The revision surgeon had to go in anteriorly to put in two interbody implants. He noted in his report that the aorta had been damaged from the instability at L4/5. My surgery with Peloza was in 2/2010. It failed by 10/2010. Dr Peloza ignored several calls and emails from me until 3, one month past his exposure for malpractice. Coincidence? One of the worst decisions I've ever made in my life was coming to see you. The list of things I've lost since 2/2010 is huge. I'm thankful for my family standing by me through all of this. All I wanted in 2015 when I visited him was an apology with some sincerity mixed in. I got neither.
