The check-in staff member was very nice and amicable and gave me a rundown of the studio layout since it had been a while since my first visit. The class and instructor were great. Keegan has been absolutely amazing as an instructor. She's helped me recover from surgery and keeps each session interesting and fresh. I went to her with my list of aches and pains, after trying chiropractics and PT (which would work for a while, but the pain would come back). I've learned so much - how the way I walk affected the rest of my body, how to listen TO my body, and about all these muscles I had that I didn't know how to use. I felt helpless, and now Destinie has given me practical tools for me to overcome bad habits I've accumulated over the years which were the root causes of my pain. She is a great teacher - listening to and tailoring our sessions to what my body needs, and challenging my muscles to better support my body.
