I paid over $300 for the floral arrangement which was delivered to her work late at 5:24 pm! Who is still at work then?! Unfortunately my daughter was not there to receive the bouquet for her birthday. She left already. The arrangement was beautiful as order but if you're going to pay top price, don't you think it should be delivered earlier in the day at work? One star for the arrangement but obviously it was anti-climatic... Just talked with the owner. She said they had an event that day so that is why the delivery was late. She was apologetic and said she added more roses to the arrangement. I suggested to have more staff on days of events so customer orders are not compromised. I feel that there is so much competition out there that the customer service should be pristine even if it sacrifices the bottom line that day. Update: for the benefit of the delivery guy, I give him 5 stars. He called my daughter who said she was in fact at work and offered to deliver the flowers at 4 pm or even re-route them to her house.
