STAY AWAY! The flowers are subpar and the owner has serious anger/emotion regulation issues. They delivered the wrong order and to boot a couple of the flowers were shriveled and a couple were completely broken off and hidden away inside the vase - so disappointing for my 1st Mother's Day. When we called to resolve the issue, Lili yelled at us and went on a nonsensical rant, instead of apologizing and offering to take it back and provide a refund. After seeing the negative reviews, I realized too late that low quality flowers and terrible customer service is a theme at this shop. There are so many wonderful florists in the area, don't risk a special occasion or your money/time at Lili's. Feel free to message me if you need suggestions. On a side note, I wrote a review prior to this, detailing what happened. I decided to revise it because I was made aware I could not recommend other businesses by name. However, Lili responded to my horrible experience with name calling, cursing, threatening, and interesting made up stories as a weak attempt in excusing her behavior and discrediting the truth. I would give this flower shop a 0, however, it is not possible, so a singular star must do. I'm not even kidding, even half a star would suffice. I placed an order for flowers for my mother given that she is much older now, we're all away from home, and I wanted to do something kind. Unfortunately, an incident occurred where they could no longer deliver the flowers at the wanted hour, which is completely fine, however at the hour they were suggesting my parents were not home. The woman proceeded to call my MOTHER a b*tch- let that sink in that somebody would say such nasty words to the woman who raised you. She proceeded to tell my mother that she did not deserve flowers. The story goes on- I then proceeded to call and want to speak to the manager and she answered yelling at me and did not even let me get a singular word in. She told me to never call again, that my mother was a nasty woman, and that this was the busiest time of the year. You would think that if this is the busiest time of the year the owner would know how to handle their emotions and issues like this, however, CLEARLY she is unprofessional just like everyone else in this location. I am always hesitant ordering flowers over the phone or online because you never know what you are going to get and I got screwed several times. I was coming from out of state, so I was really worried. You will NOT have that problem with Flowers By Lili. Lili follows-up through the whole order from the ordering to the delivery. If there are ANY issues, Lili will look into it and make things right. I gave Lili the wrong address and the driver had to find the right location. The driver found the right place and got the flowers there on time. I greatly appreciated that! It was for a funeral and there was a lot of stress and miscommunication going on. Don't by roses here. The owner sold me wilted white roses with brown spots. Most of the petals fell off of the roses. Shame on you Lili!

They have great service, beautiful floral Designs, delicious chocolates, plants, bears, and more. On top of that the prices are fair. They also have Candy Bouquets which are awesome! I try to find unique gift ideas to send instead of flowers and fruit all the time so this is really helpful. Got one for the first time and she loved it!!! Flowers by Lili saved the day for me. I had been searching for irises since Friday for today's memorial service for my best friend. I had gone to 3 stores and called 6 places who told me: 1. They didn't have any, 2. They were sold out, or 3. Wouldn't be able to get it in time. It was pretty difficult because it was a holiday weekend and it was such short notice. Flowers by Lili was the last phonecall I made on Labor day. She was the ONLY place that had them. I rushed over to her store to place the order (which was so fast and easy). She called yesterday to let me know she had gotten more blue irises, but also received white irises and yellow irises as well. I was really impressed that she went above and beyond to reach out to me and suggest to redesign the arrangement to something more beautiful than the original design! It really touched my heart because my best friend's name was Iris. The arrangements were perfectly beautiful. And her thoughtful gesture before I left tugged at my heart strings.
