The only thing that was wrong was the delivery date. I scheduled it for Sat, Feb 17th, but they delivered it today, Valentine's Day. Friends had an arrangement sent through fromyouflowers and I was so impressed. I have had so many flowers delivered to folks that have looked hideous and not a thing like what I've ordered. These were beautiful and fresh and I was amazed they delivered to Covington from Federal Way. These outlasted all other flowers that were given to me. I now know where to order flowers from locally. I received an arrangement of roses on Friday afternoon, and as of Monday afternoon, several of them are already dying. I've had flowers from the grocery store for longer and they are in better shape still. Also, the card that came with the flowers has the company's website misspelled. It says "flowersychi.com". Which wouldn't warrant a bad review if the flowers were decent quality, but since a $100 bouquet of roses is dying after 72hrs, I guess the typo in their own business name is not surprising. I placed an order through From You Flowers for a same day (was placed at at 6am Saturday) delivery ( nearly $72 order after my $12 credit ) for a premium bouquet to be sent to a family member that same day. After the flowers still not having been delivered at the end of 2 days after the supposed delivery date, From You Flowers was not able to reach the local original florist so they placed an order through Flowers by Chi on my behalf for them to create and deliver it instead and for the next day. This is the pictures my Son sent upon him and my Daughter In Law receiving the delivery from Flowers by Chi! The few roses it has in it ( in comparison to the number the premium bouquet is supposed to have ) are already brown, dying and wilted upon arrival. The accent flowers are old looking and wilted looking as if the bouquet is already a week old! Definitely not worth the price as nobody like's receiving a nice surprise of dying flowers! read more

I wish I could give them 0 star. Horrible service. We ordered funeral standing flowers and they promised that the flowers would look the same as the photo on their website. However, the flowers doesn't look like the picture and fresh at all (see my photo for details). We also wanted to write sympathy message on the flowers but they messed it up. Instead of printing "may you rest in peace. Sincerely, Lynn", they printed: "may Lynn rest in peace". That was not my funeral though. How could they print what they wanted instead of what we ordered? We love Ms. Chi and her beautiful arrangements! My husband ordered a lovely bouquet and chocolates to be delivered the morning of our anniversary. The arrangement of carnations, roses, and stargazer lilies was so beautiful! The chocolates were accidentally omitted, and when this was brought to her attention, she was extremely apologetic and also asked me to apologize to my husband. A little while later, her driver showed up on my doorstep with the chocolates, and he also apologized several times. It was just so sweet and gracious. They really take their service very personally and seriously. Not only that, she upgraded the size of the chocolates to a large at no extra cost. I received a bereavement bouquet today from friends overseas which came through Flowers by Chi. I was so disappointed because the flowers (roses primarily) were clearly old. The flowers are not fresh and petals are curled and slightly brown, the stems are shoved into a too-small vase and there are too many leaves, also shoved into the vase rather than trimmed. They did not come with the packet of stuff that is supposed to keep the flowers from wilting. I called the shop, and spoke to someone who said she was "flowers by chi" and she refused to replace the bouquet. Instead she said she'd have her driver pick it up and call "the shop" where it actually came from, but wouldn't confirm a replacement. I asked for the name and phone for the actual shop but she wouldn't give it to me. She hung up on me. I'm going to let my overseas friends know, perhaps they can get some satisfaction. read more

Although I gave the wrong address, they were still delivered to her. They got there early in the morning and she was able to enjoy them all day. How the flowers looked online compared to what you actually get is a huge difference, not overly happy.
