awful! what my friend recieved is NOT what I ordered. They got the entire arrangement wrong, for $145. and then blamed it on their hotspot and reimbursed me a whole 25$. looks nothing like their pictures. Their site says lavender means "love at first sight". so we chose these for a friend who just delivered a baby and only got to hold her for an hour :( would not recommend. what you order is NOT what you get. and then they dont even follow up with good customer service read more

So happy with the job Flowerama did on the flowers for my moms funeral! I called them up and gave them a couple of ideas on what I wanted and they hit the nail on the head with what they created! Ruined my friends wedding flowers. They made it clear want they wanted and what they paid for but the got a completely different color. They also tried to switch pricing from what was advertised. Never go here especially don't use them for an event read more

These folks are really great! I live in California and was in Akron in August when my father was sick and actually passed while I was there. Before I came back home I stopped in to get flowers to leave at his grave. They were very professional and kind. After returning home I looked them up to order flowers to be placed on his grave for my birthday. They did an amazing job with them and was even able to put them in a very nice cemetery vase as his marker and vase has not yet arrived to be installed. They made a difficult time for me (my first birthday without my dad...especially so far away) a little more bearable. I will definitely be using them again! read more

Great prices and wide variety. The staff is friendly and helpful. They make great recommendations and go out of their way to make sure you get what you want. My hubby loves to swing in here to grab me the crazy daisy mix...the price is right! I get our corn stalks and mums here every fall and the mums are so beautiful. They have pictures up that customers have provided of how they planted/used the mums. I have never used them for delivery as they are two blocks from my house so it is super easy to swing by. read more

Horrible! Ordered flowers for my mom's funeral. Cremation service, went in to order flowers. Told them I DID NOT WANT A WREATH OF FLOWERS THAT GO AROUND BASE OF URN!! Bought my own lanterns, wanted two arrangements to be incorporated with the lanterns. Showed them pics of arrangements using lanterns... picked out flowers I wanted to be used. At the time of ordering them, they actually had beautiful large, open lilies, both white and stargazer ones. Also wanted a simple spray of 3 stargazer lilies to be placed at the base of the urn. On the day of the service I got a wreath for base of the urn (which I specifically told them I did not want), I received NO STARGAZER LILIES FOR BASE OF URN, no arrangements around the lanterns, just 2 very small arrangements... lilies not open, the few stargazers they did use, were just buds, or barely open and brown. The arrangements were supposed to be all white, except for 3 pink flowers and 1 lite blue, which ended up being purple!, plus the flower was pretty much Dead! Requested some daisies..not a single one! Flowers were not fresh!, a lot were literally dying or wilted or turning brown. Called them immediately when I saw them, told me they couldn't do anything about the flowers! I asked them why they did the wreath, asked them about the lanterns...no answer for me. NO EXCUSE or answer...nothing I could do with funeral starting in an hour. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! I mean who sends out work like that to an event?, flowers that are old, wilted and some dead for a funeral? I was so upset, thinking I was going to have beautiful arrangements for my mother, and ending up with such a horrible, botched display! IF YOU ARE WANTING BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS/ARRANGEMENTS DO NOT GO THERE!! Those flowers cost over 250.00, which I would have been happy with, if only they had been worth it!! Very upsetting.. read more

This flower shop is amazing! I called them on short notice and with a very tight budget. Kathy was amazing. She was so helpful and went the extra mile to help me. Because of the short notice, they could only use the flowers on hand. Nonetheless, the two sprays for the funeral were beautiful. I trusted them sight unseen and was not disappointed. UNBEATABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The understanding, care and personal touch of Flowerama Akron made a very difficult time for us slightly easier. My father-in-law passed away unexpected in November 2017. One phone call from our home in Texas to briefly describe what we were thinking for a casket spray and Flowerama gladly accepted the challenge. We had personal items delivered to them to incorporate into the arrangement. Not one person attended the service without commenting on how the personalized piece honored his life. It wasn't until later a few days later when we had an opportunity to drop by the store location to thank them. Upon arriving, everyone came out to greet and share a moment with us.
