I just had my grandpa's 80th birthday party today and the flowers for the centerpieces and the head table were exceptional! My husband recommended this flower shop since his company uses them for their clients. I really didn't want to spend too much money for the flowers, so I just wanted a reasonable price for the birthday party. Then, I remembered one of my friends used this shop for her wedding as well and she said she would highly recommend them. When I called, I told her how many centerpieces I want and I need one for the head table. Also, I told her I want it blush and cream scheme with maybe hint of vivid color flowers. I didn't want to go with korean traditional birthday color theme yet don't want it to look like too much like wedding flowers. She recommended to add hint of purple and I said okay. ( It worked out great!! My grandpa showed up with purple tie and I was like omg!! It matches with our flower colors. lol) I really didn't have high expectations, since the price is unbelievably cheap compared to other flower shops. I used to work as the day of wedding coordinator, so I know how much flowers cost in average. When I came to pick up the flowers, I was like OMG!!!! Can't believe how large it is yet how fresh it is. (I've updated pictures with close up in this review to show how fresh it was.) I thanked her millions and left the shop. I never knew that the venue would setting our party with light blue linens. That was a bummer, since I thought it would have ivory or white table linens. But the flowers still looked amazing and people were waiting to take the flowers! Came during quarantine and for mother's day. Very disappointed. It was obvious they didn't try their best at all. Wires that are supposed to hold the flowers together are hanging out, ribbon lengths are drastically different, and the flower lengths are off too. Even a few broken and bent pieces of flowers just sticking out. Theres an open slit on the side that shows all the vines too. It looks so awkward and ugly. Never coming here again. read more

I came here and was very pleased with how they did the flowers for our wedding! We got married on 10/14/18 at Noor. We were having an intimate small wedding of 40 guests. The venue was pleasant enough to not require ridiculous amount of flowers. We did not have enough time to hold a wedding, it was pretty much last minute but wife still had high standards for her flowers. She chose peach, white, and pink for the flower theme. It was a small crowded shop so I was uneasy but they proved me wrong. They have many years of experience and have saved their past clients arrangements. You are shown photos of flower arrangements: bouquet, boutinnaires, corsage, aside flowers, altar flowers, unity candle table flowers, sweet heart table, etc. The pictures aren't the best quality but really they are excellent at what they do. When Wedding album comes out, I'll load up the flower photos. We went with the low center pieces, they were elegant and did not block the guests view! We had a plain wedding cake but they were kind enough to put some flower decorations as a service!! We were on budget for flowers, but on our wedding day, the flowers were enough to be a fully decorated venue. The owner does this for her pleasure and doesn't use flowers that she wouldn't on her own wedding day. They were timely, really quick, beautiful with their flower arrangement and decoration! Wish I could give this shop NO stars but I am required by yelp to give one. Oh boy where do I begin? I hired Sarah to cater my wedding, flowers and including cake. So we had met 4 separate occasions and had gone over and over finalizing what I wanted. 1. I even went and printed out pictures of the bouquets the design of the head and sweetheart tables as well as my ceremony floral design as well as the cake design that I exactly want it however the day of my wedding the flowers were half dead! especially my bridesmaids roses or shriveled and browned. 2. I ordered a cake and had printed a picture of exactly the cake I wanted and she even went over that she would throw in the flowers for the cake at no extra charge so thinking wow how awesome!? Right? Well THE DAY OF MY WEDDING NO CAKE SHOWED! The tuesday of the week me and my husband went down to the store drove three hours back to LA to the shop and had spoken with Sarah had asked her where was the cake she pulled out the receipt and had claimed we had ordered no cake on the final revision and that we only have paid for the floral decoration for the cake. WOW SUCH BS! 3. The center pieces I even Printed out pictures and had given it to her but the day of my wedding day the centerpieces was nothing like the picture I had printed out for her it was a quarter of the size she completely forgot to put rose petals all over the tables as well as jams and we had agreed that she would fill jams inside the vases with water that didn't happen it was a complete disaster! So she agreed that she would give me like a birthday party and do all the flowers for free at no charge but at the end of the day my wedding only happens once in a lifetime and the floor part of it was big paid lots of money and to come to that day and not get what I wanted even after printing pictures and giving it to her in person she denied everything she doesn't take ownership no responsibility she just asked me if I wanted florals for my birthday or a baby shower instead instead of giving me a refund for what has not been provided terrible Business will never be returning and all the referrals that I had sent over to her store has been withdrawn they went elsewhere definitely unprofessional and extremely dishonest! Unprofessional this honest and her memory sucks when I try to call her over the phone to tell her what needs to be changed and what needs to be added after I go in person she hadn't made adjustments at all!! Pro) I really have to say if you want your wedding to look fabulous and dont want to pay several thousands of dollars, you should go with this shop. I got so many compliments about flowers from my guests. I didn't go many weddings so I didn't know what to compare. But my guests told me that there were actually so much flowers in my centerpieces and other decorations. Other shops tend to put greens to reduce the cost. This florist actually put all flourishing flowers with bare minimum green. There were so much flowers that our rooms smelled so good( per guest). The florist did awesome job and exceeded my expectations. I only gave her couple pictures to show my choice of colors and style. She executed the decorations so beautifully and professionally. My bouquet was so beautiful. I upgraded to pheony bouquet as she recommended and yes she was right. It was so pretty. Cons) she has limited in english speaking. However, her communication is still great and wiill make sure she understands what you want and execute exactly( probably even better). also, when you visit her shop, it may not look as fancy as other expensive flower shops, I don't think she really cares for marketing and advertising as she works mostly by referral bases. How the shop looks had nothing to do with the service I got. After wedding, you reflect many things to see what went well and what went wrong. think I made a right choice with this flower shop. read more

