On multiple occasions in fact he has steered me away from more expensive products towards ones that are better aligned to my health and fitness needs. I'm lucky to be in good health, but I have witnessed Aaron and the whole team there and how they take extra care with patients who have special needs. It is heartwarming to see. I can't recommend this place enough.

There are snacks and drinks they supply and there's a call button if you feel like anything is off. We got the Health & Fitness fuze and an additional bag of B12 for all the vitamins and goodness. There is a local Vegas discount just FYI (and a Yelp check-in for $5 off too). I did warn I have tough veins as when I'm usually drawing blood, they need a few pokes to get it right. I usually say that right away in case there is someone that can handle that really well. Unfortunately, I was poked 3 times before the IV stuck around the ventricle. My partner also had problems with his IV where it wasn't flowing in but getting to his muscle instead. Luckily the IV veteran we were with noticed how strange he wasn't flowing. His forearm got tense and it started swelling up like Popeye the cartoon literally. When they fixed it, the fluid was flowing so fast. For me, going through both bags took about an 45 minutes to go through. I didn't feel the effects immediately, but after the weekend of festivities, I will say I didn't feel as groggy as I have in the past!

First time (non members) get their drips while sitting in the mist epic massage chair I have ever experienced. Honestly, part of what keeps bringing me back is this massage chair. So relaxing. Also filled out a patient profile w/all pertinent questions to custom tailor my Iv I felt when I got there I'd be all set because of doing a patient questionnaire . Then they informed me of an additional $50 dr tele evaluation of what's best for me ???? I felt duped , they should have disclosed this in our initial & very lengthy phone call to schedule the appt .Then I felt like they'd hand me a menu of additional options All fine & dandy , but I walked out I felt a scampish feeling I've come to find out this can be done in your home . So called a mobile IV biz n 1st thing they said is there is $30 initial cost for Tele call into a physician . Then they proceeded to say there's different costs & pkgs u can customize . Well who do u think was a better fit for my biz Non disclosure of additional costs of the one w/o prompting told me what to expect n fees Well no brained I opted to have someone come into my home for my services!

As a reward for participating in my gym's annual competition (think of it like their own version of…read morethe summer/winter Olympics, but it happens every year), I received a $50 gift card for this place that was good to use for the entire month of May. They have a ton of services that you can choose from and it was a little overwhelming trying to choose just one. Some of their services that they offer are IV therapy/shots, facials, and core services. What I wanted to try was either their red light therapy or infused sauna service. I also looked into their facial services, but all facials here were booked for the rest of the month. I booked an infrared sauna session for 5/16/26 at 1:15pm, but since this was my first time here, I had to arrive a half hour early for a client consultation appointment. They had called me about an hour in advance to confirm my appointment and when I was asked how I found out about Restore, I told them about my gym's competition and had a gift card for it. The lady on the other end, Kehlani, told me that I could add on an extra service to fulfill my gift card, in which I chose cryotherapy. I met Kehlani once I walked through the doors, where I had to sign a waiver and provide any health issues that I may have prior to getting started. She gave me the tour of the facility and explained each service provided. Then I was directed to the sauna room with a shower inside. The sauna session lasted 45 minutes and then I was given about 10-15 minutes to shower afterward (all necessities included) before moving on to the cryogenic session. The sauna was great and it was all left to just myself. I was sweating some good bullets the entire time. The cryotherapy session, located around the corner from the sauna room, requires a beanie, face mask, mittens, robe, socks, and slippers. The entire thing was supervised by Kevin, where he took my body temperature before and after use. The most awesome part about this is that you can select a song to listen to while you're inside, where I chose Radioactive by Imagine Dragons. This was my first time using cryotherapy, so it did feel like I was standing in the middle of a winter storm for about three minutes, but I made it through the entire thing. Kevin said that my body temperature dropped from 83 degrees to 57 degrees afterward, which was not bad for a first timer. I felt amazing and more alert than usual afterwards, plus I ended up getting a good night's sleep that night. It's good to try something new once in a while and it was totally worth it.

What a great first time experience!…read more My friend brought me here to try the red light therapy. They are a wellness center that does IV, hyperbaric, compression machines, cyro, and sauna. The red light therapy was pretty cool room is a bit tight but got enough red light to help with my joints and looking beautiful. It gets pretty busy with just 1 room though. I'd love to try the sauna, compression, and cyro! The cyro can either be the room or the small machines. IV therapy included different vitamins as well as NAD! Looking forward to trying this too! Staff were very friendly and welcoming! Looking forward to coming back!

I booked a mobile IV drip service and honestly... it was the best decision of the trip. The two nurses who came out (I feel terrible I forgot their names ‍) were absolute pros. Super friendly, zero judgment, and very knowledgeable. They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process smooth and comfortable. Within about 30-45 minutes I could literally feel myself coming back to life. The headache eased up, the brain fog cleared, and my energy levels shot back up. It wasn't just a temporary boost either -- I actually felt hydrated and normal again. What impressed me most was how professional and efficient they were. Clean setup, great bedside manner, and they made it feel more like a wellness experience than a "hangover emergency." If you're in Vegas and overdo it (which let's be honest... happens), don't suffer through it. Call these guys. Total lifesaver. 10/10 would use again -- hopefully not after another 2-day bender

Booked Hangover Heaven for mobile IV service to my hotel room in Las Vegas after a brutal night…read moreout. Paid the premium for "fast in-room relief" because I was dying--head pounding, nauseous, the works. Waited over 90 minutes past the promised window, which is already ridiculous when you're hungover and can't move. Finally, this girl shows up (nurse? tech? who knows--no name tag, no intro). Instead of apologizing for the delay, she immediately snaps at me with attitude: "I'm super busy today, you're not the only client we have, so let's make this quick." Like, excuse me? I'm the paying customer who shelled out $200+ for this "heaven" experience, and you're acting like I'm inconveniencing YOU? She barely explained anything, jabbed the IV in roughly (hurt way more than it should), and spent the whole time on her phone texting or whatever while the drip was going. No small talk, no checking in, just pure "get this over with" energy. When I asked if the mix included anti-nausea meds like advertised, she rolled her eyes and said "Yeah, whatever's in there works." Super unprofessional Left feeling only slightly less terrible, but way more pissed off. The whole point of paying for concierge service is to feel taken care of, not lectured about how busy they are. If you're gonna charge luxury prices, act like it--or at least fake some basic customer service. Save your money and just drink Pedialyte. This place is overhyped and under-delivers, especially on the human side. Avoid if you want any dignity with your recovery. 0/10 would not recommend.
