When you call a place that makes you feel like they are genuinely excited to meet you, that's a great sign for me. When I went in for my first appointment, I was welcomed with a big smile and two very nice ladies up front. I shortly met Dr. Dan Wojnicki and he took his time while going over my every issue with my back pain. He took thorough X-rays and was extremely profession, yet personable as well. When I returned, I felt the same welcoming atmosphere from the front staff, the PA, the massage therapist (Ally) and Dr. Dan. He took the time once again and showed me, in detail, my X-rays on a large flat screen, then we decided on a plan moving forward. My insurance is great, but they made the option I chose even more cost efficient for me. I am excited to begin my plan and feel that the care of service will remain very high! Joints in Motion is, far and away, the best physical therapy provider that I have ever used. I have been working with Eric at Joints in Motion for the last 3 months as I recover from rotator cuff surgery and cannot say enough positive about the experience. Rotator cuff surgery recovery is not fun, but Joints in Motion has made things immeasurably better. There are several things that set Joints in Motion apart from other therapy places where I have gone. First, it is clear during each of my sessions that there is a plan in place for my therapy. Unlike other places I have gone, I have never found myself standing around waiting for a therapist to figure out what I should be doing or waiting between exercises because a therapist is tending to another patient. It is clear that they respect my time and prioritize maximizing my progress without unnecessarily wasting my time. Second, Eric is great about explaining what I'm doing, how it helps, what my progress looks like, and giving advice on things that I can do at home. I have a bad tendency to be a control freak which invariably causes me to ask lots of questions. Eric has always patiently answered them fully in a way that is understandable to a layperson. Third, the facility itself is well-equipped and a really good size. I did not appreciate how important that space issue was until I went to Joints in Motion. At other therapy places where I have been, it was often hard to work around other patients who were operating close by. At Joints in Motion, there is plenty of space to spread out so that patients don't impede one another during a therapy session. I live less than 5 minutes from another physical therapy provider, but it is a no-brainer that, despite it being a 25-minute drive from my house to Joints in Motion, that the extra drive well be well-worth it the next time I manage to injure myself.

Do not use this facility for Rehabilitation because the facility will bill your insurance $8,500(85…read morehours ) for 20 days of rehab (5 week days) at 1.5 hours per day at a rate of $350 per hour (amount they bill your insurance )for a combined 1.50 hours of PT, OT and ST. 1/2 hour each. In addition to billing the patient/resident $5,400.00 for the same 20 days of rehab. Thus $13,900 for 20 days of 1.5 hours of rehab per day x 20 daya=30 hours $13,900÷ 30 equals $460 per day x 20 days of 1.5 per day (3rd party PT therapists) who are only being paid $100 per hour. The facility gross profit of $360 per hour. If you are someone ?who requires more PT good luck as none of their residents ever walk out of their own). As most are still wheel chair bound or using a walker when they leave if their lucky. After all if they fully rehabilitated their residents the facility would go broke. They are 50 percent short staffed because they can't retain good nurses or aides because the pay is low. 25 percent are contract so Covid is an issue. They Covid test the residents every 3rd day at $250 per test they charge the patient or insurance.Reason being too many contract employees thru 3rd party companies.
