziki sauce. And the sides just completely make it- they make their own roasted potatoes, their own coleslaw, and a rice pilaf that I wish I knew how to duplicate. All of it is awesome. Of course you can also get a side salad which is of substantial size for being a 'side'. All in all, a great value for really good food that doesn't make you feel like splurged too horribly. If you DO want to add some grease to your meal, I can vouch that the buffalo wings (with the spice inside the wing so not the sloppy kind) and the loaded waffle fries will do the trick just fine. Adding to the value, spending $30 gets you a free large cheese pizza. So when we order 2 entree dinners for our family of 3, we have a whole pizza for lunch the next day. The only thing I have not been a fan of is their baklava, unfortunately. It's different from the baklava i'm used to and while not bad, it's not something i'd order again. The Oreo Cookie Cake gets a thumbs up, though! Delivery is fast, staff is very nice to deal with and overall we're glad to have discovered this hidden gem in Holbrook. I am always looking to try eating at different places around the neighborhood. When the menu for this place got sent to my door, I ordered from them not too long afterward. Ever since then, I have become a regular customer and a fan of this place. The delivery is always punctual and when I call, the employees are always nice to me. I love most of the food here...some things don't taste so great like the teriyaki chicken or grilled chicken subs. I just think they burn the chicken a bit too much. But I love everything else I've tried here and I will continue to order from this place as long as I continue to recieve the incredible service they've given me. read more

Huh. I was surprised to see that everyone else gave this place five stars. The customer service is great. They are very nice and polite. So that's the only reason I am giving this place two stars. I've had subs from here and they are fine - not spectacular. But today I got the buffalo wings which were not buffalo at all - they were just battered in what tasted like pure chili powder and way too fried. And the mac and cheese tastes like hospital cafeteria mac and cheese, or what I imagine mac and cheese would taste like in prison. I've had the cheese fries in the past and they are good - very cheesy. I strongly advise against getting bacon on them since the one time I did this the bacon was pretty much raw. I've just had much better food. I WISH the food was better because they are VERY nice but I can't give a restaurant five stars based on customer service when the product they are selling is mediocre at best. Sorry, Sara's. My wife and I were surprised by 2 of our grandchildren with an order from Sara's place. We had never had any food from them before. We got a antipasto salad, Greek salad and chicken soup. All of it was delicious. The soup was hot and loaded with chicken and veggies. The antipasto had lots of meat and cheese, onions, olives, lettuce ,carrots, tomatoes and a great Italian dressing. The Greek salad was loaded with feta cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, olives and more. The order also came with pita bread. It all was very fresh and I would not hesitate to order from them again. We got a pepperoni pizza and a Red Sox hot. The pepperoni was good but the Red Sox hot was amaaaaaaazing. Spicy and the chicken was crispy. So delicious. And the crust here is thin. I loved it! Can't wait to try other things on the menu. read more
