Owner quoted us for all 3 toilets and both showers, team comes and doea all the work(actually totally misses doing 1 of he showers) and also states to us the mastwr shower only needed a knob afterall and is not having any other issues!! So they knocked off a few hundred bucks l. we called and they came back to do the other shower (not the master one that got discounted because it only needed a knob!)... fast forwars to End of service , the guys just wanted to take a look at the master shower... Guess what?? Its a leaking cartridge and it neess to be replaced!! They write some Crazy expensive quote!! ive called twice since!! the owner or the company orignally quoted to Fix the master shower cartrisge etx, first crew said its fine wnd deducts aeveralhundred since its fine... second crew see it needs the work done(yes we knew tbat the owner knew that and we literally paid alot of money(minus a few hundred because its fine right)?? Flow pro, we already paid for moet of The master cartridge to be fixed, we should only have to pay the amount "removed" from theprimary quote because it did need to be done.. My mother and i tried to explain this several times now but its not sticking, flow pro you need to contact sue menke and achedule a servcie to fix the primary shower for the amount that was removed from the first visit when it was incorrectly passed over. the owner is top notch tech, unforttunely that has not totally rubbed off on the other guys yet This needs to be made right !! Very responsive and easy to schedule, but that's where it ends. Our tankless water heater had an error code that signaled the need for a cleaning. Cost for a cleaning? $300.00, but only $150'ish if I signed up for their membership. The valve. The cold water valve had a damaged washer that the tech said is NOT sold in stores. The only solution was a new valve that was 580.00...for one valve! Today I went to home depot and found a set (two brand new valve's) for $139.00. Oh, and I found the washer for $1.99. I spent almost $800.00 dollars for a valve and a cleaning. I called today and asked to speak with a manager. Jesse should be calling me back. Hopefully he's able to make it right. read more

Yesterday our landscapers reported a fairly large leak at our domestic water meter in front of our house. I reached out to our normal plumber but he was unfortunately unavailable but he did recommend Flow Pro and provided me with their number. I called and received their voicemail and decided to try their website. Making an appointment online was seriously one of the easiest I've ever had to deal with. They ask you to provide information of your issue, pictures of you have them (I didn't) and then they provide you with a decent amount of availabilities including same day!!! I made my appointment for the following morning with a 2 hour window. Flow Pro provides reminders and updates of your appointment via texts which is super helpful. When my tech was on his way, I received a text with his name and picture (so great!). Hamza was so friendly and absolutely amazing. After checking the problem, he explained what he believed was the issue, provided 3 different options with pricing. Once selected, he got right to work. Repairs we're completed in a few hours (included a lot of digging, locating the leak, getting parts, repair and clean up). Your receipt is emailed to you with a ton of pictures of the repair which is another thing I think is really awesome. Side note, although I didn't leave Flow Pro a voicemail when I initially called, the office still called me back, apologized for missing my call and asked if they could help. Not the greatest experience , Had an issue with my water heater. Flow pro sent over a technician to diagnose the issue in which they offered a plan & warranty for repairs, The repairs were made but again had to call next day for same issue. Now they send another technician , to review previous technician diagnostics in which he invoice me for additional repairs . Repairs were not done right first time, was informed that repairs for issue had a 1 year warranty . They describe additional services/repairs , not sure why the first technician didn't correct the problem. As this should has covered the warranty repairs Next time I'll take my business elsewhere read more

Today, I learned that all the issues I have been having with my washer were a result of the whole house water filtration system not being properly bleed that I had purchased. As time passed, I started getting errors on my washing machine and eventually my washer just wouldn't work. When I took it apart I found carbon caked inside and it had clogged it. I purchased a Halo water softener 2 years ago from Flow Pro. I started noticing a blue green residue being left on all my fixtures and a white film around the sink. This was never there when I had my previous water softener. I called Flow Pro, and the service guy tested the unit and said that everything was fine. He said that I need to change the fixtures in four of my sinks and one shower. This cost me another $5000. When I returned to look at the job the shower looked terrible only part of the fixtures were replaced. The technition said that the only thing I paid for was The shower head changed. I still have a rotted tubes and handles. To finish the job on the shower it will cost me another $3000. Flow Pro is a terrible company that doesn't stand by their product and charges an insane amount of money. read more

I have been a customer for over 4 years. I recently had a tech come out for a minor leak from a drain pipe. Easy repair right? The tech didn't listen or look at the leak but immediately diagnosed it as hard water and claimed I needed a water softener. Then said if I didn't get it, I would have the same issue within months! Interesting because I've lived here 4yrs and never had this problem before. Forget the fact the pipes have probably never been replaced since it was built in the 90's but okkkk. I disregarded the upsell and asked him to focus on the replacement, big mistake! The tech: 1) asked me where the hardware store was (you don't know?) 2) told me he was replacing it w black pipes (and didn't-see the cheap white ones) 3) needed to take the pipe so he had the right size (this seemed odd to me-isn't there a standard?) 4) asked if I wanted to check his work (side eye?!? - you're kidding me right?) I declined his offer to put everything back because I just knew I'd be calling them back. The very next morning I turned the water back on and the water was streaming under my sink. A few things come to mind: 1) The prices don't match service, quality or experience 2) Is there a skills check in place for techs? This tech had no idea what he was doing or selling. I got charged for a reconfiguration and nothing was different. 3) I could've done a better job you tubing the steps 4) I called 3x over several days to speak to the owner - crickets and a ton of excuses from the receptionist ** imagine the cabinet damage that could have happened from this careless work ** read more

