What was asked for VS what we got... Horrible customer service, and according to Manny, "we should be happy they even did it during a holiday weekend (Mothers day)". Keep in mind this was for a funeral and a simple "no we cannot do this" would've sufficed. 10/10 wouldn't recommend.

Gave it one star, but deserves ZERO. Embarrassing arrangement delivered by this florist. And when we called, you said, you should be grateful we took the order. If you couldn't do it decently or with your eyes open, YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE TAKEN THE ORDER. Shame on you and your employees for letting this disgrace leave your shop.

The flowers were fresh beautifully arranged & delivered timely for the birthday girl. I placed my order in the morning & received it by noon. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! You are a florist, flowers is the nature of your business, regardless of whether there is a holiday or not. You were contracted to provide a particular bereavement floral arrangement. You failed miserably with said arrangement and rather than apologize, you expect us to be grateful that you threw something together and was able to deliver on the requested date. UNACCEPTABLE! It is a shame that you are a heartless individual that took full advantage of those that are in mourning. Make Right what you did Wrong! (In order to submit this review I had to give this business a star, which they do not deserve!)

Our friend passed the week of mother's day, we called and asked if they could accommodate us with a specific floral arrangement and what was made was not good at all. Several calls were made to correct the situation but we were told by Manny we should be grateful for what we got it was a holiday weekend. If you couldn't do the arrangement as specified you should have told us we would have gone elsewhere. Unsympathetic to say the least. What we wanted & what we received. Not Happy . We also asked for a photo of what was prepared prior and they wouldn't send a photo, now we see why.

Do NOT recommend! We ordered an arrangement for our loved one's funeral service. We sent a pic of the arrangement we wanted and we were told they would be able to make it. When our arrangement arrived it honestly looked like something made by a 5 year old. It's almost laughable at what they had the nerve to send! When we reached out to the shop to let them know we were unhappy with the arrangement, they told us we were lucky to have even gotten someone to do the job since it was Mother's Day weekend and we should just suck it up and accept what we got. The owner was extremely rude! This is not the way customers, especially grieving ones, should be treated and this is NOT the quality of product you give to paying customers. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!

I am beyond pleased with the flowers I sent to my boyfriends mother! I live in California and wanted a local flower shop to deliver a smile to her, they did not disappoint! Not only were the flowers breathtakingly fresh and beautiful, they were delivered on time!! Manny personally called me concerned that no one was answering the door and made sure to leave the flowers in a safe spot upon her return to the house. She absolutely loved them...Being 3000 miles away, this is a huge deal to me. Customer service speaks volumes and the flowers speak for themselves. Thank you so much.

Terrible Customer Service and shame on the owner for not being more sympathetic to its customers. When hired to do a job you should do the job and if you cannot complete the task do not take it on. A refund should've been given willingly. What was paid for was not received. I do not recommend!!! The photos speak for themselves.

Recieved a beautiful bouquet. This pic is one week later it is still just as fresh. Will be using them again.

Extremely pleased. Flowers arrived in a timely manner. Flowers were arranged as pictured. Flowers are still looking good after 8 days which I have never experience from flowers ordered by other companies. I would highly recommend Flowers by Manny. read more

My daughters wedding last weekend went off without a hitch. The flowers were GORGEOUS. They were on time and delivered to 2 different locations. We ordered 13 centerpieces but we needed 14! Our mistake but they ran back and had another centerpieces there before the festivities started. Highly recommend. read more

My sister from upstate sent me a plant for my birthday. Never used this florist and never will! She ordered the deluxe plant basket with flowers through her florist in West Seneca. We were out and when I got home there was a plant basket wrapped in cellophane sitting on my front stoop. It was a hot, sunny day and they just left it. There was no card and no instructions on care. Just the Manny label Had no idea who sent it. When I called Manny they said they didn't know either and would call me back. I texted my sister with a pic and asked her if she sent. She had and was upset at the size, no card and no flowers in the basket. Her florist called Manny and after a rude nasty phone call with no apologies he said the only way she would get her money back was for him to get the plant back. I left on my stoop and he got it back. They called back 5 hours later, could give no name and said came from Buffalo. No apology- nothing. My sister got her money back and sent me a gorgeous piece from another florist. No one should ever deal with a business that doesn't give a damn about their customers!! read more

