On 13 May I realized the flowers weren't delivered and when I called, they told me they forgot, couldn't find my order number, etc. After several minutes on the phone, they promised they would deliver asap. Unfortunately due to the couple of days that had passed, my mom was out of town and they promised to deliver on 16 May. The day came and went and no flowers. Very disappointing with the poor customer service and lack of care for customers. Update: called today, 17 May, and they claimed they tried to deliver the flowers yesterday and my mom wasn't home. That is simply untrue. They claimed the flowers are being delivered today and I requested a refund. At this point, I've been getting the runaround for a week and the unapologetic manager said she would process my refund when she gets around to it. I cannot believe how much they truly don't care about customer service.
