We had our first experience with Victoria's Flowers yesterday and it will not be the last. We forgot to order flowers for our daughter's junior prom until a week before the event. In a panic I reached out to them and they came through big time. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and they treated me like a valued customer despite my late order. We started using Victoria's to send our Mom flowers when we lived in Barrington, RI. When my wife Sherry and I moved to Kentucky, we continued using Victoria's. The flowers are always fresh and beautifully arranged, like they were just picked from a local garden. Sadly my mom passed recently. Our flowers for the funeral were prepared by Victoria's. Again, the arrangements were amazing. We had a blanket made from my wife and I, and a large basket display from the adult grandchildren. One of the worst customer service experiences of my entire life. I was recommended to go here and I arrived at the florist to discuss a quote for flowers for my wedding. I was immediately greeted and told that she was too busy to talk to me and said that I should just call later or email. When I tried to email her, it was bounced back. I then went to the website for further information and saw a list of holidays that the shop was closed on, of which, Memorial Day was not listed. So I gave the shop a call. The florist picked up, I said that I tried to email her information about a wedding quote and the email was returned. I asked her if she could give me an email address so I could send her information. She responded to me by telling me that it was Memorial Day and they were closed. I said that I understood but that my email was returned. She responded by saying that she blocked everything because of the holiday. I then said that I called because Memorial Day is not listed on her website as a day the store is closed. She then asked me for the date of my wedding and I thought things were taking a turn for the better. However, after I told her the date she immediately said, "Yeah, it's Memorial Day. We're closed. Try tomorrow." Horrific. If you're closed, don't answer your phone. I would have been happy to leave a voicemail with my contact information. But to answer the phone LISTED ON YOUR BUSINESS WEBSITE on a day that YOUR WEBSITE says you are opened and then follow that up with harassing a potential customer is shameful. I will make sure all of my friends and family (and I have a lot of them) in Bristol county hear of this and that I highly encourage them to avoid you and encourage others to do the same. read more

In September I ordered flowers for a friend whose father passed. The flowers that arrived were gorgeous and fresh. They lasted two weeks. Today flowers arrived for my sister, whose husband passed away. I asked for the same and paid the same. Cost was not an issue. The arrangement was half of what arrived in September. All flowers are scrunched, fully open and don't seem close to fresh. The edges are brown and wilting. I am very unhappy. I would not think of returning to Victorias unless this is corrected. read more

Today, at the 11th hour, I called to see if they could get my mom some flowers for Mother's Day. They were going to close in 1 hour. First they said I was too late. Then they heard my plea, and being very kind people, they decided to help me out. An hour later they had delivered a beautiful bouquet to her doorstep. I like to use small local businesses whenever possible; I generally rely on word-of-mouth and Yelp. Yelp was the case today. While there was only one review, it was five star and it described a great experience. I too had a great experience. I called at 1:00pm looking for a last minute delivery for this afternoon; I also said that tomorrow would be okay if it was too late. The woman on the phone took my order for "something springy" and assured me it would be delivered this afternoon. She wasn't kidding! By 2:10pm I had a message fromm my sister thanking me for the flowers! She also sent a picture - the arrangement was perfect. read more

I recently had the pleasure to reconnect after 30years to a very special lady who is still courageous, intelligent and one Bella Italiano. I consider her a mentor. They SURPRISED me in FR with a beautiful compact fall flower arraignment at or around 9/24. I snapped a photo to show and even we shared the burst of a "safflower" between us for days. So as her Boun Compleanno was 10/5 I decided to have fun and send her the same one. I can say that I don't think they are listening on the other end of the line. I did not get to Have a fun with her and our moment was lost. I can say she snapped me the photo. It made me sad to even see the Complete greeting card sentiment was lost never mind the NOT AT ALL the same or similar flowers. Yes, I called 3X since the exchange of flowers between friends began. I was counting on their professional end to make us now old once thriving professional friends giddy. I don't want to hear a loud dog bark or wait a minute or you said. Bottom line is REPEAT, to the customer what you assume is they have just ordered. Listen, to what they need or expect. For goodness sake PLEASE at least get the card right. TY, for offering to send her out "purple" colored flowers when "you get them in." A simple African Violet is my favorite flower to her in PURPLE will do today. They last forever. Best customer service ever!! I recently ordered a spray of flowers to be delivered to a funeral home (not with Victoria's, but with an online flower service), and I paid extra to have a "grandmother" sash/banner added to the spray. The spray was delivered to the funeral home, but without the banner. When I called the online flower company, they admitted that it was their fault but insisted that they could not go back and deliver the banner separately. This sash was very important to us, so I called Victoria's and asked if she sold those sashes separately and if so, I offered to pick it up from her and deliver it to the funeral home myself. Not only did she make the sash/banner right away, she offered to drive it to the funeral home, and when I offered to pay, she did not charge me. Now, that is customer service!!!!! I will be using Victoria's in the future for all my flower needs. read more

I had ordered a bouquet for my wedding, and although it was beautiful I had some issues. I was personally told that it would only cost X amount and it would be done at 10 am.. When my maid of honor and husband went to pick up my flowers they weren't even done yet, mind you the owner knew it was for a wedding.. She scrambled to get them done, proceeding to give them attitude, charged them more for the bouquet and if thats not enough she gave us a broken/cracked vase for the floral piece. I was beyond upset because I had heard nothing but great things about her shop and how well put together it was.. It wasn't just for any occasion it was for my wedding, otherwise I probably would have just brushed it off and I was so furious that it wasn't even worth calling her back up about it.
