I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the (lack of) service provided by this florist. I had placed an order for a graduation lei for my brother, along with specific instructions regarding the color, and had even reached out a week before to ensure everything was in order as well as added another order a day before, which was approved and confirmed by the florist. However, when my partner connected with the main point of contact on the designated day to pick up both leis, he was shocked to learn that our order placed had been given away to other customers who "paid for it" first. The lack of professionalism and disregard for customer orders displayed is unacceptable. Graduation is an important milestone in a person's life, and the lei holds significant cultural and symbolic value. To have it mishandled and given away without any valid explanation is deeply disheartening. My partner initiated the conversation, only to be met with a nonchalant response. It wasn't until I connected with the business partner of the florist did I receive a sincere apology. While the communication was great in the beginning, I do want to highlight that it's important to prioritize customers' satisfaction and understand the significance of the events they contribute to. read more

I stopped by this flower shop on my way to the cemetery and was so impressed! They have so many different kinds of ramos, including a beautiful selection of $15 bouquets made specifically for the cemetery, which is where I found the perfect one. The staff went above and beyond, they even asked if they could add more flowers and make adjustments to make it just right. Everyone was so sweet, and the girl who helped me was incredibly informative and welcoming. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I spent $95 on a flower arrangement that looked almost dead -- definitely not worth the cost. On top of that, I picked up a Monster Vinyl Blind Box as a gift, only to find out it was a fake. Really disappointing. I walked away feeling completely misled. If you're just looking to spend money without caring much about value or quality, this might be the place for you. I was understanding at the time, especially since I was already running late. Unfortunately, by 9:45 AM no one had arrived. I became increasingly anxious, as I was on my way to my cousin's funeral in Sylmar and was coming from Westminster. Being forced to wait an additional 30 minutes was extremely frustrating given the circumstances. When I attempted to call Carlos again for an update, my calls were no longer being answered. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of apology or effort to acknowledge the inconvenience. There was no attempt at customer service or reconciliation despite the situation. I also paid $136 for the arrangement when I was initially quoted $125, which I did not mind at the time because I had previously enjoyed purchasing flowers here and had only positive experiences in the past. Today was different. The lack of communication, accountability, and empathy resulted in me arriving late to my family's service. Given the nature of the occasion, this was especially upsetting. I am truly disappointed in how this situation was handled.