Gem showed up the next day with the part to fix the problem, but it was cracked. I wonder why he didn't check the part before he left the office. He spent an hour doing the job. So a total of two hours worth of work they charged us $1300 plus I do find that outrageous for two hours worth of work, I don't think doctors get paid that much. My experience with Flo Pro Plumbing was wonderful. At a time when I was having a plumbing crisis and had already been let down by one plumber, I was admittedly feeling very anxious when I reached out to this company and another plumbing company about the leak on my property. The first "company" that I contacted completely dropped the ball on me after canceling multiple appointments that I'd set with him as my leaking pipe dished out approx. five gallons of water per day - causing me unnecessary loss of water and time. After having to reschedule with this person two times over a period of five days I decided to tell this first company "no, thank you" and look for a new plumbing company. Disillusioned and in a state of panic, I reached out to another company on a Friday afternoon (immediately after the last company flaked on me) and explained my situation, and asked when they could come out to provide me with an estimate. This company said they had nothing until Sunday. I decided to schedule the appt as I realized that it was Friday afternoon and my chances were slim for getting another appointment sooner. And even though this company seemed a lot more professional than the last I decided to reach out to another company just to see if they had anything sooner but also to compare price quotes. The third company that I'd called was Flo Pro Plumbing (FPP). Immediately, everything felt different - the professionalism, customer service, and interest in wanting to help me resolve my problem as soon as possible. FPP was booked for the rest of the afternoon and explained that they are closed on the weekends. However, they offered me their soonest appointment - which was on Monday afternoon. I took the appointment but I'm sure the disappointment in my voice was pretty clear. I believe the agent noticed this and let me know that she will keep an eye out for any cancellations and try to bump up our appointment, if possible. I was very grateful but didn't expect it to happen. Not even an hour later, I get a text and a follow-up call from FPP. They were offering me an early morning appointment. This made me happy and made me feel even better about the company. On Sunday, the second plumbing company that I called came out and inspected the leak. We received a quote and told them we would give them a call after discussing it. Though, for some reason, this company didn't do it for me. We just didn't connect. On Monday morning, FPP came out to our property and began their inspection. Immediately, I noticed they were doing things differently. Their inspection did not just consist of them looking at the underground meter and water flowing down my driveway with a "yup, it's a main water leak" to follow. Instead, they really took their time and spent nearly an hour looking over my property, inside and out, and explaining things to us along the way. What's more, the worker was very friendly and easy to talk to and ask questions. After the inspection was complete, we received the quote. It was a lot higher than the other two companies for sure. But the confidence that this company gave us in their ability and pricing made the price worth it. Let me explain, FPP let me know that their pricing was a flat rate with no hidden or potential "unexpected" future costs. The other companies that had come out offered lower upfront costs but were sure to explain that more fees could be applied if new issues were to come up. With FPP, I didn't have to worry about this. I knew exactly what I would be paying and when. (Side note: They also offer financing for those in need of it.) So we agreed to move forward with this company. FPP realized that my issue was an emergency and in order to prevent more water loss they were able to get someone out in the same day to start the prep work for the main repair job which was to commence the next morning. I won't go into great detail about this part. But I will say that these guys were hard-working, professional, and efficient. The job lasted for three days and is still pending a final inspection from the city. Still, I came here to sing my praises about this company because they are exceptional in so many ways. Thank you Flo Pro Plumbing for coming to my rescue. You will be my go-to for all future plumbing needs. I highly recommend these pros to others as well. You will not be disappointed. read more

We had an outstanding experience with Flow Pro Plumbing. Our shower head began dripping persistently. We received an estimate from a company with whom we regularly work, but they could not come to site for several days. Their work order consisted of switching the valve out, which required sheet rock work. We called Flow Pro since we'd worked with them before, and Kayla was the best again. She had an opening that afternoon, and she stayed in contact throughout the process. Just superb management. Our tech, Elijah, was a total pro. Courteous, answered every question, good guy. He diagnosed that the cartridge could be bad and would start with that. If that fixed it, no sheet rock and valve. He was right and not only saved us half the cost but did it right and quickly. Elijah took the extra step of testing the shower head water and suggested we consider a whole-house purifying system. He also thought we should switch out the front spigot because it was so old. This extra attention meant a lot. We will definitely contact Flow Pro with our next plumbing need. read more

Flow Pro was available to come out when other plumbers were unavailable to service a plugged up kitchen sink. A young man came in and visually looked at the area under the sink before doing anything and pitched some sort of super cleanout service which I declined. He then took apart the under sink drain pipes (the p trap) and removed some food debris. He then pointed at some other pipes beyond the p trap and said his snake would not fit in them. He pitched a new set of pipes which he said he could clean out better with his snake device. Since our home is relatively new, this didn't make sense either since it seemed he should have the equipment to cope with a simple plumbing job. After about 25 minutes time, the charge was $329. Update: One month later, the drain was plugged up again. We called our preferred plumbing company, Henson Plumbing, who spent the same amount of time, first inspected the cleanout access outside the house to narrow down the problem which the other guy had not even looked at, cleaned out all the pipes under the sink completely, gave us some good tips for maintaining our sink drains, and charged us $135. Clearly we were taken by a person only interested in upselling services and padding his bill. read more
