The only reason I'm giving this place a 4/5 is because I requested a pink and white bouquet and what I got wasn't exactly what I envisioned. That being said the bouquet was still really big and pretty and we paid ~$80 for it (it was mothers day weekend so everything was priced up). Mrs. Han was very sweet, helped me pick purple carnations and the rest of it did her magic in bringing it to life . She is extremely talented and watching her put together my vision was a healing experience, more so because I've always wanted to establish my own flower shop! The only information that needs to be provided to her is the tone of colors and type of flowers you wish for. It's all an easy process and Mrs. Han recommends to order in advance only to save time for yourself, but I personally think watching her work is a humbling experience. Not only did my flowers exceed my expectations but she has got to be the nicest person I've ever met! I sensed her genuine care and love for her customers, and what really validated it for me was when she helped me carry the vase to my car. Upon that, she provided thorough advice on how to safely drive with the flowers and instructions on how to prevent the flowers from dying early. Honestly disappointed Coming in I thought I would pick the flowers of my choice just like other flower shops but instead I was asked what 3 colors I wanted in my arrangement and then asked to have a seat, not even allowed to look at the flower selection. After 20 minutes of waiting the florist came out with an arrangement made up of several tiny flowers and different types of foliage, I had in mind a more traditional arrangement, just something completely different but I wasn't even given a chance to describe what I wanted , the entire communication in the beginning was so rushed by the florist.
