This store continues to be the only place I will purchase water from. Not only is the water the healthiest water on the market, but they also have really good prices. Staff is super knowledgeable and friendly and their store is clean. If you don't have any containers they have a wide variety of some you can buy there. Love the customer service provided by Eric in addition to the quality of water here. As much as I love the quality of this water, the recent price changes per gallon in addition to eliminating the 5 free gallons when you buy in bulk has been extremely disappointing. Before the price increase, this place was already the most expensive water around, now they have felt the need to further increase prices. They did so abruptly without warning, at this point I feel like they are competing with their own profits. I drive 30 minutes to come here but due to the price increases I have my second thoughts. If the owner was truly about providing the best water to the community who has supported him then he would do so at a reasonable price. I'm sure many others who come here feel the same. read more

The best recent decision I've made was coming to Flow. A very kind and helpful man Leo got me set up with 5 gallons to start of PEACE and 6 weeks later.. I was obsessed with the taste, the purity, clarity, and my dog and I both seemed to go on longer runs & feel so much better all around. Now, It's been maybe 6 months and I'm never going back to bottle water ever again! Flow water (Peace) only!! And I couldn't be happier and more satisfied! Clean inviting water store that just opened up in Huntington Beach. The owner was very knowledgeable and explained the different types of water and PH differences. I could really taste the difference in the types I sampled. They sell many different water bottles in store, so no need to worry if you don't have any. Been coming here for a long time now and have a system down! I've bought all my glass jugs here and like the service and have made friends herewith like interests. As is with everything the prices have gone up but I value higher than anything a water source I trust. My only gripe is the short window they are open but the do have a 24 hr water dispenser that I have yet to use as I come will a lot of empty bottles in tow. read more

What an incredible place to exist right in HB! They have water like no other. It's pure, and then infused with shungite, crystals, a vortex system... you name it, they have it. I am very adamant about having healthy water, I have a whole house system to remove fluoride and heavy metals, and a reverse osmosis system for my sink drinking water, but I wanted to go a step above and have really pristine, drinking water just to see if I would drink it more or if it tasted better. I did try their double filtered basic water and also the purest highest level water and both were amazing. I drank all 6 gallons in 4 days. I heard this water can reverse disease, hydrate you on a cellular level (the vortex system makes it able to assimilate similar to our human cells) and the list goes on and on... Oh! My trip to Flow Water earlier this week was the third occasion that one particular employee was not wearing any kind of face covering. I believe his name is Anthony. While he was friendly, the absence of a mask for the third time was very troubling in the midst of a pandemic. It made me very uncomfortable, and I hesitate to return. I'm sure I'm not the only customer that feels this way about that employee's disregard for the store's rules (which are clearly posted on your front window). Leo was so easy to talk to and he provided me with a more thorough knowledge about the double filtration system they use and showed me the apparatus that they have in store. I thought that was really cool and overall very educating. I appreciated the time that Leo took on getting to know me as an individual and I highly appreciate what him and his family are trying to do for the community in providing such great water sources at such a very reasonable price. I got two of my 5 gallon water bottles filled w/ the Peace water & Leo filled up my new water bottle (picture of new bottle provided) with the Eternal water and I must say the water tasted so refreshing and nothing at all like the water I've been buying (This is sooo much better) I was paying 1.25 before for 5 gallons of water which yes is cheaper but I never felt it was a reliable source of water. Flow's price is a bit more, but I feel it to be more reliable and since I'm in a journey of self love, I will not cheap out on my water source. If you can treat yourself out to fast food then you can definetly treat yourself to good water so do it. read more
