This shop has been delivering wonderful flowers (and sometimes chocolates) to my step mother for nearly 15 years. She has loved receiving them and knowing someone far away was thinking of her. At almost 94, she now can no longer see any of them, so has asked to stop the flowers (though this could be a bid for more chocolates!). I went in there having little to no idea of what I wanted. I threw some ideas out there and the blonde with glasses made it all come together. I ended up making my own plant stands and they fit the arrangements to the plant stand size. The store is small, but has such cute trinkets in there with some gorgeous plants! My order that was put in weeks in advance was on time, and they were accommodating when a tropical storm hit on pick up day. read more

I feel lucky to have such a great florist right in my neighborhood. There are times that a nice bouquet of flowers is the only thing you need, and when its this easy, these people can be a godsend. They certainly take orders by phone, but the best thing is that they serve you right away when you stop in this little flower shop. They run special hours around all of the "flower and card" holidays, there is never a very long wait. A line of Ten or so of us in the shop on Valentine's this year, I had my flowers in 15 min, and they were just perfect. Thanks Bert and Peg. read more

I ordered through Teleflora based on the description and photograph of the arrangement. It was supposed to be premium sized, 13" tall and 11" wide. It had well over a dozen flowers. I received a tiny 6" arrangement of wilted flowers. I spoke to the owner and she asked me if I measured it when I referenced the size of the arrangement. That seemed a bit rude. She then insisted she was right and that I was not her customer since I ordered through Teleflora. She was right about one thing, I am not and never will be her customer. read more

I went to them for flowers for a special occasion. The bouquet looked nice, they helped me pick the arrangement. When I got home, I saw that maybe 1/4 of the flowers were not really in great shape. I also found the customer service to be just okay. The woman who helped me was not unpleasant, but that's about the most positive thing I can say. I would really assume that, knowing this is a very special occasion, that she would spare me the browning flowers. read more

Think my flowers were done on a bad day. A good friend uses a wonderful florist in CT and they had the order filled by Bert & Peg. The flowers were pretty when they arrived but the vase was so packed that it was difficult to add water. And many stems were barely under water. The next morning many flowers were dropping and looking very sad. It was an all white arrangement with roses, hydrangeas, and lilies plus a few others. I did call the next day and was sent a few nice roses and other flowers plus one pink one which was odd but not the lycanthus I had mentioned had dropped to almost dead after one night. . Half of the lilies had the stamens removed the others didn't so the arrangement got messy with orange on the white lilies. Not pretty. Today only 5 days later I had to rip it all apart to recut the stems and salvage what I could. I would be careful with short arrangements and make sure the stems are all well under water. read more
