Been coming here weekly. Supporting this small business. First I was told I am not allowed to rinse and clean my water jugs inside if I am filling the waters outside (totally fine & understandable) I'll survive. Come back after literally going to this guy weekly and supporting for well over a year now. I grab one of his measly plastic carts to help me with carrying my FIVE large 3 gallon water jugs to my car (which isn't parked close) If you go there, you know the parking isnt always accessible up front. Well, the not so friendly owner instantly shuts me down, says I can't use the cart UNLESS i am purchasing inside... which i am assuming is more beneficial to his business. Basically signs me off, tells me to grab my car keys off his cart and couldn't be any quicker to basically in not so many words but more with his actions and demeanor not give a shit whether I support his business or not anymore. Yeah, I am sure I won't hurt your business by not coming anymore (which I will never return) but giving you one star, which i wish I could give less... made it a little better of a shitty situation I had with the owner. My husband asked about the different waters as well as the difference in pricing, and the older man that was working said "If you have to ask for the pricing then you can't afford it." I've been coming here for years now. The owner is always friendly and super positive but the reason for this review is the water. My cat is 17 and recently diagnosed with kidney disease as adult cats tend to get. I gave her this water and her kidney disease started reversing, something considered impossible but the test results confirmed. I've been coming here for years and have always experienced great service here. I love the taste of the water. It's better than any water bottle water I've ever had. The prices are also pretty great. The owner is a kind guy. If you ask him for help, he's there to answer all your questions. His dog is sweet and mellow. He's there every time I've gone. It's upsetting that some reviewers here are complaining about the dog. I have never seen the dog by any of the products and never near where you fill up your jugs. Waist of time and expensive, not to mention not the friendliest. Outside water dispenser out of service for over a week with no out of service sign up. I read all these great reviews about how friendly the owner is but i just don't see it. I have been coming by this place for a couple years and i have never seen him be friendly. Last time i was there i was the only person in the store. He was on his laptop sitting by the register and looked up at me as i walked through the door but didn't say a word. In fact he never said a word to me the entire time i was in there filling 4 5-gallon containers. Just kept up on his computer.....when i went to pay, he grunted 'thank you'. at least i think that's what he said. Sorry, you all like his dog but I am grossed out by this enormous, hairy dog in the water store. Got water from Dave for the first time and the experience was amazing! Customer service was great and I will be coming here to get my water from now on. "Good stuff" is .40/gal while the "really good stuff" which is alkaline/electrolyte water is $1.50/gal. You could also get a customer loyalty punch card $12/40 gal. So I came during normal business hours and was far more impressed with their product and service. The staff was friendly and place was super clean, unlike the water store by Stater Bros (looks more like a meth lab run by a retired Hanoi Jane). I liked the sanitation area for you to clean your bottles and the faucets filled my bottles ridiculously fast. They have an assortment of household products to filter water from your sink faucets and shower heads. They even have fermented tea, if you're into that kinda thing. Older gentlemen working the desk was extremely rude to me when I was trying to grab a sample of CBD water. He never asked how he could help or what I was looking for.
