Set an appointment for the next week for installation and Jeff the technician came by on time. Installation went well with no issues, the work is extremely well done and looks aesthetically pleasing. Jeff resealed the wall and tested the system before leaving. He explained how everything works and made sure I was informed about maintenance. Delta Pure Water installed our reverse osmosis water purification under the sink for our faucet water, and then also ran it over to our refrigerator so that our fridge would dispense reverse osmosis water and ice! Chris the owner is fantastic, and Jeffrey who installed it is top-notch. Our house was difficult because a portion of the crawl space is not under the sink, but Jeffrey stuck with it and figured out a solution anyway. When we first moved in we got the "postcard" in the mail and went for it. We paid over $7k for a tank that never worked. Despite many attempts for the company to fix the issue they failed to and we ultimately just said forget about it. (Now called Fidelis Elite). The hard water in our house was getting to be too bad and clogging all of our water things. We decided to call Delta Pure Water. We explained our situation and they came out added another tank to our existing tank and for only a couple hundred dollars got our water to be soft and useable!! We've had a water system since the early 90's installed by Assured Water, they sold the company to True Water a few years back. True Water did 2 service calls and then Covid struck, so we couldn't have another service call until earlier this year. 2 hours before the scheduled appt, the True Water person called and went on some long jag about cancelling us for good because we had a couple of (elderly) cats. We got upset with him, and decided to have Delta Pure Water take care of our filters change and water purity check. Great guy came out to take care of this and I was floored when he charged almost 50% less than what I'd been paying Assured Water and True Water for the Same Service! I have some blue stains on my shower and read that I should have our water checked for its ph balance. I called Delta pure because we have a water system from them. I was told to bring in a water sample which I did. The employee called his manager upon my arrival and he said to leave it and his manager would test it. I never heard back from anyone. Today, I went back to get a few more questions answered and to book a delivery reserve time. I am extremely impressed with the young people that Delta employs. I have been dealing with Delta Pure Water for 10+ years and their employees are always knowledgeable and polite. I strongly recommend them for your water and softener needs. Polite, professional and straight to the point. Kevin and Jonathan tried multiple times to rebuild the valve head on my water softener but it was irreparable. Jonathan gave me multiple options with honest, upfront prices for replacement or purchasing a new system. After reviewing the cost-benefit, I decided to purchase a whole new water softener system. The next day, Jonathan and Kevin completed a clean install of the new system and left zero mess when finished.
