    My review is solely on receiving flowers from the company. I cannot speak to the actual ordering process, pricing, staff interaction, or comparing to what was "in the photo" when ordered. I, however, can speak to how beautiful, fresh, and full my arrangement is. This truly made my day when I received the delivery. Everyone who saw them commented on how pretty they are. So, even went as far as to say - "you have someone that loves you, because those are beautiful!" That gave me a good laugh.

    I ordered a flower/vase arrangement and what the person received is a completely different arrangement and vase - not worth the $85 that I paid including the tip to the florist and driver. Not one single flower is similar to what I purchased. I find this to be a complete lack of integrity. I sent an email to the florist with my concerns and have not received any response. I do not recommend this florist. If you want your loved one to receive an arrangement you pick and pay for, this is not the place!

    Great experience and the flowers were beautiful. The staff was very helpful and courteous when ordering.

    The flowers are pretty, love the vase more. Flowers are quite different from what was ordered.

    What we ordered

    I ordered the bouquet you see here. The difference is incredible. They are smooshed and barely look the same. For the money paid, I would think more care would be taken to make them look as good as possible.

    What the deluxe version is supposed to look like for $120.

    I often send flowers to other parts of the country for friends. When I've found an awesome florist, I work with them regularly because I'm confident that my friend will get exactly what I'm expecting them to get. They also send out an email with a photo of the actual bouquet saying that it was delivered. I never got an email confirming that it was delivered and while it's not a horrible bouquet it certainly isn't what the photo looks like especially since I paid for the highest upgrade - the deluxe! The description online also said that it comes with a beautiful blue (Azure) vase. That didn't happen and if you go on the website one day later to look for that bouquet and description it's nowhere to be found. The name and item number no longer exists. So bizarre.

    I received flowers from this company. Instead of get well wishes I received condolences from a corporation. I felt bad for the ppl that should have had my flowers. When I reached the florist they put me on hold for over 15 Minutes and think it is really no big deal and I should just be ok with this. As far as the flowers being much smaller than the photo my sister sent me well my sister and stepmother did not buy the nicer package. I only received 2 roses in my display because that was all she paid for. never mind what she thought she was getting when she placed this order from San Diego California based on a photograph. They said Trust me she went cheaper. They took something that should have been a kind gift and turned it into a project for me and my family and made sure I knew my sister did not pay for the full size arrangement. I think they are rude and liars. If they get the greeting wrong it matters. I will not be contacting my sister and stepmother about this I will just tell you that they will give the least they can and really don't care if the message is right. If you have a problem it isn't going to inspire them to find your correct greetings.

I always order flowers from Fallons because even though they are more expensive than other options, their quality is superior. Sadly, one of my dear friend's parent passed away. I recently lost my own mother, so I painfully resonated with the experience of losing a parent at 30 years old, much sooner than one ever expects. A couple of us girls went in to order flowers, and I raised my hand to pick up. I should have double checked the closing time, and it's totally my fault that I was driving to the store on a hope and prayer someone would still be there a little after closing. I called the store on the way, and an operator answered who said they would call the store to see if anyone could help. I'm on hold when I arrive, and I see an employee walking to their car. I'm not going to bombard someone leaving work, so I keep walking towards the front door hoping someone else would still be inside. I then see this employee running away from her car back inside the store, while she's on the phone (which I'm hopeful is the operator snagging her just in time to help me). A moment later, the operator takes me off hold, and I state how wonderful that I just saw an employee run back inside, and thank you. The operator then tells me he was advised to notify me that no one is left. I see the woman who was outside walking toward the front door of the store, so I tell the operator that I think he's mistaken because she's reaching to open the door right now. The operator starts trying to confirm the store location because we are having two different understandings of what's happening. Then, the employee smirks at me through the glass, doesn't open the door, and starts picking up little pieces of fuzz off the inside door mat. She proceeds to continue staring and smirking at me through the glass. I'm telling the operator that i'm confused, and this is the most awkward experience I've ever had. The operator repeats that he's being told to tell me to leave. The staff member inside is also still on the phone, so I realize we must be on the same call, but I can't hear what she's saying. At this point, I'm stunned. In no way should an employee be expected to help me when I arrived late, and I truly thought that since she went inside (reopening after closing up and almost to her car) that she was doing a very nice extra mile thing, to slowly realize that she actually ran away from me and is now waiting for me to leave. I resign to getting back in my car. I called my friend who actually placed the order to let her know I messed up and didn't get the pick up. 10 minutes or so go by while I'm on the phone with my friend, and my friend asks me if this staff member has left. I look over at the car she had been walking toward and realize it's still there. It's now dawning on both of us that this employee is delaying going home just to avoid walking past my car. To be clear, had the employee initially got in her car and left instead of returning to the store, that would have been totally fair. If she opened the door or even asked the operator to let me know that for x,y,z reason there's nothing that can be done, cool because again, it's my fault I'm late. Out of so many possible options, this employee decided to avoid me, avoid communicating anything other than I should leave, and sit inside a closed store. The flowers were picked and purchased, so it's not like I wanted to browse or do a transaction. When I drove to the store, I assumed I was out of luck. Now, I've just had the most awkward encounter where instead of someone taking 3 minutes to doing something above and beyond, they spent 10x the amount of time to not, and while not they decided to stare me down with a smirk. I'm truly flabbergasted that someone went so over kill to waste their own time and to provide the worst customer experience when they could have just continued leaving the lot or better yet provided such an exceptional customer experience that would have made me rave about Fallons. The dedication to making something that was my fault turn into a scenario where I'm actually bewildered at the degree of horrible service and commitment to self sabotage is unlike anything I've ever experienced. It feels so silly to let one employee take me from a loyal Fallons customer to never wanting to use them again and to share this event, but it truly was just that ridiculously bad. If you're ok with ordering from a florist whose employees will go far out of their to be unhelpful when they could have quickly been beyond helpful, then choose Fallons. In good conscious, i can no longer recommend them.

    I've been a loyal customer for some time now . But yesterdays order was ridiculously plain , boring…read more, nothing but green with no roses. Tulips are very inexpensive anywhere you buy them. This so-called arrangement was by far the worst arrangement I've ever seen or purchased. I spent $100 for this so caught arrangement. When honestly I could've got this at the supermarket or street vendor for a fraction of the price with roses. I even paid for the premier package size!! Really !!! I'm at the usual person that gives bad reviews, but this deserves exposure and the negative feedback to help you modify and reestablish the importance of your business. With this disappointment as a customer that has been buying from your establishment for a while now, I come with a conclusion of moving my business elsewhere.

When I walked in, they had 10 extra people making arrangements, sending out orders, manning the phones. I was about to settle for an item out of the display when the lovely woman who helped me asked it was just what I was looking for. I mentioned my friend and how if the arrangement had lillies, it would be perfect. She made new arrangement. Price, like the display. At no point did she rush me or make me feel like my humble purchase was an inconvenience. She made my friend's day and provided me with the type of service I wish I could find every day. Going to send out a contemporary bouquet next.
