The people and service are fantastic! Our plumber Darren Mayberry is kind, conscientious and highly customer service oriented. Last year I got an error code on my tankless hot water heater and it stopped working until I rebooted it; but then it would fail again a couple of days later. Precision came out and spent a lot of time trouble shooting the problem while working with the manufacturer. They handled all the warrantee payments from the manufacturer so I was not charged for parts. This year I hired them to do the annual service and will continue to do so for all plumbing issues in the future. read more
