Did not offer any discount, except for no charge of making the hole that scratched my counter top badly (less than 5% off the total price). Installer messed up and put the soap dispenser hole too close to the sink tub, so it ended up hitting the washer. He did a lot of things that frustrated me even more after.. -offered for us to buy a plug while he adds another hole farther back. I complained because the soap dispenser hole would be too far back and now he's adding yet another hole to our granite countertop. He then told me he can modify the plastic washer to fit and switch the location of the faucet and soap dispenser. I said that's not what I wanted, but he said it's up to you if you want to make a new hole or switch the two. If it were up to me, I'd want a new granite counter top since he messed mine up. -kept dropping heavy metal components into our sink and ended up scratching. Our sink is black, so the scratches are more apparent. It's not once or twice, literally 10-15 times. -left boxes of trash everywhere and didn't clean the granite off the sink. -used our kitchen knives to cut the plastic washer to modify the faucet, and put it back in our knife block without washing. I don't think he noticed that I saw. I asked if it will affect leaking and he assured me that it will not. -offered pretty much no compensation for the botched job of the hole. I got more frustrated when he said "I shouldn't have told you I could do this hole." And he also asked me "what would you suggest I do?" I told him that I am not the expert, which is why I called him to install. For a technician, he kept saying he did not know for very basic questions.
