I've witnessed first hand Dr. Kim's teaching methods. She leads by example and truly wants to teach and share her knowledge. Was able to get an appointment quickly. Doctor Maria Kim was very thorough and was able to do a check up and get fillings / deep cleaning on the same day (I requested this ahead of time). Another doctor at a different place went to stated I needed to replace all my fillings but I was hesitant that this wasn't accurate, she said I didn't need to. She was very thorough with my cleaning and triple checked to ensure nothing was left out. I've referred my three friends to her because I was so happy with this visit. read more

Look no further for a new dentist. Dr. Maria Kim is all you'll need for top tier dental work! She literally does everything, and everything she does is done immaculately. I had to receive an implant for a tooth that was infected and pulled out. I was nervous. Dentist scare me. Dr. Kim assured me I wouldn't feel a thing during the surgery, and before I knew it the process was already finished. I couldn't even feel the numbing syringe go in! She's GOOD at her craft! The office space: idk if I've just been going to old-school dentist before Dr. Kim, but her office space is by far the cleanest and most technologically advanced dentistry I've ever seen. So much new equipment I had never seen before at other dentist. Really reassured me the work I was getting done was going to be a new level of professional. The staff: Because I had to make multiple appointments with Dr. Kim, I got to know her staff pretty well. Every one of them are happy and comforting people to be around! I can tell they are all passionate people about their jobs. That's all I could really ask for out of my experience, but this dentistry just went above and beyond all my expectations! Most of the staff members were nice, except Martha. She is a liar, extremely condescending and doesn't know how to talk to people. I visited their office for a dental emergency in Nov 2022. She lied about my coverage to get me to pay the full price out of pocket. She said she would try to see if insurance would cover it and said she would submit the claim. I waited for insurance until I couldn't anymore because I was in so much pain, I just paid for it. Afterwards I got a letter in the mail from insurance saying the entire procedure was covered and I asked them when was it approved and when did Omnia submit the request. They said she submitted the request days after my initial visit and it was approved right away. They told me to submit a reimbursement request and I did. My insurance told Omnia to reimburse me and they never did. I asked Martha why she waited to submit the request and why didn't she tell me it was approved. She said "it's too late you already paid for it". Very shady & unethical. read more

The office is nice and clean other than that, not a trusted place. I went to get a recement of a crown. In the process, they try to up sale you on things which is fine but to get someone out of their seat and go over a quote on other teeth issues before the treatment especially, when insurance covers the main problem seemed odd. I felt like I was at a car dealer. During the treatment there were some oddity which I will spare to explain. They asked me to pay upfront in case insurance doesn't cover it. They promised me a refund if they do. The insurance paid for it immediately but no refund and no reply to my email on 3/5/25 or calls thereafter. I have also asked for a report of what the dr treated and possible issues since they are not my primary (he was on vacation), nothing. I have emailed and called more than 5 times from what I recall and not a single reply. They got my full payment and the insurance payment which I think is unethical practice. For that alone, I will never recommend this place. read more

I found Dr. Kim and Omnia Dental through ZocDoc when I was looking for a dentist who takes my insurance. I'm in town visiting my parents and wanted to see a dentist while I was here as I currently live in a college town in NY state and it's impossible to schedule with the dentists there! Dr. Kim and her whole team were absolutely amazing from before I even walked into the office. Raquel helped me over the phone as my insurance had accidentally given her the wrong information at first, George took my x-rays and oral photos (extremely high tech and modern machines which were super impressive), and Dr. Kim did my exam and cleaning. I usually don't feel super comfortable asking dentists for their recommendations or opinions because I always feel rushed, but not with Dr. Kim. She gave me a lot of good information and she was the first dentist to comment on my gingival recession, which I had suspected I had for quite some time but no one else ever mentioned. She even gave me a great soft bristle brush that has helped so much with my sensitivity! TL;DR: 11/10 would recommend and will likely come back to this office once I move back to CA later this year. read more

Everyone is so open and honest about everything here. You get the feeling that the staff genuinely cares not only for the patient's teeth, but also for the patient. After getting a deep clean, I was convinced and confident that I could confide in this dentist to extract my wisdom teeth. The extraction took place on Thursday afternoon (3 days before the posting of this review) and the experience wasn't bad at all. They were very thorough with the numbing, checking every area to ensure that I was numb before proceeding. I didn't feel any pain during the extraction, only pressure which is normal. All throughout my recovery, I felt a little sore maybe once the numbing wore off, but with the pain pills prescribed even recovery has been a breeze. (Aside from the part where I can't eat crunchy hard foods yet but that's to be expected.) Worse place ever I don't recommended at all I schedule an appointment for my husband since he needs to get a cleaning! And we called his insurance yesterday they told us that he was covered 100% and when was getting assisted the receptionist started to tell him that he has to pay this and that when he has coverage and it didn't make sense afterwards they brought a form to refuse work etc he signed it the nurse dentist started to do X-rays etc after they come back and tell him that they need to reschedule him because the dr has no time for him then why did they had him go through all that trouble if they are not going to help him I wrote the reviews I didn't wanted to belive it I wanted to give this place a chance an freaking A they just the worse I was not there but the fact that my husband lost a full day to get this done to not get assisted a waist of time just because he denied to pay so he won't get assisted !
