Darren determined the leak location which required disconnection of the water heater, removal from wall and opening the wall to access the pipe. The people and service are fantastic! Our plumber Darren Mayberry is kind, conscientious and highly customer service oriented. Last year I got an error code on my tankless hot water heater and it stopped working until I rebooted it; but then it would fail again a couple of days later. Precision came out and spent a lot of time trouble shooting the problem while working with the manufacturer. They handled all the warrantee payments from the manufacturer so I was not charged for parts. This year I hired them to do the annual service and will continue to do so for all plumbing issues in the future. read more
