Went to get dry cleaning and pants hemmed. They asked for a deposit. When picked up clothes, they charged the full price, (paid by checked which they deposited already). They did not deduct the deposit. Went back the next day and they said they did not have deposit money to give back. Wanted to give us credit . I would watch for lack of funds at this place. Very unsatisfied. read more

I came in to have my uniform pressed asap and when they say a 1 hour cleaner they lied it was done in thirty minutes. Barely had time to get my pizza for lunch. Very nice people who explained the process of the starching before the press, price everything top notch. Will definitely go back. read more

I brought in my work pants on Friday evening and by Saturday at 11:30 am they were ready to go. I paid $19 for two pairs of dress pants and two pairs of jeans. I'm new to dry cleaning so I'm not sure if this is expensive or not. The service is super friendly and efficient. read more

Collar ripped off from my favorite shirt. Also very expensive. My $145 dress shirt is gone. Dry cleaned it before many times. They didn't even mention anything found the rip when I got home to put on the shirt the next day for work. They didn't have the decency to let me know. I didn't want to argue or fight and don't have the time to go back I work a lot. I dry clean because I have no time. RIP my favourite Lacoste Live button up shirt. I loved you. read more

I now live in a different city. However, I drive just to come to flower Fresh Cleaners. The price here is always right an affordable. The alterations are always done professionally and in a timely manner. You can tell all of the pressing and starching is done just exactly to order, which is perfect for my dress clothes and my uniforms. I would rate flower fresh 10 Stars if I could, highly recommended. read more

Good. Quick. Cheap. My fiance and I dropped off a shirt and pant. Got done the next day. However, they press the pants the wrong way since it got uncuff by our tailor. We gave instructions the day before. The lady was so sweet. She went to the back and got it fix within 5 minutes. Pretty awesome I must say. read more

Needed same day cleaning and this place came through. It does say 1 hr cleaner however the guy let me know that because it's Saturday he is understaffed for the day and it would take a little longer. My 5 garments were done in just a few hours which worked for me. Everything came out great. read more

I have been coming to Flower Fresh for years and they do an amazing job. Their rates are reasonable, they open at seven and close late as well. The owners are always polite and friendly. I used to live around the corner and it was convenient to drop my stuff off there. I now live in La Verne and I'm willing to make the drive because of their service and quality of work. I have tried taking my work clothes to other stores and they just do not compete. Oh, another distinguishing factor is that they do all of the drycleaning on site. That means they can turn the clothes faster than other stores who send clothes off site. This is a great place! read more

I love this place and let me tell you why. When I first moved into the Glendora/Azusa area, I looked for a dry cleaning place and found a different place called Rosedale dry cleaners. I went there for about a month. The guy would charge me $4.50 a shirt. I was new to dry cleaning- my husband needed his shirts dry cleaned and I didn't realize how much it was supposed to cost. Rosedale's turn around time was 3 days! Ridiculous. After forgetting to take my husband shirts in on time, I wandered into flower fresh and asked how much it would cost and also what the turnaround time was. she quoted me a much lower price per shirt and could have the shirts ready the following day. Fast forward, I work next to this place now, and I love the couple who own this place and also Martha. Won't go anywhere else. They remember me by name and are so sweet. Good hardworking people! read more

A full 5 stars! I've been a patron of this families cleaners for 25 yrs, since they first started when Builder's Emporium was in with Alpha Beta on the corner of Grand/Arrow. There hasn't been a job that they've haven't taken care of, over charged, nor missed a time they said our clothes would be done. Flower Fresh owners are a hard working family! From my dress shirts, lost buttons, preserving my wife's wedding grown, hemming, repairing and replacing zippers, dress slack hems...you name it! In this day and age of cleaners inside of major supermarkets, corporate takeovers; it's refreshing to do business with them! read more

I specifically asked if altering the straps would change the cowl neck and she assured me it would not. A week later, I returned to find only the hem had been altered. The safety pin was still on the shoulder strap, meaning it had been missed. They apologized and asked me to come back the following week. When I returned again, the strap alteration was done, but the dress had what looked like oil stains throughout. They offered to have it dry cleaned, which meant waiting another week. After the stains were removed, I tried the dress on and found that the strap alteration had completely changed the front of the dress. The cowl neck I was assured would stay the same was gone, and the fabric was pulled tightly against my chest. When I pointed it out, Rosie said that was expected. Had I been told that from the start, I never would have had the straps altered. What was supposed to be a simple one-week alteration turned into a process that took over three weeks. Between the missed alteration, the stains, and ultimately ending up with a dress that no longer looked the way I was assured it would, I left extremely disappointed. After paying over $150, I expected better communication, greater attention to detail, and honesty about what the alterations would realistically do to the dress. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers so they can make informed decisions before altering garments they care about.

The only downside is that it's a pretty large box to store but I'm also unsure if that's just because of the size of my dress. They did an amazing job and gave great customer service. For my second look outfit, I had gloves, a corset, scarf, and skirt. They were very dirty after the wedding. Full of my foundation and self tanner. I honestly did not think they would be able to get it all out but they did!!! I was in awe and very happy. We just shared my birthday together 53 years later. I learned that she never got to see me at birth. Such a truly incredible gift! And to think I almost let fear get in the way. If you are on the fence about this, just do it! You've had a lifetime of not knowing, not connecting. Isn't it time to know? Connect yourself to history.
