I'm honestly really disappointed. I placed a last-minute order and was told a luxury, large, rose-forward bouquet could be done. I was very specific dark reds and dark pinks, lots of roses, elevated and high-end. What I received does not reflect that request or the $200 price point. This looks like grocery store flowers thrown together, not a curated arrangement from a florist whose website pricing suggests premium work. I understand last-minute orders and seasonal demand, but the final product should still reflect the value being charged and this didn't. I'm giving two stars because at least I walked away with flowers, but based on my experience, the quality did not match what's advertised online. I expected something lush and intentional, and this missed the mark. read more

I used LV Bouquet for my wedding at the Mob Museum. The museum set up everything for me and I never spoke with LV Bouquet personally. I sent a pic of what I had in mind for centerpieces, flowers for my signs, and the sweetheart table along with our colors and theme to our coordinator at the museum. I left the final product up to what the florist felt would work for my event and had little input other than the sample. It was a little nerve wrecking being out of state and trusting the vision to come together: I was super happy the day of with how everything turned out. The arrangements were all beautiful and fit my theme perfectly. We got a lot of compliments from our guests too. I highly recommend LV Bouquet. read more

A periodic customer of Poppi's Donuts (used to be Real Donuts) across from UMC in the usual LV road construction mess and saw this shop in the plaza. Wasn't sure at first when website payment diverted to second party processing- but it is what it is. No email confirmation of order so I called day of delivery to confirm, yup all good. This is a much delayed review. I got married in April 2014 and since it was just a simple ceremony with family members and a few close friends, I didn't plan on getting a bouquet. My husband told me that I should get one so I have something in my hands. I went in to the shop around February, 2 months before our big day, picked out a small calla lily bouquet and asked for a specific ribbon color (tan in satin material) and was told it could be matched. The small bouquet which only has like a handful of flowers, cost $90. I thought, that's expensive but I didn't want to run around town for a bargain and sucked it up and paid for it based on the awards and reviews. I even sent email with photos of my wedding shoes so the arrangement person knows exactly what color I am talking about. Then, the day came, my husband picked up the bouquet while I got ready in the hotel room. He brought it back and boy, was I upset. The ribbon was brown. Brown. Dark brown. Not tan. I would not have been upset if the ribbon was camel, tan, whatever. But it was brown. It was not anywhere close to the photos I had sent to the shop. In hindsight, I wished I had gone and picked it up myself so I could have had it fixed and instead I had my husband to do it and he had no idea what the hell he was looking at. I was recommended to Las Vegas Bouquet from my photographer. I was unsure of who to use for my trip coming from North Carolina so any help I could use was appreciated. I was blown away by my bouquet. My wedding was near to Christmas and I wanted red accents to my wardrobe. I told Gosia to be creative as she wanted but to incorporate some Christmas greenery. I can't tell you how much I appreciate this shop and these owners. My son passed away in a motorcycle accident in November. We were short on time to get the services to happen before thanksgiving. Not only did this shop take my order the day before I needed them, actually less than 24 hours, but they allowed me to custom order. It turned out exactly as I wanted. They were beautiful and lasted so very long. Not to mention they were VERY reasonable and delivery was so inexpensive compared to some shops in town. They delivered them exactly on time, brought them in, set them up. Amazing customer service. I was under a lot of stress at that time, and had forgotten to write down the shop name etc., but was able to go back on my phone records to find them. Again I am ordering for a young man who passed away way too soon. Again they are supportive, quick and beautiful. Recently I placed a same day internet order and called to get status, turned out the order had gotten stuck in queue and was only just received. They are only a mile away from me.... the intended recipient was leaving in a half hour, and they got here in ten minutes with a stunning arrangement.