Before I chose Manny as my florist for my wedding, I had gone to a couple others who were not able to capture my vision. Manny listened to me, and really delivered! I am very pleased with how amazing my flowers came out- fresh, beautifully arranged with attention to detail. He was able to work with me even when I came to him just 2 months before the wedding! Absolutely stunning work. Manny was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him for your event! Reasonably priced too! Manny goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are happy. Manny is the best!!!! I was so in love with the work he did for my bridal shower, that I hired him super last minute to help add florals for my wedding day decor. He completely transformed my church ceremony in a matter of minutes - we were really pressed for time because there was a baptism immediately before my wedding, but he managed to sneak in and pull off this incredible decor. The pictures speak for themselves. He WOWd me with his level of service and his attention to detail. Manny was so open to my feedback - he even hosted me and my mom for a workshop at his store, where we worked together to tweak the floral design until I was 100% satisfied. My guests were in complete awe of his talent!! Not only did he provide the beautiful florals, but he and his team even helped set up the candles and running and decor...the list goes on and on. I will certainly be using him for future celebrations and highly recommend him! read more

The store is around the corner from Winthrop Hospital making Sunny Flowers and ideal stop prior to your visit. Besides the items on display, Mia told me that they can put together any type of arrangement needed both large and small. With the new signs in Mineola designating 15 minute parking, I hope that more people will come here to make some of their flower purchases.

After my arrangements was finished i was very happy to have encountered this establishment consisting of a gorgeous puppy lounging about on a lounge chair. Charlee and the rest of the staff have excellent customer service skills and knowledge of their craft.

My brother-in-law had preordered flowers (for specific flowers, my sisters favorite) 3-4 weeks in advance, he spoke to who I believe is Micki and he payed in advance and Micki confidently said he can execute the ideal. On the day of my sister anniversary which happens to be Christmas eve, I go to pick up the flowers, and omg the flower arrange looks NOTHING like the photo. NOTHING. I was shocked, I was so confused, and Micki goes we ran out of flowers, and then talks to to his coworkers oh yeah he order in advance but making a bunch of excuses, trying to act as if these flowers look similar to the photo... to get me to buy them but it did not and I wasn't having it. It's a flower shop... and we ordered specific flowers in advance? How do you run out? It was so unprofessional. Why I'm making this review? Because if you lie and make unfilled promises it can really impacted someone's plans, especially on someone's wedding anniversary, when we gave you enough time to execute. We last minute chose a bunch of other flowers. Super dissatisfied and disappointed when looking back. Safe to say never coming back especially when this place is highly rated and far out of the way for me.

I ordered a small funeral bouquet and in less than 24 hours they assembled and delivered it on time for the first viewing the next day probably 20-30 minutes away. I was worried because it was so last minute but it was there, on time! It was pretty and appeared healthy. The family took it home. But what stuck out to me was the customer service. Within an hour of placing the order the store (Manny?) followed up with a call, and then another when I didn't answer the first, to confirm the details. He was friendly, polite and followed through with their promise. I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to leave one for their customer service. I was surprised to see that they didn't have four or five stars and then I looked at the reviews and see all the negative reviews were from the same person posting the same picture. Which doesn't even look that bad aside from the misshapen wire. Seems unfair so I complained to Yahoo. I hope they delete the duplicate reviews. Anyway Thanks Manny for following through on your promise at the last minute. I will keep you in mind next time I need flowers! read more

Flowers were ordered from this location for a Wake. They were given a picture of what was being requested to be sent. It was pathetic what was actually sent & you would think the establishment would be embarrassed to say that the item came from their location. But instead the Owner was neither embarrassed nor apologetic. Actually he was the complete opposite, rude & insensitive. His comment that was said to the person who ordered it was that she was lucky that it was delivered on time during a holiday(Mother's Day). Lucky?? So I would suggest not using this place especially if your Loved One passes during a "Holiday" because like us, you will probably be disappointed in the arrangement. read more

I was so disappointed when I saw the arrangement that was delivered to a friend's wake. Attached are the photos of what was ordered and what was received. When the owner was contacted his response was "Honestly we did the best we could, and you should be thankful that we were able to do this and deliver on time during a holiday weekend," How rude and unprofessional of him!!! If the job was too much for him to handle he should have said so!! It honestly looks like a child put this arrangement together. If I could give zero stars I would have. Don't waste your money at this location, go somewhere where the customers satisfaction is the top priority. read more
