Update: Have been loyal to this dental practice since my first visit 6 years ago, and have referred them to friends and family without hesitation such that 5 of them are now patients here too! ALL members of staff here are welcoming, honest, upfront, competent. I never feel I have to worry about insurance coverage gaps or any shadiness that I know goes on at other places. The dentist himself always makes wonderful and appropriate referrals to specialists when the treatment plan is outside of his scope of work. Well, I went in here wanting to explore cosmetic dentistry but ended up with a nightmare tooth. Dr. Patel is very gracious and patient and wonderful with his patience lol. After hours of working on the tooth, and going back twice, we thought we could save, it got infected and it didn't happen. I was sent to the endodontist where I had a complete root canal. I came back to Dr. Patel to replace my crown that they had already gotten in. I have had no problems since. Let's keep our fingers crossed. The staff here is amazing and especially Dr. Patel. But I sure wish I had more information going in so I would've just went straight to the root canal. I will be back for my other two in January. UGG. But I will be going to Dr. Patel forever! There will be no pictures because you do not want to see the inside of my mouth lol. read more

I was treated here a few years ago, and had a great experience, including the doctor's treatment. I had moved cities, so I had to find another dentist and recently I moved back. I was hoping to get a cleaning here as I enjoyed my previous experience. I spoke with Sally from the front desk, and I can agree with the other negative reviews about "the front desk person" and her customer service. She seemed less interested to help me, and more interested to get me off the phone. The first thing she said after I told her I wanted a cleaning was that I wouldn't get an appointment until the end of December (which is okay), with a demeanor that suggested I shouldn't make the appointment because it was too far out. After deciding on a time/date, she proceeded to look for me on the system. I would have been okay with a "I can't find you, but no worries, let me add you to our system.", but instead it turned into a debate about her not being able to find me. I even asked if I couldn't get an appointment if I wasn't in the system already?? Anyways, point being I called and made an appointment with another dentist down the street who not only had excellent customer service front desk staff but they had great reviews, and were significantly cheaper. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE. If you're looking for a great dentist with a significantly nice and easy to work team--go somewhere else. It's a shame that this great doctor's practice/knowledge is not at all portrayed well through their staff. read more

Hands down the best! I seriously believe that my fear of dentists is gone now because of Dr. Patel. I just had a root canal procedure done, and my experience here makes me wonder why I was nervous in the first place. I was numbed up pretty good and Dr. Patel was frequently checking up with me throughout the whole procedure to make sure there was no pain. Honestly felt taken care of the whole time. Fullerton craft smiles is awesome from beginning to end. When I called to schedule an appt, they were friendly and even willing to help me find out who my insurer was since it had just changed. Fortunately I found out who it was and they were able to schedule my appt next day since something had cleared on there schedule and it worked with my schedule. It had been about 4 years since my last checkup, but that didnt stop Dr. Patel from being kind, even letting me know that I had done a really good job keeping my teeth looking good. The cleaning was super thorough and he let me know it will be much easier next time as long as I come in more frequently and keep taking care of my teeth the way I have. Unfortunately, I had a few cavities that he did have to fill, but he made sure I was numb and when one tooth, specifically, was still sensitive, he numbed it a bit more, waited to be sure and took care of it last. After a few hours, after the numbness has worn off, I'm actually in minimal discomfort. The best dentist ever. Even going to bring my 10 yr old in because I know she'll be in great hands. read more