I hired Sarah to cater in the flowers on my wedding day as she was recommended by my friend. We had three appointments in total so that everything will be in order and as I'd imagine it to be. However, she was very disorganized and seem to be confused (you can tell by how messy her desk and her shop is). On the day of the wedding, a few things went wrong: 1. My orchid bouquet had so many holes and was half-wilted. It was so bad that I had to order another bouquet from a nearby shop. 2. My bridesmaids bouquets were roses but they're half-dead. You could tell that the petals were turning brown even when they arrive in the morning. 3. We had to organize a pick-up since they were so far away. But after all these efforts, the flowers were in such a poor condition. 4. The flower's girl crown was too small such that my niece couldn't even wear it. 5. My centerpieces were completely different from the pictures I've provided her. Mind you that I've printed a detailed instructions with all the photos. I wouldn't recommend this shop to someone who is a perfectionist. Even though the price was competitive, it was definitely not worth it. The quality of the flowers, at least on my wedding day, was poor and not fresh. My husband and I were deeply disappointment and would not recommend Good Flower Shop. read more

The owner of the shop was very welcoming and seemingly had a lot of experience from the stacks of clients on her desk. I was surprised she could accommodate us in such short notice. To be exact, you will need to bring in examples of photos that you are envisioning for your wedding as she cannot simply go by word of mouth or description. She will tell you straight out if your vision will fit your budget and if the flowers are in season. She is friendly but at the same time, does not cut corners. She is not a miracle worker for an impossible budget. If you shell out more...then obviously sky is the limit. A sample setting is shown early on so you can see what you described and to tweek or edit however preferred. Very professional, a lil bit of a language barrier, but with pics, she will know what your vision is. With initial consultation & deposit, I was able to haggle price, but on the day of, was surprised by how much more was received. We paid $1500 for bouquet, parents' corsages, centerpieces, other decors, aisle runner, cake topper, flower girl/ring boy, etc. The employees even stayed until the end of our wedding to make sure all went well. DONT let the shop exterior and the culture difference shun you away, she is well known around town from other married friends and acquaintances of her superior results and reasonable price. Literally...I went all over Ktown/Downtown LA and was quoted 1350 for minimal/almost ridiculously nothing decor to 3000 for a lil bit more. Just have examples of your vision printed out during consultation and details ready for who needs what. read more
