CUSTOMER SERVICE The place is big, so you'll need to flag down Jeffrey or Julio. Both are knowledgeable and helpful with general plant questions. He also went out of his way to send me photos of the Olive Bush he had in mind for me to make sure I was happy with it before shipping it out. I had a particular look in mind you see. What I received was a gorgeous Olive Bush that looks absolutely stunning on my rooftop deck (photo below). Yes it's pricey but you're paying for the quality and the aesthetic. If that's what you're looking for then order with these guys. I'm very pleased with my experience with this company. I appreciate that they went out of their way to accommodate me in many ways including coordinating delivery with me since I've had package theft at my residence and needed to ensure I was home to receive the plant.
