I live in California and ordered flowers last min for a birthday. Ordered early this morning for same day delivery. Called the shop twice and asked for estimates on the delivery. First call said it'd be the 3rd stop so about an hour...nothing. Called back at 6pm to check and second person-Nicole said it'll be another 45 minutes. Now it's almost 9pm and no delivery. My boyfriend had an order for Valentines placed a month in advance. Although Valentines is likely their busiest day of the year, this shouldn't be anything new to them and the amount of orders they choose to accept is their own choice as an establishment. $200 for an order that we waited on all day to receive and it never came. I called at 7pm that night and got told it was 2 stops away. No delivery was attempted as I would have received a call from both my gate and door if that was the case. We ended up today just asking for a refund. I understand things happen but not once throughout the process was I or him ever contacted about any issues which their policy clearly states would happen. We didn't even receive a call when they opened today asking to redeliver. I will say the person who answered the phone this morning handled it well, but whoever is running deliveries and customer service needs to get things in order. Wanted to add an update since the business felt the need to respond with lies. It was virtually impossible to have attempted an entry as the codes (there were 2) provided would have called my phone directly to allow access. Additionally as policy states any issue with delivery we would be contacted which neither of us were. Take accountability for yourself and understand that maybe your driver was tired at 9pm delivery and just didnt try. I ordered flowers on Sunday for a Tuesday delivery. I called at 9 AM on Tuesday to get an estimated time of arrival. I was told the flowers were being prepared and would go out within the next hour. By 4 PM they hadn't arrived so I called back and was told they were en route And would be there within 40 minutes. By 5 PM they hadn't arrived, so no one was there to receive them. I never received a confirmation that they were delivered so they were left on the porch overnight. I sent an email inquiry that was never returned, I also sent an Instagram message that was never responded to. When I called today to discuss it, there was no apology no acknowledgment of the issue. Just simply an offer to pick up the flowers that were delivered and replace them. Does anyone else think it's awkward to call your grieving friend and say you need to be available to give the flowers back that I sent you so they can give you flowers that don't look horrible? I live in California and a friend of mine in Henderson, was in the hospital having surgery. I ordered flowers from Flowers by Coley to brighten her stay. The cost of the arrangement was $180. I spoke to a gentleman at the shop and sent him pictures, "from their website," of the flower arrangement I wanted sent to her. I didn't mind paying the $180, however, I wanted the flower arrangement to look like the one in the picture I sent to the gentleman, but it did not look anything like it! The only thing different that asked for, was not to use Lilly's because she is allergic to them. I asked him to substitute the Lilly's with long stemmed orchids, at which he asked if I wanted purple or white orchids. I wanted white, long stemmed orchids! My friend, who is a party planner, could not believe the arrangement cost $180! I was so disappointed to see what exactly she received! I called Flowers By Coley and spoke to a woman who apologized and said she would send out a new arrangement ASAP. However, they never sent the new arrangement. I would have never known the new arrangement was not sent except for telling my friend a new arrangement was being sent and she said she never received it. Since January 7th, I have contacted this business 7 times!! I have left numerous messages for the owner to contact me regarding the return of my money since a replacement arrangement was never sent to my friend. The flower shop told me that my friend needed to return the original flowers sent to her and they would send a new arrangement, or they could take off 25% of the original cost. But, that's not what the first lady said to me when I told them that the flower arrangement was not worth $180. I explained to them that I lived in California and my friend was now at her daughter's house who lives out of the area, and there was no way for anyone to return the flowers. I was also upset that the owner NEVER had the decency to call me and discuss this incident with me, nor did the employees I talked to, ever call me back! I would NEVER do business with the florist again. My friend who was in the hospital said she would never use them either. This is my favorite florist. Quality is their hallmark. I usually get red roses, and their roses look and smell like REAL roses, not like supermarket roses. I had an absolutely awful experience with Flowers by Coley. While I understand it's Valentine's Day, delivering flowers after 6 pm is completely unacceptable. When I inquired about why my flowers hadn't arrived yet, her response was, "Well, it's Valentine's Day!" as if that somehow justifies the terrible service. It's clear there was no proper planning for the demand, and I'm left frustrated with the complete lack of professionalism. Did they really not think to scale up and have more than one driver on Valentine's Day? I will absolutely never use this company again, and I highly advise you to look elsewhere for your flower needs. The hassle, poor service, and rude staff made it not worth the money at all. Flower arrangement was very nice but the delivery service was no where near satisfactory. Since my gf and I had to work New Years Eve, I had placed an order day beforehand. Wanted to surprise her at work and the day of the delivery, the driver calls from an entrance and asked her to come out of work (bartender of steakhouse in casino) and pick up the flowers. Once my gf told the driver she isn't allowed to leave the bar because of happy hour, the driver drops off the flowers at a random bar in the casino (not in the steakhouse) and the other bartenders had to find out who she was and where she worked. What a nice way to make someone feel special by making her go look for the flowers... smh read more

Alex contacted me in regards to my review, which I was very pleased about. He did mention that the lilies were going to be tight on the phone. When the recipient sent photos of the replacement bouquet, it still appeared like they were missing. I zoomed in to see if there were any that were present, but had not yet bloomed yet. Fortunately, days later when I received an updated picture, they had. I have attached the updated photos. Also, I am well aware that I bought the Deluxe bouquet. The main picture featured is of the standard. You can click the other 2 options and see it adds more or less flowers. What is on the website is clearly what I thought I was purchasing. I have been a repeat customer, so this isn't my first experience with what I had expected. My past "hiccups" have always been with the delivery, such as leaving the bouquet out in the HOT vegas sun, not following instructions given, not delivering at a specific time I asked, or etc. I haven't had issues with entire flowers missing or not being what I expected. Alex acknowledged that I should've been called if they were out of lilies that day, which is what I would've expected, too! There is a specific reason why I bought what I bought, as you can clearly see the lilies are the star. A call would have been nice to give me options on what they could do. I would've wanted any bouquet I ordered to give the "oh wow!" factor. It's just so much time and energy going back and forth; I would've liked to have been spared the headache and had it done right the first time. I am glad Alex cared enough to reach out and fix the situation, but again, when I order something, I want to order it once, be impressed, and continue to give repeat business; not wonder if I'm going to continually be disappointed and have to shop around elsewhere. read more

Today is both Valentine's Day & my wife's birthday. I ordered roses from Flowers by Coley on the Uber app for delivery & paid extra for a premium bouquet. I cannot express how absolutely underwhelming the arrangement was & how embarrassed I felt giving them to my wife. So much so that I ordered another bouquet from Smith's (a grocery store), paid half the price, received within 1 hour & was a much much better arrangement. Before submitting the order I called to make sure they'd be able to fulfill same day delivery and they falsely claimed they could. Instead, they took my money and left me in the wind. Ordering from out of state is already daunting enough and to not be able to get in contact with anyone doesn't help. I decided to go with them because the arrangement was nice and I spoke to a live person that said they'd deliver same day. They took my money and my flowers weren't delivered. Extremely disappointed with my experience. Would not recommend! **UPDATE: The flowers were eventually delivered to the hotel concierge where they sat for hours until I followed up and wrote this review. Keep in mind, they asked for a point of contact for deliveries when placing the order, but didn't use it to let the point of contact (who wasn't the recipient) know they were there.
