We used the food they gave us and it just wasn't helping. I sent them an email with some pictures, just letting them know what happened as feed-back. I received an email and a phone call back and the owner Hannah was very apologetic and wanted to make me a new flower arrangement to replace it. I was surprised because I didn't ask for a replacement or request my money back. This was just the service level Hannah provides.
